"Let’s combine our attacks..." Zhang Hei spoke brandishing his sword.
Zhang Lei too realised the threat and solemnly nodded his head. Right after that, the two participants jumped back and made a mysterious stance with their swords pointed towards Lin Huiyin.
With the two combining their attacks together, the battle energy flowing out of their body beca vigorous. A yellowish light poured out from each of their swords and intertwined together in the blink of an eye to form a sword image that was more than three ters big.
BUZZ... that sword image released an intimidating amount of aura strong enough to even force Lin Huiyin to make a grave face.
From the sidelines watching the entire spectacle, Yang Chen couldn’t help but make a playful comnt. "Hey, if you change your mind and ask for my aid, I can still help you deal with these clowns".
Hearing his words, Lin Huyin cast her eyes towards Yang Chen only to be taken aback by what she saw. Behind him, not too far away, lay the defeated bodies of the participants who had dared to challenge him earlier.
’He dealt with them already?’ her surprise was natural after all not much ti had passed since those four guys attacked him. In a state where they have to separate a portion of their attention to keep the invading fla energy in their bodies in check, he not only defeated four guys in the Nine Star Battle Apprentice stage all by himself, he even looked carefree and relaxed.
There was not even a single mark or injury on his body.
Staring at him with surprise for a while, Lin Huiyin imdiately shifted her attention back to her opponents.
"Hmph, I don’t need your help. I can deal with them myself" She declared. The combined attack of her opponents might be powerful, but she was a One Star Battle Master herself.
Additionally, she was unwilling to take the help of a guy she disliked.
Seeing her attitude, Yang Chen casually shrugged his shoulders. This girl was too prideful and stuck up. Since that was the case, Yang Chen also wanted to see how far she could go before she was pushed to the point where she needed his help.
He folded his hands and casually spectated them from the sidelines.
Seeing that Yang Chen had no plans of interfering, the two Zhang clan participants who were wary of him joining the battle, couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. The thought of facing both Lin Huiyin and Yang Chen in a fight had undoubtedly put them on edge.

Strength wise, they were only a little weaker than Zhang Hai and Zhang Lei. However, with their numbers, even if their opponent was a Battle Master stage practitioner, they should be able to deal with them as long as they had yet to acclimate their body with the fla energy here.
Their defeated sight served as a stark reminder that he was more powerful than those five. For Zhang Lei and Zhang Hai, this was not a good news. The fact that the other party can defeat five nine star battle apprentice swiftly at least ant that they were in the Battle Master class.

’Since you made our job easier, we will make sure to kill you without any pain’ Zhang Hai thought in his heart as he glanced towards Zhang Lei.
The two Zhang clan participants nodded their heads and at the sa ti jabbed their swords towards Lin Huiyin.
At the sa instant, the three ter sword image that had ford from their combined energy, moved as if willed by so invisible command.
"Twofold Mountain Slash" Zhang Hai and Zhang Lei roared out.
The sword image sped forward bringing along a powerful sword energy and ruthlessly hacked towards Lin Huiyin.
Facing that attack head on, the expression on Lin Huiyin’s face changed. Nevertheless, she did not back down. She executed so mysterious seals and imdiately the powerful aura of a Battle Master, released out of her body.
The next second a pale golden light emitted out of her body and vaguely ford the face of a lion.
Lin Huiyin did not dawdle, she swiftly gathered all that energy into her sword and slashed forward with her sword. A golden sword light flashed and slamd against the incoming yellow sword image.
BANG... fierce sparks generated when the two attacks clashed, the ground and the lava in the few ters area were imdiately dispersed.
BANG... BANG.. powerful sounds rang out as the two attacks chipped at one another. It seed like the two attacks were equal in strength. Though after a couple of seconds, it was evident that the golden light was winning.
The combined attack from the Zhang Clan participants was unable to proceed any forward and was stopped in its tracks. What’s more, the yellow light of the [Twofold Mountain Slash] was swiftly dimming.
