The Lumina Restaurant.

Ethan Grant had reserved a spot in advance, taking Sumrs and Yvette Aston out for a al, completely undisturbed.

Yvette Aston was unaware that at this mont, in the Grant Group’s lounge area, two n were fighting fiercely over her.

"Mr. Grant, everything’s settled. Zachary Carter got Tom Ziegler to give him a beating; he’s in the hospital and should stay quiet for a while," Christopher Carter reported over the phone to Ethan Grant.

Yvette Aston cautiously glanced at Ethan Grant, who had stepped aside to make a call, feeling uncertain.

"Mom, this place looks really expensive," Sumrs whispered.

Yvette Aston smiled at Sumrs. "Sumrs, work hard in your studies and make yourself strong. When you grow up and make money, you can also... invite Uncle Grant here for a al, okay?"

Sumrs blinked his eyes. "He’s my dad..."

Yvette looked around and whispered, "Sumrs, Uncle Grant was just being polite; you can’t take it seriously. He... will soday be soone else’s dad."

Yvette, worried that her son might be disappointed in the future, softly reassured him.

Sumrs’ eyes turned red, looking down with so grievance. "I don’t want him to be soone else’s dad."

"Sumrs... you can’t think like that. Uncle Grant will definitely get married soday, and will have his own children, so..." Yvette’s fingers tightened. "I’m sorry Sumrs, Mom will give you a complete family, okay?"

"Mom’s not wrong at all." Sumrs cupped Yvette’s cheeks, whispering comfortingly.

"Aunt Yvette, where did my uncle go?" Little Stephen Sinclair, who had beco a little holess wanderer, clung to Sumrs every day.

Sumrs couldn’t shake off this little tag-along, so he had to bring him along.

"He’s on a call." Yvette Aston smiled and rubbed Stephen Sinclair’s head.

"Hello, may I take your order?" The restaurant server looked at Yvette Aston and Sumrs with an unfriendly attitude, since such high-end restaurants were quite snobbish.

Yvette Aston and Sumrs were dressed very plainly, unlike Stephen Sinclair, who wore clothes that were all worth no small fortune.

Even his little shoes were limited editions, costing over ten thousand.

"Just... just a mont." Yvette nodded, feeling sowhat socially anxious.

Sumrs counted his little fingers. "I want to treat Dad to a al. Uncle gave so pocket money, and I’ve been saving for a long ti."

Yvette paused for a mont, smiling at Sumrs.

"Hello, I have five hundred dollars, is that, is that okay?" Sumrs looked up at the server, pulling a wad of cash from his little crossbody bag—tens, twenties, and fifties, with the largest being a hundred-dollar bill.

"Ha?" The server laughed mockingly. "Kid, with that kind of money... you can’t even book a seat."

"Mom, this place is very expensive. Can we go sowhere else?" Sumrs softly asked Yvette Aston.

Yvette nodded, wanting to wait for Ethan Grant to co back and then suggest going to another place. "Our Sumrs wants to treat."

"So, are you going to stay or not? If you’re not ordering, then hurry up and leave; don’t waste our ti. The spots here are very expensive," the server said unpleasantly, seeing that Yvette Aston hesitated to order.

"This restaurant belongs to my uncle, so you’d better apologize to Sumrs and Aunt Yvette, or you’ll definitely be in trouble," Stephen Sinclair said angrily, slamming the table, pouting unhappily.

The server clearly didn’t take the child seriously, sneering. "Little lord, which family are you from? Do you know who our restaurant owner is?"

"Who?" Stephen Sinclair asked.

"Our restaurant is a high-end venue under Starlight Entertainnt; not just anyone can get in. Do you see that table over there? Do you know who those people eating are? It’s the top star, Paige Fulton, do you know her?" The server pointed to a table in the corner.

Yvette Aston then realized that tonight there seed to be only two tables with guests dining here.

"Heard... I’ve heard of her." She had heard of Paige Fulton, a top actress in Starlight Entertainnt, and a leading star in the entertainnt industry, seemingly having been rumored to have a scandal with Ethan Grant.

Yvette Aston had even heard about Paige Fulton while in prison, where the won envied her, believing Paige Fulton was the woman most likely to beco Mrs. Grant, marrying into a top wealthy family in the future.

