Fras Siabi held onto a long tobacco pipe; this was the weapon that he was known for. While it didn’t have high damage, it had a high attack speed.
Lu Li went up behind the Boss and imdiately began dealing damage.
His damage boost from his equipnt was still useful against Fras Siabi, all the civilians of Strathol had already beco Undead.
Fras Siabi wasn’t strong, but what made him difficult was his smoker ability. He could quickly put his tobacco pipe into his mouth and breathe out a giant circle of smoke.
"Dodge!" Lu Li yelled. He had been anticipating this spell, and as soon as the smoke circle appeared, he imdiately warned his team.
So reacted in ti while others did not. Lu Li didn’t press the issue; as long as people could stay awake in this stage, that would be enough.
All those who touched the smoke circle would fall into a long sleep. During this ti, they would constantly lose health and if nobody woke them, a wipe was guaranteed.
On the other hand, as long as soone stayed awake, they could wake up their teammates
After they dodged the smoke circle, everyone quickly dropped Fras Siabi to critical health.
Under normal circumstances, a Boss usually enter berserk mode the mont they dropped below this threshold, but Fras Siabi was different story.
"I need to burn all my tobacco before their dirty hands get to them!"
After saying, he suddenly took out a torch. His target wasn’t the players, but his precious tobacco.
Perhaps the reason why Fras Siabi’s cigarette was so hard to obtain was because he always burned them.
"Everyone burst him down!"
The special effects and Ultimate skills that the Xin Xin rcenary Group had saved were all used at once. They didn’t have any idea how precious the tobaccos were, but they knew that this was their quest item.
The flas continued to burn the precious tobacco and the air was filled with a sweet sll, but Lu Li’s heart was bleeding.
"Damn you thieves! Why have you entered my ho?"
Fras Siabi seed to be completely unaware that he was dead; he was confused as to why Lu Li and the others kept attacking him.
When the Boss died, Lu Li and the others quickly raced over to save the cigarettes.
Twelve packs!
The Xin Xin rcernary Group were already a very strong team, but despite their best efforts, they could only salvage twelve packs.
"It’s best not to hand this in for the quest. These cigarettes seem pretty useful. If you guys run into NPCs who smoke, they would probably co in handy," Lu Li said as he distributed the tobacco. Everyone received a pack, while two extra packs were given to Moonlight as he was a smoker.
"I’m going to loot him," Remnant Dream announced as she quickly stooped low next to the Boss.
Fras Siabi’s Cigar Cutter – this was a two-handed weapon with decent Attributes, especially its Critical Strike. It wasn’t a large weapon, but it was definitely quite intricate. At the end of the description, there was a small row of text:
"The man sure liked his smokes."
No one wanted it, so Moonlight took it; he really liked the text description that ca with the weapon.
Smokey’s Lighter – this was a trinket. It created a shroud of smoke that caused all targets within a range to sleep for three seconds. It seed to be very useful, but it didn’t have any other Attributes that ca with it. The effect duration wasn’t very long either. In the end, Lu Li took it as a part of his collection.
There was nothing else left. Even though this was Nightmare mode, but Fras Siabi was only a minor Boss.
After this, they left the house and soon ran into an Eye of Naxxramas.
They had walked along this path previously, so Azure Sea Breeze wasn’t on guard. He failed to control the monster when he spotted it.
Regardless, this was Azure Sea Breeze’s mistake.
The Eye of Naxxramas was usually in a half-stealth state. When players entered its range, it would shout a very classic line: "There are people alive here!"
If it wasn’t controlled imdiately, it would summon two Gargoyles within a few seconds.
These Gargoyles were pure magic-type damage monsters, which ant that the tank would be unable to hold their aggression.
Players would have to watch out for their knock back in lee range. In tis like this, so teams would find themselves in an awkward situation – their hands were already tied from the surprise and the player that had been knocked away could pull another pack of monsters. It was easier to simply sit still and wait for the team to wipe.
Lu Li had Loneso Flower and Sesa Rice Ball held on to a Gargoyle each, while the others killed the Eye of Naxxramas first.
As they continued their journey, they found that the Eyes of Naxxramas grew in numbers. There were also wailing demoness along the way that were just as troubleso. These demonesses cried, inflicting a Fear effect on nearby players.
Another type of monster – the Crypt Crawler – were also notorious for being newbie killers. They threw around nets and had extrely high close-combat damage. It was hard for Mage players escape these monsters, and if enough of them gathered, a wipe would await them.
So thought that what made Strathol hard wasn’t the Bosses – it was these troubleso monsters.
After they nearly wiped twice, Lu Li drank an advanced Healing Potion and had to warn Azure Sea Breeze.
"Everyone watch out. Breezy, try and drag the monsters further back every ti you initiate."
"Don’t worry, I got this," Azure Sea Breeze said confidently.
"Alright. As long as you’re aware, I’ll go and open the door. You can enter first," Lu Li laughed coldly as he unlocked the door that separated the two zones.
In a giant city like this, each zone in the city was separated by a door.
These doors weren’t heavy – even a Thief like Lu Li who focused on agility could pull them open.
Azure Sea Breeze packed away his weapon and shield and he grabbed a hold of the door. Following his instructions, he pulled the door up and laughed proudly as he walked in.
The mont he stepped in, the door behind him fell and made a loud noise.
There was also another door in front of him; he was trapped right in the center.
"What is going on..."
Azure Sea Breeze was left in shock. Before he even had the chance to figure out what had gone wrong, countless rats began to flood into the locked zone.
Damn you, Lu Li!
