Not only the third young master perished at his hands, but he was even able to bring down Zhang Bu who was a nine star battle apprentice and the strongest after elder Zhang Zhan. It was only now that the mbers of the Zhang clan realised how dangerous this person was.

If they had gone hunting for him believing the words of the clan, they would be lying dead and joined the third young master and the others by now.

Yang Chen was a very dangerous enemy of the clan that needed to be brought down no matter what. A talent like that cannot be allowed to grow.

Fortunately for them, Elder Zhang Zhan was the one engaging him. He was a bonafide Battle Master class practitioner and powerful enough to reduce this potentially dangerous foe to a pitifully running and dodging dog after just a few attacks.

When it seed like it was an assured victory for their elder, the enemy went ahead and did sothing shocking. They not only injured elder Zhang Zhan, a battle master class practitioner but was now going against them mano a mano.

The turmoil within their hearts was yet to subside when they heard a miserable scream and a figure getting blown back.

BANG... that figure rolled on the ground and only ca to a stop after smashing into a couple of trees. Surprisingly, the one to suffer a defeat even after they activated one of the strongest battle skills of the Zhang Clan, was Elder Zhang Zhan who had both of his hands charred and a bloody gash on his chest.

Zhang Zhan picked himself up and looked at Yang Chen with a stupefied gaze.

"That skill... it can't be [Battle Fervour]? You!! Where did you get that skill?" rather than stabilising his wounds, he pointed at the opponent and roared.

After fighting with Yang Chen, Zhang Zhan was able to sowhat identify the skill the forr used. Their Zhang clan after all, also had a similar skill called the [Battle Fervour] that similarly increased a person's strength for a short period of ti.

From what he could see, the changes that had occurred to Yang Chen was very much similar to their Zhang clan's most treasured skill.

Seeing that Yang Chen did not answer him, Zhang Zhan naturally understood where he got that skill from.

"The third young master should have been practising this skill in preparation for the upcoming entrance test to the Holy Orchard Academy. I see, you must have taken that skill from his body".

"That skill is sothing that our ancestor had created and only the patriarch and his progeny is allowed to practice this skill. It shouldn't be at the hands of a mongrel like you. Give it back..."

He bellowed in anger and attacked Yang Chen with a battle skill called [Parting Wind Palm]. Five pale yellow hand prints ford in the air and flew towards his opponent with a powerful force.

However, it only passed through their afterimage that was left behind, the latter had already moved from the place and appeared behind Zhang Zhan.

Wind enveloping his legs, Yang Chen delivered a powerful kick at Zhang Zhan's abdon who turned around at the last second and barely protected himself with so battle energy.

SHATTER... like a fragile glass, the thin layer of battle energy defence that his opponent had ford, was shattered by his kick which then proceeded to dig into his opponent's abdon and sent them flying once again.

"A skill that your ancestor had created? Haha, what a bunch of lies. Your ancestor was nothing but a fraud who had actually ripped off the skill from another secret art. Don't you have any sha calling it your own"

Yang Chen mocked, he didn't like the way this person was talking down to him. Their ancestor created this skill and only the Zhang clan can practice it? What nonsense.

Yang Chen might have co across the [Battle Fervour] skill from that scroll on Zhang Wei; however, that skill was flawed and was actually derived from another. The real na of the skill should be the First Change of the Nine Brilliant Mysterious Change as per the [Shop].

If anything that [Battle Fervour] skill was the rip off of his secret art and not the other way around.

"You dare to mock my ancestor... bastard I'll kill you" Zhang Zhan flared.

[Ding... you have committed a mischief, 200 points awarded].

'Huh?!' At this mont, he heard the notification from the system. To his surprise, the Greedvil system recognised his actions as evil.

'Does it an that I also get points for verbally aggravating soone?' Yang Chen felt like he had found another way of earning points. He had simply mocked the other party but he was awarded mischief points for it.

"Yes, you do. Any action that can be seen as wicked, whether verbal or physical will reward you points. Though there are so requirents and paraters in play. But this is not the ti to discuss such things right now. Focus on your enemy"

"You only have a minute or so before the duration of the secret art ends. Quickly finish this before it gets ugly. Rember, once the duration of the first change ends, your body will receive a severe backlash and you will experience extre pain. You won't be able to move during that ti much less be in any condition to fight"

Amon from the side reminded him of his predicant.

It was as the demon had said, Yang Chen needed to finish this fast. He activated his [Wild Revolution Steps] and for the first ti since the fight started, he was going on the offensive. He appeared in front of zhang zhan and slashed using the ability of his sword [Fla Slash].

"Aaarrggghhh!!!" his opponent tried to counter it with those claws of his but just like the last ti, his claws were shattered and his hands burnt.

Zhang Zhan fell back after suffering yet another setback. Although their power level was currently equal, Yang Chen had the support of the two star sword Fla Expelling Sword and its ability the [Fla Slash]. Whereas he didn't have any.

Due to this, whenever he clashed head on, he was the one repeatedly suffering injuries.
