This was actually a quest item. The quest would be given by the Chief Engineer Bilgewhizzle of
Gadgetzan. Lu Li had forgotten to accept it, but he didn’t expect the quest item to still drop. They should probably make a trip to the NPC after the dungeon – the experience from the quest was quite decent.
