Chapter 578: Chapter 48: Perfecting the Tao of Celestial and Human

Conversations and dialogues similar to those between Master Dan Yang and the Winged Man are now common in the Celestial Human Realm.

As more and more space-ti rifts appear in the Celestial Human Realm, the Mountain and Sea People, sensing a manpower shortage, have had to choose deeper cooperation with the local creatures of the Celestial Human Realm.

The specialized combat personnel are a different story; they always maintain their mobility and combat strength in the form of small teams.

However, for those logistics personnel and others who ca to the Celestial Human Realm with the intention of undergoing trials, forming main groups with the mortals or cultivators of the Celestial Human Realm has beco an inevitable choice.

"If possible, I hope to reincarnate as one of them next ti."

Watching another group of Mountain and Sea People leave, the Lion-Tiger Beast, now in human form, said this.

This is the forbidden area of the Lotus Sect on the Four Directions Mountain, and also one of the first forces in the Immortal Mountain Archipelago to form an alliance with the Mountain and Sea Civilization.

After all, the one ruling the Lotus Sect now is not a cultivator from the Celestial Human Realm, but the celestial being who returned from the descent— the Empress.

"If you want to die, I can send you straight there; there’s no need for you to trouble yourself seeking death."

Gently opening her eyes, the Empress’s voice was unusually indifferent.

Since retraining in the "True Martial Demon-Vanquishing Scripture," the Empress felt increasingly close to a realm above the Celestial Being.

Thus, at this ti, the Empress absolutely could not tolerate those subjected celestial beings under her command causing any disturbances.

"Cough, cough, I was just saying..."

Imdiately restraining the envy in his eyes, the Lion-Tiger Beast mumbled quietly.

The Mountain and Sea People are individuals favored by the Creator.

No matter what race they are born into, a long lifespan is almost a standard feature.

Coupled with the research achievents of the Mountain and Sea Civilization to date, it directly leads to the Mountain and Sea People who can co to the Celestial Human Realm displaying extrely strong talent and potential.

For the Lion-Tiger Beast, who has practiced the "Technique of Wet Egg Embryo Transformation," this was no less than exquisite "feasts" passing by him ti and again.

"However, those Mountain and Sea People truly have exceptional talents..."

"Even those skeletons who are left with only bones have the potential to beco ’Celestial Beings.’

It’s known among the All Heavens and Myriad Realms that the skeleton undead are considered the lowest form of life.

Besides those Divine Pantheons focusing on death, almost no god would focus on cultivating such low life forms.

Yet, under the Creator’s command, those Skeletons make up one of the main parts of the Mountain and Sea Civilization.

Especially those astonishing technologies and creations, which completely refreshed the Lion-Tiger Beast’s understanding of these low-level life forms.

Of course, the Lion-Tiger Beast believed that if he could obtain such equipnt, he would certainly have even better strength and performance than those low-level undead.

Alas, imagination is one thing, reality is another.

Even without the Empress’s mandatory constraints, the Lion-Tiger Beast would not dare rashly reincarnate as one of the Mountain and Sea People.

After all, those Mountain and Sea People are truly on the path to godhood, fundantally different from the Celestial Human Dao Fruit of the Celestial Human Realm.

In the words of the Mountain and Sea Civilization, the so-called "Celestial Being" is nothing more than a flawed "Ascension Ladder."

Such "Ascension Ladder" is actually not uncommon within the Mountain and Sea Civilization.

The true powerhouses among the Mountain and Sea People all pursue a more perfect "Ascension Ladder" that could completely allow them to ascend to beco high-dinsional beings.

In this regard, the ergence of the "True Martial Demon-Vanquishing Scripture" was clearly the first step toward further perfecting this "Ascension Ladder" for "Celestial Beings."

Unfortunately, after retraining in the "True Martial Demon-Vanquishing Scripture," the Empress ca to a conclusion.

That is, compared to the "Ascension Ladder" ntioned by the Mountain and Sea People, the "True Martial Demon-Vanquishing Scripture" still does not count as a complete Path to Divinity.

The current Empress can already transcend the dinsion of life and observe everything in this world from a high-dinsional perspective.

However, whenever the Empress attempts to intervene in the lower-dinsional world using high-dinsional ans, she is forced to downgrade again to have a physical entity in the material world.

This is evidently still far from the high-dinsional beings described by the Mountain and Sea People, who are incorporeal and formulate rules.

In fact, this is one of the major reasons why the Empress is willing to go to any length to achieve a realm "above Celestial Beings."

Because only by reaching a realm "above Celestial Beings" can the Empress be considered a qualified True God, or even a Main God.

"I know you were just saying, but others might not be the sa."

Currently, the Empress’s subordinates are not limited to the Lion-Tiger Beast alone as a celestial being.

There are at least five or six celestial beings in similar circumstances as the Lion-Tiger Beast that the Empress has also subdued.

However, unlike the Lion-Tiger Beast, who can reincarnate at will, they are still trying to reclaim their lost cultivation and cannot form effective combat power in the short term.

In such a case, these "half-crippled" celestial beings would definitely be more inclined to target the Mountain and Sea People than the Lion-Tiger Beast.

"Go warn those guys, I don’t care what they want to do, but they must not harm any of the Mountain and Sea People."

With a slight pause in her tone, the Empress continued to emphasize.

"If necessary, I will even have them protect the Mountain and Sea People to avoid alarming the Gods of the Mountain and Sea Realm."

Although the duration of contact with the Mountain and Sea Civilization has not been long, the Empress has basically figured out the principles and bottom lines of this civilization.

Most of the Mountain and Sea People who have co to the Celestial Human Realm are of the "reinforcent" type.

The strongest among them are rely of the demigod level.

They might be able to contend with celestial beings, or even weaker Godslayers.

However, should they encounter a situation akin to the descent of a True God like the Chaos Seventeen Ancestors, the performance of these Mountain and Sea People would not be significantly better than that of the Celestial Beings.

The problem now is that the Mountain and Sea Civilization has never been limited to just demigods.

In that unique system established by the Creator, the gods of the Mountain and Sea Pantheon are indispensable mbers of the Mountain and Sea Civilization.

If a large-scale casualty situation involving Mountain and Sea People were to occur in the Celestial Human Realm.

The Empress has no doubt that the Mountain and Sea Civilization would disregard the bottom line and implications to forcibly have the gods of the Mountain and Sea Pantheon descend into the Celestial Human Realm.

At that point, the Celestial Human Realm would formally beco a battlefield of the gods.

"Have you sensed sothing?"

Hearing the phrase, the always insightful Lion-Tiger Beast asked in so surprise.

"Yes, I’ve sensed that another True God has descended into the Celestial Human Realm."

"No, it’s not just one True God, the genuine ’Enlightener’ among our celestial beings has also co to this world."

Raising her head to gaze at the sky, the Empress’s eyes appeared deep and indifferent.

She did not know why that celestial being, known as the "Akasha Records," wanted her to sense this point.

But the Empress was very clear that the True God who followed and descended harbored malice.

The other party intended to incite war and turmoil, forcing the gods behind the Mountain and Sea Realm to reveal themselves.
