The priestess never had a covenant forced upon her. Such binds would generally weaken those on the higher rank and even impact their growth. But that doesn’t an that the lineage she belongs to doesn’t possess similar restrictions.

Currently in her body, for daring to harm the Radiant Knight, her blood rumbled, causing her body to break apart in places. It’s just a warning, but she can feel her strength waning.

But the mont she felt as such, one of her Frosty undead experienced the sa destruction and started to crack.

This undead cold Domain, or Dark Frost Domain was her ultimate card, sothing that made her virtually immortal as long as the Domain was active, while actively draining the vitality of all those that stayed inside and once they fell, they too would be claid by the Domain, becoming part of The Cold Corpses army.

Making her a force to be reckoned with.

Alabasta, feeling the damage to his head, also knew that things were serious at this point. He didn’t care if there would be conflict between the domains. As death ca closer to him, he opened his own domain, which appeared fainter and filled with what appeared to be countless geotric shapes floating into the air.

It was an incomplete domain that cracked the mont it touched the Cold Corpses domain, but that slight mont was enough for Alabasta to control his domain and whisk himself away from the scene.

Of course, the spine sword that bound him did cause so issues, breaking his movent in between as it dug deeper into Alabasta’s flesh, making him fall down. But life was earned, even with a hole in his head.

As for the Dwarves, most were already dead at this point, a far cry from the promise that Cold Corpses made before. But in her eyes, it was not much of an issue considering that the Dwarves had succeeded in their goal, and the important ones were already missing. Leaving this good food for her to devour.

Of course, that’s what she thought must have happened, but who knew when Malidi with his sword ca and saved the dying Arbood? "Not him, he is an important one." Spoke Malidi, giving Cold Corpses a deep look, whose mind was already jumping on what to do yet.

The grandmaster-level dwarves were not so strong for the ritual she was casting, she needed the sacrifice of two legendary beings to ensure that Malidi would be sealed for sure.

Which is why, after seeing that Malidi had already protected Arbood, unaware of why or how considering she didn’t feel a single ounce of Domain strength from Malidi, her attention was drawn to Alabasta who wriggled to get out of the binds of the sword. ’It’s my only chance.’ Her body teleported carrying a scythe and directly crashed it onto Alabasta’s skull, intending to end him right then and there.

"Enough." But was he soone who would die so pathetically? Well, no. He had suffered worse situations than now and fought against extre odds before. So, although this situation is a bit annoying, it doesn’t an there is no way. "Foolish woman."

While her undead occupied Malidi, she ca personally to deal with Alabasta, who gave her an icy cold look which caused her to flinch for a bit, but her scythe never stopped coming down.

And then with a bang, she noticed an extre scene.

"You really look down on ." Even while bound and unable to use his bloodline techniques, the physique of Alabasta was honed to the extre, before the scythe could co down, he fell on his back and then held the scythe with his feet, before kicking it with his right leg, diverting the attack.

Although ever was hit by Jester’s "Denial of Reality" just one ti in his life, the sense of powerlessness and vulnerability had been a scar on his mind for a long ti. It was also at that ti he learned that depending on his blood was foolish, there were ways to suppress them in this world and who knows what else?

So Alabasta learned multiple thods to supplent himself in case his powers soday disappear, including walking the path of a Physical Cultivator, an ancient path that is not so cared for anymore considering the weapons and blood techniques kept evolving by the day.

But so what if the path of physical cultivation was useless? There were always what-if cases one of which he had experienced himself.

"Just die... with your death, I can seal that immortal monster." She spoke in anger, as cold fire exploded outwards of her body, freezing virtually everything in her sight, but Alabasta, even with a hole in his forehead held his ground as the icicles ford over his body, which crackled and broke the very next second.

"This incorrigible spine." He spoke, feeling it dug deeper with this movent of his.

Currently, it would be a lie to say he was hurt, the enemy was focused on two fronts and succeeding in pushing one of them because that man tried to protect the dwarf, which made Alabasta wonder why he would do such a thing, and why he was not so lucky to earn such protection. But then again, he did try to kill Malidi, unlike Arbood.

’Guess no choice left.’ Alabasta understood that to survive this ordeal he had to think outside of the box considering he was unable to use his arms, not his bloodline strength, leaving him only with his absurdly strong physique that was able to endure all the torture that the Priestess of Cold Corpses can impart of him.

Which did frustrate her, after the first attack where she was able to cause so real harm, the mont Alabasta was sure of her intentions, he never let her get this chance again.

But it doesn’t an she was losing, everyone who falls in this domain will suffer from the frostbite that slowly drains away their vitality and in turn strengthens the Priestess. So in the ga of endurance, she will co out on top against enemies that can’t even completely realize their domains into reality.

"Struggling, wish for it, and your hands will be free." On the side, Malidi spoke white protecting a dying Arbood. His words are cut and clear. As long as Alabasta were to renounce his aggression and call a truce, Malidi would free Alabasta of his binds.

But Malidi just gave that man one look before smiling with his bloodied forehead. "What a joke." Twisting his body and using his leg to take off the belt, a foldable but shiny blade fell out of the waste, causing Alabasta’s pants to fall down, not like he cared about it.

"You forced ." The blade appeared thing like paper with a single hilt that appeared more like the end of a whip, Which Alabasta grabbed into his mouth within a few inhuman movents getting acclimated to the new movents, he gave the Priestess one look and chose to rush her.

Looking down on a Knight who had fought most of his life? That would be foolish for the Priestess of the Dusk lineage, who mostly just summoned undead monsters to fight for her through her whole life.

Leaving her action anti-personnel skills pretty average.

"Stubborn fool.’ Valid spoke on the side, seeing such a pathetic display of these pathetic humans that can’t even act rational in such a situation.’Disappointing indeed, the strength of an individual rarely affects their nature...’ Disappointed in Alabasta, it seem Malidi had all his answers at this point.

"Ho." So before the fight between Alabasta and the priestess can turn for the worse, Malidi spoke "Pathetic response your kind." With those words, everything beca still.

Freezing everyone including the Legendary beings in their actions. "I keep looking and all I find are disappointnts... not even worth the effort to play the part." Spoke Malidi as he walked past the undead and then the Priestess and the Radiant Knight, who could do nothing besides look and hear all Malidi had to say.

"Priestess, your intentions were clear to since the mont you ca here... I had watched all your actions, I know your thoughts and the goal with which you ca here." Malidi appeared calm at this mont, before using his single finger to bring Arbood’s broken body to an operating table that appeared out of nowhere. "But do you know why I let you play out your fantasy?" Malidi asked while taking out so alcohol and bandages from thin air. "It’s because I had hopes, hopes that you would show sothing interesting... but it’s the sa thing again."
