Chapter 2168: Chapter 2167: Strange Stone
The giant eagle was enveloped in golden light, struggling violently but unable to break free. Monts later, it let out a desperate cry and was directly sucked into the bronze cauldron.

Ling Feng was helpless and had no choice but to jump down, holding the baby as he walked over.
Soone turned back and saw this scene, imdiately stopped in their tracks, and shouted sothing to their companions.
People turned back, seeing Ling Feng holding the child, they imdiately seed to understand sothing and hurriedly ran back.
The person who lost the child also disregarded their fear, quickly approached and realized it was indeed their own child, tears of excitent filled their eyes.
Despite the temporary language barrier, Ling Feng didn’t say much; he just smiled and passed the child over.
After gripping their child tightly, the person busily said a bunch of things.
Having learned so of their language from the girl on the boat earlier, Ling Feng could gradually communicate with them now, so he smiled and said, "I’m a father too, and I can imagine what it’s like to lose my own child. So no matter what, I had to help you bring the child back!"
"Thank you, great hero, thank you!"
The person could only express their gratitude, not knowing what else to say.
The others were very curious because Ling Feng’s attire was different from theirs, so soone curiously asked.
Ling Feng laughed and said to everyone, "I’m just passing by, heading towards the Sword Tomb."
"The Sword Tomb, that’s very far away. If you’re headed that way, you’ll have to walk for more than ten days," soone said.
"I know, but it’s okay, no matter the distance, I have to go!" Ling Feng remarked with a laugh.
At this mont, soone chid in, "He’s a great hero and can fly, so he can definitely get there easily, without needing more than ten days!"
Ling Feng smiled without comnting, instead diverting the conversation by asking, "What are you doing here?"
"We’re mining on behalf of the governnt, looking for so shiny stones!" soone replied.
"Oh?"
Ling Feng was puzzled, wondering why these people didn’t know they were digging for diamonds.
Pretending to be curious, he continued to ask, "What are those stones for?"
"Not sure, but the governnt says they’re useful and offers very high rewards. Bringing back one stone can earn enough to feed a family for a month!" soone explained.
"That’s how it is!"
Ling Feng was enlightened, pondering whether the stones seen in his Divine Sense were not diamonds.
His eyes turned as he smiled and said, "Let
help you find more stones!"
Before the crowd could react, he leaped down directly.
The people were stunned, only realizing after a brief pause, quickly rushing to the edge of the pit.
They then saw that Ling Feng was not falling vertically but borrowing force from rocks in the middle to cushion his descent, landing at the pit’s bottom after a few bounds.
The people at the bottom were unaware of what was happening above, so suddenly seeing soone jump down, they were startled.
"Everyone, don’t be nervous. I’m here to help!"
Ling Feng smiled and turned to the person who first found the stone: "Brother, can I have a look at that stone you just dug up?"
His friendly deanor dispelled any sense of caution, so the person hesitated but handed over the stone from their waist.
The stone was about the size of a quail egg, totally transparent, resembling a piece of pure glass.
Holding it in his palm, Ling Feng distinctly felt an energy within, though it wasn’t spiritual energy.
Moreover, compared to the various crystal stones he obtained before, this one was completely different from any others.
Ling Feng was taken aback briefly, his eyes flickering.
Then, he scanned the surroundings and beneath his feet with his Divine Sense.
After pondering for a mont, Ling Feng said to the people, "Step aside, your aimless searching is too outdated. Let
help you find more!"
As people hesitantly retreated, moving to the pit’s edge.
Ling Feng summoned Little Hei, which instantly burrowed into the soil.
Soon, the ground bulged, soil rolling up.
Little Hei turned over the soil about a ter deep, specifically bringing those stones up to the surface.
Everyone was dumbfounded.
Since they had to dig soil bit by bit to search, Ling Feng instead flipped the entire pit bottom in a mont and found over a hundred stones, which was miraculous and beyond human capability!
But unfortunately, it was Ling Feng who discovered them.
Moreover, Ling Feng possessed such a large, intimidating black giant python, so no one dared to negotiate with him.
While everyone was envious, Ling Feng bent down, picked up several transparent stones from the soil, then said to everyone, "Quickly, pick them up. I’ll only keep these two as a collection; the rest are yours!"
"What?"
They all froze, exchanging incredulous glances, thinking they misheard.
"Don’t stand there, collect the stones. Once you’re done, I’ll lift you up so you can go ho and claim your reward!" Ling Feng chuckled.
Upon hearing this, people confird they hadn’t misheard, so without further ado, they dropped their tools and rushed forward!
"Don’t rush, don’t fight. Later, distribute them evenly!" Ling Feng called out.
"Yes, hero, rest assured. We agreed to evenly split however many stones we find!" soone shouted.
"That’s good!"
Ling Feng smiled, retrieving Little Hei, and sitting down, watching everyone busy at the pit’s bottom.
With the stones exposed from the soil, one only needed to bend down to collect them, so the pace was swift. Within ten minutes, all stones were gathered.
Scanning with his Divine Sense, Ling Feng confird no stones lay exposed outside the soil, so he summoned the ghost dragon, leaping up first then said to everyone, "Co up here, I’ll lift you out, much faster than climbing with ropes!"
The people hesitated, looking a bit unsure.
But soon, soone bold jumped onto the ghost dragon’s back, and the rest followed.
The ghost dragon ascended, and everyone exclaid, yet before understanding what happened, they were back on the surface!
