Si Shen felt as if sothing was blocking his heart, an indescribable feeling. He felt a sense of loss due to that estrangent, yet also felt helpless about many things.
Watching the mother and son leave in an instant, he could only follow them outside. Sotis he wondered whether what he was doing was right or wrong.
At this mont, a phone call ca in. Si Shen glanced at the phone screen, swiped to answer, and held it to his ear, "Hello?"
"Where are you?"
"At ho, what’s up?" Si Shen felt irritable and was sowhat absentminded while speaking, which Mona naturally noticed.
"I want to ask you sothing." Mona said on the other end, "If you’re available now, could we et? I really have sothing important to discuss with you."
Si Shen felt a bit weary but still nodded, "Okay, wait for ."
An hour later, Si Shen arrived at the club and went directly to the VIP box she had booked.

Hearing the commotion at the door, Mona ca over directly. Si Shen gave her a sowhat complicated look, his expression mixed with helplessness and gentleness, "What’s the matter?"
"Why are you being so cold to today?" Mona was uncomfortable, not used to this, as he wouldn’t normally treat her like this.
Si Shen brushed past her, sat on the sofa, crossed his legs, and toyed with a lighter in his hand, "If there’s sothing, just say it."

Si Shen paused for a second, only briefly, "Do you think all n should go crazy for you, even after you’re married, and they should always revolve around you?"
Hearing his sarcasm, Mona’s initially tough attitude softened a bit, "Ah Shen, that’s not what I ant. I was just too impatient..."
Si Shen looked up at her and sighed, "What happened today that made you call over in such a hurry?"
"It’s about the Qiao Family’s young lady." Mona squatted next to him, her hand unconsciously placed on his knee, only to be brushed away by Si Shen.
Mona’s face stiffened, realizing that he was indeed trying to cut ties with her, and she reluctantly withdrew her hand. She wasn’t sure when it started, but he had begun to distance himself from her.
Si Shen frowned, "The Qiao Family’s young lady?"
