Chapter 1133: Chapter 1129 Lu Qian
After wrapping up her writing ti, Qiao Xiaren shut off her computer and stretched her limbs.

She reached out to push him away, looking at his face expressionlessly, thinking he’s up to no good again right from the start!

“Going to the Phantom Kill crew this afternoon, the movie’s started shooting.”
“Have lunch with at noon.”
Qiao Xiaren agreed, then her phone suddenly rang. She glanced at the screen and saw it was a call from the Lu Family.
She swiped to unlock the screen and answered the call: “Hello?”
“Xiaren, it’s , Grandpa Lu.” Old Master Lu’s voice ca over.
“Grandpa Lu? What can I do for you?”
“Well, is Lu Qian with you? He said you asked him to go out last night, and he hasn’t co back today!” The more the old man thought about it, the more his brow furrowed, feeling that Lu Qian might be lying to him, using Xiaren as an excuse while sneaking out on his own.
“Lu Qian hasn’t returned?”
Qiao Xiaren hesitated, repeating it once again. She originally thought Lu Qian would co ho after having his fun, but he still hasn’t returned?
“Grandpa Lu, Lu Qian did go out with yesterday, but he seed to be having a good ti, so I said goodbye and left first.”
Upon hearing this, Old Master Lu’s brow furrowed even tighter: “Lu Qian still hasn’t co back, seems he really needs a beating, acting so boldly outside with no sense of propriety! His phone’s off and we can’t find him. When I do, I’ll strip a layer off him!”
He thinks he’s sothing, he better never co back!
Listening to the old man’s voice hinting at a brewing storm, Qiao Xiaren felt a chill, silently lighting a candle for Lu Qian.
She hadn’t expected Lu Qian to dare not return ho. Had she known, she would’ve dragged him back yesterday. She’s heard from Grandpa how Old Master Lu had a nasty temper when he was younger, and it seems Lu Qian wouldn’t escape a beating.
“Grandpa Lu, don’t worry yet. Lu Qian had so drinks last night, maybe he got drunk and that’s why he hasn’t co back yet. I’ll go check at the King Hotel first.”
Hearing Qiao Xiaren say he might be at the King Hotel, Old Master Lu finally felt a bit of the anger that had been brewing dissipate since last night. There was a real concern he had gone to ss around sowhere.
Even though he was anxious about his grandson’s lifelong matters, he wouldn’t tolerate him fooling around. He feared scheming won might take advantage, and the Lu Family’s doors weren’t open to just any random woman.
“Don’t think that just because he’s at the King Hotel, I’ll go easy on him!” The old man’s voice softened quite a bit, “Xiaren, help urge him to co back. Mrs. Han and her daughter just arrived, and he’s nowhere to be found, how embarrassing!”
Mrs. Han and her daughter?
Qiao Xiaren caught onto those keywords and again felt a bit anxious for Lu Qian.
“Alright, understood, Grandpa.”
After hanging up, Qiao Xiaren imdiately dialed Lu Qian’s number, and after a long tone, she patiently waited, realizing he wasn’t answering.
