The green robed man or also known as the first elder of the sky eagle guild, spoke in an authoritative manner.
His stern voice made it clear that even with Bai Changfeng’s identity, he can’t act as he pleased here. The Sky Eagle Guild wasn’t so pushover that could be bent over by so upstarts like Bai Changfeng.
The latter’s face beca extrely ugly when he was cut off like that mid sentence. From the first elder’s words, it was clear that he wouldn’t be able to get what he wanted today.

Bai Changfeng issued a challenge. All the people present there looked at the black robed person.
Although the first elder of the sky eagle guild saved him, it was only for now. The latter had clearly stated that they could settle their differences once they were outside the jurisdiction of their sky eagle guild.

Needless to say, Yang Chen also understood what the first elder was hinting at with his words. Although the Sky Eagle guild was no pushover, it couldn’t completely offend the Ocean Splitting Sect.
The only reason why the first elder even bothered to make a move was because firstly Yang Chen had created a commotion earlier attracting everyone’s attention and secondly if anything happened to a custor while they were on board of the Sky Eagle Guild’s air engine, it would reflect badly on their reputation.
There was no other reason why an expert like the first elder would protect him.
"It seems that the faction this Brat cos from is quite influential" Amon muttered sitting on his shoulder.
Yang Chen rembered that the first elder called the Ocean Splitting sect one of the three top sects in the capital.
How powerful were they? Were they more powerful than the top five clans of the empire or were they weaker?
There were many questions. Nevertheless, one thing was clear: since they could send out battle overlord level experts, they weren’t an opponent the current him could face.

Looking at his disappearing back, Yang Chen snorted. So what if they are from one of the top three sects? It was just perfect, since he couldn’t hide from strong opponents like Battle Overlord experts forever, he would instead use this opportunity to further increase his level.
