The wind howled atop the walls, snow pelting down like icy needles. Robert stood unmoved, his figure half-shrouded in frost. After wiping out the towering beasts with frightening ease, he turned slightly, observing the battlefield below with dead calm eyes.

But he did not stop.

"Another," he ordered.

A knight quickly handed him another spear, trembling as he backed away. Robert gripped it, charging it with more mana than before. The air around the weapon twisted and shimred, pressure building until it cracked the stone beneath his feet.

He hurled it.

This ti, the spear didn’t just kill one—it tore through dozens.

It shot down in a clean line like a blade of light, piercing the battlefield. Monsters shrieked and scread, their voices echoing in a twisted chorus.

"GRRAAAGHHHHH!!!"

"SKREEEEEEE!!!"

"KUAAAAARGHH!!"

The spear punched through them like paper. Limbs flew and bodies exploded one after another.

His brutal assault allowed the allies to rest and heal up while he launched several volleys.

A shockwave followed, flattening everything in its path. The frozen earth split apart, and the sky flashed for a mont as if a divine judgnt had fallen.

In seconds, the line where the monsters had once stood was now an empty, blood-soaked trench. Easily over fifty were gone—nothing left but pieces and burned bones.

Soldiers nearby were stunned. Even the mages on the wall stood frozen, breath caught in their throats.

Then suddenly—

WHOOOOM!

A violent gust slamd into the wall, snapping Robert’s cloak backwards. Snow swirled in violent currents. His eyes narrowed, and then widened. Sothing was wrong.

The sky roared. Clouds twisted violently, and snow began to fall harder, sharp, fast, and deadly like blades.

The air itself grew heavy, becoming freezing and suffocating.

Robert’s instincts flared as he felt a large influx of mana. Without a word, he crouched, and blasted off the wall.

BOOM!

His body shot through the air like a cannonball, smashing into the ground beside Albert. The earth quaked beneath his feet as he landed, sending a shock through the frozen terrain.

"FATHERRR!!" Albert cried out, wide-eyed.

Robert didn’t even look at him. His cold eyes narrowed in disapproval.

"Don’t lose composure," he said, voice like steel.

Albert straightened up at once, gulping down his surprise.

Robert didn’t waste ti. "Take care of things here. Retreat as quickly as possible."

Albert blinked. "My Lord, but the monster—"

"They will go crazy and start running away," Robert cut him off sharply. "Don’t mistake that for retreat."

With that, he took one step—and vanished.

The snow erupted where he stood, launching upward in a burst as his body shot across the battlefield like a flash of death, heading straight for whatever force had shaken the sky.

...

The carcass of the Ice Dragon shook again.

BOOOM!

Snow exploded into the air. A violent blizzard surged out in every direction. The sound of cracking ice and shrieking wind filled the space.

Then ca the roar.

A deep, earth-splitting, soul-breaking draconic roar that blasted through everything.

Kael’s face turned pale. His eyes widened.

"Lyria! Handel! Cover your ears—now! Stuff them with snow, freeze it if you can!"

Lyria blinked. "Why?"

Kael growled. "Do it if you don’t want to lose your ears completely!"

They listened following Kael commands and just in ti.

The roar hit.

It wasn’t just loud.

It shattered the air.

It cracked the walls.

It made the mana crystals explode into shards and dust. The glowing stones all around burst like popping fireworks. The sky seed to bleed mana.

Everyone near the dragon dropped. Cloaked followers scread in agony. Blood poured from their ears. So twitched before going still. Their eardrums had turned to mush. Their skulls cracked.

Bishop Polly staggered back. He raised his staff and threw up a shield just in ti. The blast slamd against his barrier like a flood of knives.

"Tch... What a pesky lizard!" he shouted, spitting blood. "Looks like we need to use it."

He turned to four of his n.

They nodded, understanding at once.

Each of them pulled out a black crystal artifact—round like a sphere but with sharp icy spikes. Faint blue runes glowed on its surface.

One of them poured mana into it, veins bulging.

The artifact began to hum.

Then they planted it into the frozen ground.

BOOM.

A pulse shot out.

The ground cracked.Ice started to rise, forming shapes. It ford arms, legs and then eads.

Kael whistled seeing this.

’Oh!That’s how they were forming Ice Titan. But isn’t forming earth golem better than ice...Maybe they can use ice to form it.’

In monts, four Ice Titans erged—each at least ten ters tall, covered in jagged frozen armor, glowing eyes like torches in a storm.

They charged at the Ice Dragon who roared again making the cavern shake.

The Titans struck first. One punched the dragon in the side, the force echoing like a hamr on a bell. Ice exploded from the point of impact.

Another Titan grabbed the dragon’s wing and ripped it back.

But the dragon was no corpse anymore.

It bit down on the first Titan’s head, crushing it. Ice shards flew everywhere.

Its claws slashed through the chest of the second.

The Titans didn’t bleed. But they cracked, groaned, and started breaking apart.

It was a brutal fight.

The dragon’s tail whipped around, knocking one into the wall. The whole cavern trembled. Its breath—cold as death—froze the legs of the fourth Titan solid.

Pieces of titan bodies fell all over. The dragon’s roar didn’t stop. It kept fighting, kept destroying.

Handel, still crouched behind a broken wall, was breathing hard. His face was pale with sweat.

"My Lord," he said, looking at Kael, "What should we do now?"

Kael was staring at the dragon with wide, twitching eyes.

Then he slowly turned to Handel and Lyria.

"RUN!!" he scread.

"What?" Handel slipped and almost hit the ground.

Lyria stared at Kael with a blank expression. It was a strange look, like she couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

Kael saw their faces and clicked his tongue.

"Stop giving that shitty look. I may be insane, I may be a goddamn lunatic, but I’m not an idiot! I don’t want my ass turned into a frozen atball!"

Handel blinked. "What... what is that thing?!"

Kael facepald hard.

"Dragons," he said.

"They’re not like monsters. You don’t just ’kill’ them. You need soone with Demi-God level power. SSS rank isn’t even close. And even then, it’s a gamble."

He looked at the battle.

"The older the dragon, the worse it gets. So can touch god level. Their scales are nearly unbreakable. Their mana is insane."

"But that’s just a carcass,"Handel shouted.

Kael pointed at the beast and scoffed,"That’s a soul remnant. Not even fully alive. But it’s enough to kill us all. This fight is stupid. Extrely stupid."

Kael turned and ran.

Handel and Lyria followed fast, feet sliding over the icy floor. But then out of nowhere Kael tripped.

His body hit the ground hard and slid for a few weeks.

"Master?!" Lyria called, her voice louder than usual. She rushed to him and turned his body.

Kael’s eyes were blank, devoid of light.

"What?"Lyria’s mind beca blank seeing this.

His lips were slightly parted, and he was breathing but barely.

Handel knelt beside Kael to check with a shocked expression wondering what the hell happened here.

"What happened to the Master?!"Lyria shouted

Handel didn’t answer, rather he just stared at Kael’s face with no emotion and then at Lyria who’s hands were shaking..
