When they arrived at the hot spring resort, the staff were all stunned to see Ling Feng bringing along a man who was more filthy than a holess person.
"This is a special guest. Arrange for a dedicated attendant imdiately and prepare new clothes for Brother Fu!" Ling Feng said.
Upon hearing this, the staff dared not slack off and quickly ca to greet them.
Ling Feng then said to Fu Hao, "Brother Fu, I won’t go in with you this ti. I’ll wait for you outside!"
"Alright, sorry to trouble you!"
Fu Hao nodded and followed the attendant into the VIP area.
The bathing area here was divided into public and private rooms. Given how dirty Fu Hao was, he definitely couldn’t go to the public baths. And since Ling Feng valued him greatly, naturally, he would go to the VIP section.
Plus, worried that he might not know how to handle things, soone needed to be alongside him.
After arranging for Fu Hao to bathe and change, Ling Feng went outside and then took out his phone to call Chu Xing.
"Boss Ling, what’s up?" asked the person on the other end.
"Where are you now?" Ling Feng inquired.
"Boss, I’m at Shankou Village. You sent
here, rember?" Chu Xing asked sowhat crossly.
Ling Feng chuckled, "Oh, judging by your tone, it seems you don’t enjoy it there?"
"No, no, it’s just surprising how forgetful you are that you can’t rember what I’m doing!" Chu Xing said.
"Hehe."
Ling Feng chuckled and then said, "Leave the others there, and you co back first!"
"Is there a mission?"
Upon hearing it, Chu Xing was excited and imdiately asked.
"Yes, a very important mission. I’m at the hot springs now; you should be able to get here in ten minutes, right?" Ling Feng asked.
"Can do, I’ll be there!"
Chu Xing hung up the phone without a second thought.
Feeling the eagerness from the other side, Ling Feng couldn’t help but chuckle mischievously, thinking to himself that he wondered what expression Chu Xing would make once he heard about this mission!
Ten minutes later, a car rushed over, executing a beautiful drift as it arrived, stopping right in front of Ling Feng.
Then, a beaming Chu Xing jumped out of the car and asked with a grin, "So, is this mission exciting or what?"
"Very exciting!"
Ling Feng nodded and then continued, "Now you need to go back to the school and settle soone in!"
"Oh, who?"
Chu Xing, not realizing that Ling Feng had dug a pit for him, asked cheerfully.
"It’s a highly skilled person. I’ll go with you later; just see what they want to do there, and cooperate accordingly!" Ling Feng said.
"This... this is the mission?"
Chu Xing seed to understand sothing and imdiately widened his eyes.
"That’s right!"
Ling Feng nodded, looking earnest.
Chu Xing’s face turned into a bitter expression as he sighed, "Boss, I’m a master who has broken through to the Qi Refining stage; can’t one of the underlings handle this job? Did I do sothing wrong to deserve this kind of punishnt?"
"No such thing, it’s because I value you that I arranged it this way!"
Ling Feng smiled and then asked, "Do you know who I want you to receive?"
"No idea. What kind of big shot would need
to personally host them? Are you appointing a new principal for the school?" Chu Xing asked.
"If he wishes to be, I’d be more than happy!"
Ling Feng nodded and then said, "This is a genuine expert I found over in Yin Province!"
Just as he finished speaking, an attendant ca out carrying a bag filled with tattered clothes: "Mr. Ling, the clothes your guest was wearing are beyond repair. How should we handle them?"
"Throw them away. There’s no need to keep them now that we have new ones," Ling Feng said.
"Alright!"
The attendant headed straight to the trash can with the bag, a look of disdain on their face.
Seeing this, Chu Xing’s eyes widened in disbelief as he turned to look at Ling Feng: "Boss, don’t tell
the person you found is actually a beggar!"
"No, he’s just been underground for hundreds of years; his clothes just fell apart!" Ling Feng said casually.
Chu Xing let out an "Oh" before realizing: "How many years?"
"Hundreds of years, maybe. I haven’t asked for the exact ti, but it should be around that!" Ling Feng replied.
Chu Xing looked at Ling Feng as though he was a monster, his eyes flickering with doubt.
"Co on, would I let just anyone be hosted by you?"
Ling Feng rolled his eyes at him and continued, "This is a true expert. Although he doesn’t know any cultivation techniques, just based on his realm, I bet he could give
a run for my money. I think he’s already broken through to the Nascent Soul Realm!"
"What?"
Chu Xing’s knees went weak at this, almost causing him to collapse to the ground.

Chu Xing thought about it and agreed, so he nodded: "Alright then, I trust that you, boss, definitely wouldn’t put
in a tight spot, right?"

Ling Feng smiled, patted his shoulder, and said, "In the future, hang around Brother Fu more at school. If he’s happy and teaches you so cultivation secrets, who knows, you might soon break into the Core Formation stage!"
"Right!"
Upon hearing this, Chu Xing’s eyes imdiately widened with excitent!
