Su Ming lit a cigarette and started pondering.

Just then, Su Ming’s phone rang, and it turned out to be the boss lady calling.
As soon as he answered, her composed and gentle voice ca through: "Are you at Yanan’s place?"
"No, I’m with Yang Chang looking to rent a place as an office for the company," Su Ming replied.
The boss lady held 40% of the company’s shares; she was the real major shareholder, though Su Ming was just holding those shares for her.
"Oh, send your location, I’ll co by right away," she said.
"Alright." Su Ming hung up and sent her the location.
Before long, she drove up in a flashy Ferrari.
She wore a long dress and high heels, which only enhanced the appearance of her curves.
Yang Chang had seen her a couple of tis before and always thought she was stunningly beautiful and sexy.
Seeing her now, he felt her allure and beauty even more!
But Yang Chang didn’t dare to stare at her; he glanced and then quickly looked away.
Sha Hai, on the other hand, was completely transfixed; he’d never seen such a beautiful woman before.
And she was way more beautiful than stars on the screen!
The boss lady greeted Yang Chang proactively: "Hello!"
Yang Chang, flattered, responded: "Hello, Miss Shen!"
Yang Chang was quite smart; knowing that Shen ngxue was about to divorce Zhang Biao, he avoided calling her the boss lady.
After greeting Yang Chang, Shen ngxue kept an intentional distance from him.
But with Su Ming, it was the complete opposite; her eyes were full of laughter!
Seeing Shen ngxue, Su Ming felt cheerful as he said, "I looked at two places; neither seems quite right. Do you want to take a look?"
"Sure, take to see them," Shen ngxue replied.
"Okay." Su Ming answered and took Shen ngxue to view the places.
After looking around, she was evidently unsatisfied and said directly, "The space is alright, but the frontage is too small for business. Just so happens a friend of mine has a shop for rent; why don’t I take you to see it?"
"Sounds great." That was exactly what Su Ming was hoping for, so he readily agreed.
Su Ming didn’t drive the Bentley; instead, he rode in Shen ngxue’s Ferrari.
Once inside, the enchanting scent from her enveloped him.
"So fragrant." Su Ming glanced at Shen ngxue with a smile.
"Sit properly; I need to drive. Don’t distract ," Shen ngxue said.
"Got it." Knowing that driving was no joke, Su Ming fastened his seatbelt and sat properly.
Yet, he couldn’t help but keep his eyes on Shen ngxue.
Feeling a bit embarrassed by his gaze, Shen ngxue blushed and asked, "Why are you staring at ?"
"Because you’re so beautiful!" Su Ming sincerely replied.
With her ears turning red, Shen ngxue was nonetheless in good spirits: "My friend’s place is 300 square ters with two levels. You can use the upper floor as your office; I could drop by when I’m free. Plus, the frontage is wide and parking is convenient—a priority for a company’s location."
"That’s exactly what I was thinking." Su Ming nodded, feeling a sort of shared understanding, and asked, "Once the company is up, will you co by often?"
Su Ming was filled with anticipation about this.
"Of course, I’ll be there often," Shen ngxue said frankly.
"That’s wonderful!" Su Ming earnestly said, imagining how incredible it would be if they could enjoy such a mont in the office!
Seeing Su Ming a bit excited, Shen ngxue couldn’t help but smile, "Look at you, just grinning silly!"
"I’d definitely be happy if you visit often," Su Ming said sincerely.
"Alright, you sweet talker," the boss lady laughed.
The Ferrari on the road was even more eye-catching than a Bentley.
Most importantly, the car was red.
That signified its owner was a beauty.
"Vroom vroom..."
The engine roar of the Bentley echoed down the street, drawing the attention of all passersby.
Many couldn’t help but comnt!
"Wow! What a stunning red Ferrari!"
"I’m not envious of the Ferrari; I’m envious of the man in the passenger seat. If only I could be close to such a beauty."
"You must be joking; those two are a perfect match, made for each other!"
"You’re wrong; it looks like that guy’s just riding on her coattails!"
"I wouldn’t mind riding those coattails; if I could, I’d die happy..."
Su Ming and Shen ngxue couldn’t hear these discussions and soon arrived at the location.
The place was exceptional, near an intersection with a frontage over twenty ters wide, and diagonally opposite Dongbai City, offering dining, entertainnt, accommodation, and shopping.
Upon hearing that Shen ngxue was coming, the shop’s owner personally stood at the door to welco them.
She looked in her forties yet was elegantly charming, wearing a Chanel dress, Gucci heels, a Vacheron Constantin watch, and carrying a Hermès bag.
"ngxue, you’re here." The landlord, Lin Xiaoya, said courteously.
"Yes, your shop looks good. Let’s discuss the price," Shen ngxue said bluntly.
"Others rent it for at least six hundred thousand a year; for you, it’s four hundred thousand." Lin Xiaoya’s words surprised Su Ming.
Twenty thousand a year is substantial; if an average person earns twenty thousand annually, life would be quite comfortable.
If rented for ten years, Su Ming could save two million!
Two million is what an average worker earns in a lifeti without spending a di!
After his little reflection, Su Ming took a look around the shop, feeling completely satisfied.
He was filled with hope for the future and felt sure he could establish a great business!
However, soon Su Ming worried as he had no money at the mont, and couldn’t imdiately co up with tens of thousands for rent.
This shop was already furnished, potentially saving a significant renovation cost, only office equipnt needed to be bought in.
Feeling awkward to ask Shen ngxue for money, Su Ming said, "This place is quite good; can I pay the rent tomorrow?"
"Of course." Before Shen ngxue could speak, Lin Xiaoya chid in.
Su Ming found it hard to believe; it seed Lin Xiaoya was deliberately trying to please Shen ngxue.
He pulled Shen ngxue aside to ask, "Why is Lin Xiaoya so accommodating?"
"Because she’s the sister of the Director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Developnt Departnt!" Shen ngxue said with a smile.
