"Elder Han Xuan what’s on the seventh floor?" the other two elders asked.
Although they knew what the seventh floor of the original infernal battle tower looked like, this tower was an imitation that was created by their headmaster for the purpose of testing the participants.
Even they as the elders had little to no information on the seventh floor. Plus no participant ever managed to reach the top floor in all the previous entrance tests when the tower was set as a stage.
Hence it could practically be said that the tower only had six floors.
Hearing their question, even Han Xuan shook his head "I do not know. Headmaster was weirdly avoiding answering when I put the sa question to him years ago. So even I cannot tell what sort of place the seventh floor is".
It was only natural for the elders to be curious since even they could not observe the seventh floor using the device on the table.
"Still, to think that he would be able to go beyond our expectations. With this, I’m sure that even those old pedantic fellows from the inner academy would have no complaints even if his background is unknown".
Han Xuan chuckled imagining the shocked faces the elders from the inner academy will make once he makes the report to them.
The other two elders also nodded their heads. With Yang Chen climbing to the seventh floor, he had shown everyone that he was a talent even greater than Yan Zhuo. As such, the earlier misconception that they held about him also faded into thin air.
"But who would have guessed that the two geniuses would imdiately butt heads right after eting each other for the first ti. Hahaha, I couldn’t believe my eyes for a second there when I saw him beating Yan Zhuo..."
One of the elders spoke. Mid sentence, he realised that he spoke too much and thus stopped and glanced at the man who had been sitting silently all this ti.
Being Yan Zhuo’s master, there was no way Zhou Tong wouldn’t be affected after seeing his disciple lose. What’s more the other party had suffered a humiliating loss at the hands of Yang Chen.
Seeing how he was unable to even climb the steps anymore, he might have ford an internal demon due to the other party. If left as it is, Yan Zhuo might never be able to co out of it and forever lose his cultivation talent.

"Right, Yan Zhuo is definitely a talent that one doesn’t even get to see in one in a hundred years. Not to ntion his master is you. I’m sure that he will be able to overco this sort of thing and make a na for himself in the academy not long after" Han Xuan agreed.
"Haha, I’m grateful for Han Xuan’s high praise, let’s hope this stupid disciple of mine understands this. That said, it was a shocking sight. Who would have expected a freak like him to suddenly appear among the participants of this year’s entrance test?"

While a commotion seed to have erupted among the elders outside, Yang Chen who was the cause of this commotion was at a loss at this mont. The reason for this was none other than the seventh floor.
Compared to all the other floors, this place was exceedingly smaller. There was no sea of lava here nor any other kind of bio. All he could see around him was a plain old tower floor.
Although that was the case, it was not like the powerful pressure or the infernal heat had subsided. On the contrary, it had increased to a point where calling it terrifying wouldn’t be an exaggeration any longer.
However unlike the other floors, the fla energy on the seventh floor did not give that crushing feeling. Instead, it was very gentle and pure like a cold breeze of an early spring gently brushing past your body.
"I expected the seventh floor to be more fierce like the mouth of a volcano or sothing. Guess I was wrong" Yang Chen comnted observing his surroundings.
The seventh floor was quite different from his imagination.
"Well, at least I have reached the topmost floor. Now I can cultivate peacefully and reap twice the benefit for half the effort" Yang Chen sat down and opened the [character] window.
There he could see his experience bar filling at a frightening speed. The results he was getting on the seventh floor, couldn’t be compared to the other floors.