"So if you’re not ordering but sitting here, I really don’t know who booked this table for you," the server urged Yvette Aston to leave quickly.

"Uncle!" Stephen Sinclair shouted angrily.

Just then, Ethan Grant walked in from outside, looking in a good mood.

Zachary Carter had been put in the hospital by Tom Ziegler, who ntioned that if Zachary Carter dared cause trouble at Grant Group again, he’d beat him up again.

Regarding this cousin, who could be used as a pawn, Ethan Grant was quite satisfied.

"Uncle! That server bullied Sumrs and Aunt Yvette." Stephen Sinclair shouted.

Ethan Grant frowned, walking over. "What’s going on?"

The server, seeing Ethan Grant, was completely flustered, covering her mouth in shock and panic. "Mr. Grant..."

How could it be Ethan Grant who brought them?

Why would a top-tier billionaire like Ethan Grant bring such plainly dressed won here for a al?

She hadn’t even considered it might be Ethan Grant.

Her face turned pale with fright, and the server hurriedly explained. "I’m sorry, Mr. Grant, and to you, ma’am... I just, just thought..."

Yvette Aston waved her hand, proactively diffusing the situation. "No, that’s not it. Sumrs wanted to treat you to dinner. He only has five hundred, so... it’s expensive here."

Yvette Aston spoke softly, also afraid of embarrassing Ethan Grant.

Ethan Grant crouched in front of Sumrs, looking astonished and amused. "Sumrs wants to treat Dad to a al?"

The server’s eyes nearly popped out; Dad?

Ethan Grant already had a son?

How could it be... dressed so plainly? Was this weathered, faded outfit so kind of limited edition new style?

"Yes, yes." Sumrs happily held up a wad of cash. "Sumrs saved for a long ti."

Ethan Grant hugged Sumrs in his arms, giving the server a dark look, without saying anything.

Yvette Aston, with her kind heart, naturally didn’t want the server to get into trouble, after all, she’s just a worker.

Ethan Grant also didn’t reprimand the server on the spot, but later would certainly enhance the restaurant’s managent and professional training.

"Sumrs, what do you want to treat Dad to?" Ethan Grant asked softly.

Sumrs excitedly hugged Ethan Grant’s neck. "Dad, do you like to eat skewers?"

Ethan Grant froze for a mont, looking at Yvette Aston for help. What are... skewers?

Yvette Aston took a deep breath. "It’s... street vendor stalls selling skewers, one dollar... each skewer."

Soone of Ethan Grant’s status probably hadn’t even heard of it.

The server standing nearby was so scared her hands were trembling, trying to keep her head down, not daring to make a sound.

"Sumrs... let’s eat here today and, another day, treat then, okay?" Yvette Aston softly advised Sumrs; Ethan Grant surely couldn’t go for street skewers.

"Sumrs likes it, it must be tasty, so today let’s have little Sumrs treat us," Ethan Grant not only agreed but also pinched little Stephen Sinclair’s chubby cheek. "Stephen Sinclair, you benefit from today."

Stephen Sinclair was overjoyed. "Sumrs is treating, yay!"

Yvette Aston stared blankly at the interaction between Ethan Grant, Sumrs, and Stephen Sinclair; the three of them together had no sense of mismatch, even... making her heart quiver.

She really wanted to secretly capture this mont.

Just to quietly keep it on her phone...

"Let’s go." Ethan Grant put Sumrs down, extending his hand to Yvette Aston.

Yvette Aston stared blankly at Ethan Grant’s hand; holding hands in public... wasn’t appropriate, but as if under a spell, she was still about to reach out.

"Ethan Brother!" A light, sweet voice ca over.

It was Paige Fulton.

She was at a table in the corner, eating, and upon seeing Ethan Grant, was delighted to call out.

Yvette Aston’s heart tightened, reflexively withdrawing her hand, sowhat flustered and embarrassed, placing her hand behind her back.

Indeed, in Ethan Grant’s circle, she could never hold her head high.

"Ethan Brother, what are you doing here!" Paige Fulton ran over excitedly, affectionately holding onto Ethan Grant’s arm.
