Shen Yanxiao simply had no desire to wear this outfit at all. She liked cute things, that was right. But it didn’t an she wanted to be cute herself!
She already wanted to die when she beca a dwarf, and now, with such an outfit...
Shen Yanxiao felt that her life had really gone all the way to the darkness.
"Chieftain, everyone is ready and waiting for you. Are you ready?" Momo Li’s voice rang outside the door. He had co several tis already but, every ti, Shen Yanxiao said she was not ready yet.
Momo Li didn’t an to urge Shen Yanxiao, he just really wanted to see what Shen Yanxiao would look like when she put on the clothes they had prepared.
"Master? Do you want them to keep waiting? It’s getting dark." Taotie, who had a common tongue with the dwarves, asked in a soft voice.
The corner of Shen Yanxiao’s mouth twitched slightly.
"It’s cold at night. They’re going to be blown by the cold wind standing outside..."
"Go then go!" In the end, Shen Yanxiao still hardened her heart and decided to co out wearing a set of clothes that didn’t fit her personal style. Anyway, she was only a temporary dwarf!!!
Holding the healthy ntality of "if she dies then she dies", Shen Yanxiao summoned up her courage like a moving and tragic, yet courageous hero that broke his arm in battle and pushed open the door.
Standing outside, Momo Li was stunned at the sight of Shen Yanxiao.
His pair of big watery eyes bulged and his small mouth gaped as he looked at his sad-faced chieftain.
"Chieftain, you are really... really beautiful!" Momo Li’s little hands imdiately wriggled behind his back, sighing at Shen Yanxiao’s beautiful and moving appearance while lowering his head and twisting his small body, looking shy and excited at the sa ti.
"Lead the way." Shen Yanxiao was very pleased. At least Momo Li complinted her as beautiful! Not cute!
"Okay. People will surely be amazed!" Momo Li excitedly bounced around with his little legs. Shen Yanxiao found that dwarves always bounced around like rabbits whenever they were excited or happy.
The wind was bleak and the water was cold, but a hero would never turn around.
Shen Yanxiao took a deep breath and followed Momo Li to the place of celebration.
The dwarf’s houses were not very big, so the Momo Tribe’s banquet was held in the open air. More than ten wooden tables were neatly arranged in the open space, the lanterns around the banquet sparkling with brilliance; a large group of chanical puppets surrounded the venue outside, forming a steel wall to block the cold night wind.
It was just that every chanical puppet had a beautiful wreath on its head and a huge bouquet in hand. Why did that look so weird?
Shen Yanxiao, led by Momo Li, arrived at the banquet, followed by a string of small tails.
"Ah! The chieftain is coming!" Momo An, who was now the vice-chief of the tribe, rose to his feet imdiately and looked at Shen Yanxiao in amazent.
"The chieftain is beautiful!"
"The chieftain is the most beautiful dwarf I’ve ever seen!"
"Ah, ah, ah, ah! My heart can’t stand it!"
Shen Yanxiao’s appearance elicited voices of exclamation from a crowd of dwarves.
Shen Yanxiao silently reminded herself inwardly that they were praising her as beautiful, not as cute!
"Chieftain, please take a seat." Momo Ke also got up and looked at Shen Yanxiao with a smile, his eyes full of respect.
Shen Yanxiao sat down with a stiff expression. Vermillion Bird and Taotie were sitting around Shen Yanxiao while the Dragon God and Bian could only twitch the corners of their mouths when they saw the small chairs that could be smashed into pieces with just one slap.
