A small ga to be played in this city which I was not part of.

Great, I say, great to be rid of such a fun experience, but considering the powers at play here, I was a re insect that would easily die under their fists.

Also, was Rashid really gone?

I hadn’t heard much from Henry since that day, he didn’t even co to visit to check up on my injuries. Hell, for the past week, I had barely walked out of the house on account of my injuries, waiting for Boss to co and deal with for my offense.

But he didn’t, instead, I got the care of a lifeti from my precious maid and then was given a job that directly put out of this whole ga they played.

To use Henry as an excuse to keep away, I don’t know what sort of ga they were playing. And why protect ? Well, considering how close I was to Master at the ti, it can be seen why they would protect . But still, why try to use Henry as an excuse at all?

Won’t the truth work much better?

Won’t the truth make it so that I don’t need to go to school anymore?

’Can’t complain.’

What was brewing in the city, I didn’t know. All I can hope for is to stumble upon it one day and enjoy the drama from the side.

"He is not in school?" I wondered, curious about Henry’s absence from school.

What happened?

I went around and asked so students, and considering how close we got in the recent week, it was not as awkward as before.

But I would have appreciated it if they had co and asked about in my ho, over how my health was.

I was probably forgotten by them, letting know that our companionship was not as strong as I had expected, and it was only due to Henry and Rashid that I was able to get together in their group.

"He seems to have seen so things in the terrorist attack a week ago, so he has fallen into depression." Was the answer I got after much contemplation from a student who wondered whether he should speak of it or not.

’Weak.’ I considered, before ending the conversation with so small talk where the other one didn’t even bother asking what I was doing recently during the week-long vacations.

It did hurt a bit, but more than hurt, it was frustration that bubbled with the fact that Henry didn’t co to school due to depression.

But was it really depression?

"A strong figure will pollute the area around them if they don’t hold back." I had seen her and aptly closed my eyes that day. The sa can’t be said about the rest of the students. But all of them seem fine at the mont. Most have already forgotten that day,or at least they can act in such a way.

Then did it happen the day he went to visit her with Rashid?

No, if that was the case, a lot more changes would have happened by now.

’Is it really depressing?’ Hearing the ntal state of Henry, I suddenly thought that my mission might be more than just a distraction. He can even be fun if I do things right.

While Crow bubbled with countless thoughts with so of them being right, there was one thing Crow was wrong about, no, many others were wrong about.

"No one ca?" Henry looked out of his window, waiting for authorities to arrive and apprehend him for his part in the cris he did before. But no one did, and he remained in his room, never speaking a word of what he had seen.

While his parents misunderstood him and tried their best to support him. But he never spoke of what he saw, or what made him so shook.

He just waited for the eventual arrival of police, which never happened.

And by the week was over, his tired sleepless eyes finally closed for a mont, before his stressed out mind fell into deep sleep.

Well, did you think I would use this opportunity to enter his dreams?

No, there was no need, nor did I dare to do it. Before I would have done it on the first day, but considering who he was under the protection of, I won’t touch him. Not to ntion, he was just a re kid, born in my country, and misled by the spy of another. He also hasn’t caused any permanent harm and with him being part of this precious community, she won’t be able to harm this land as well.

No, she might just support . Support this country.

She might even overlook my prior offense in case I do fail this mission or should I say, the group project, considering she didn’t seem to have any issue with Remira working with Rashid. Who still hide in their safe place, never moving, but planning so stuff altogether.

’Sheva is back along with that dwarf even though Remira doesn’t possess any ans to communicate with them. Or is it that I had overlooked sothing?’

It was on day three since the mission began that Remira t with Sheva again. And it was on day four that the dwarf silently left the city, out of my eyes and perception.

As for the people I sent after him?

All of them returned empty handed, none can find him in the open fields of my great country. Though it was not ti to be lost in patriotism, the dwarf definitely didn’t try to leave Yethel. He had clear intentions and probably a connection I was unaware of. Otherwise, the port was the fastest way to leave this country, why wouldn’t he choose this?

’But where? Who?’ Questions, whose answer I can’t know, no matter how long it goes. All I can hope is that nothing bad happens. Not here, not in this country.

"Oh you horned bastard, things would have been so easy if you just put your foot forward." I spoke and then two marble-like eyes appeared in front of . "Your words remain sharp." He spoke to in a kind tone, but each of his words caused my soul to crumble, causing to drop to my knees "figuratively" considering I had no concrete body to begin with.

"I think you misunderstand Lord Emotion, I didn’t an it in any derogatory form. You know how much I enjoy a challenge." But there was no fear or anger in my voice, I just smiled like usual, the very beautiful smile that made the Lord give up the suppression before letting stabilize my body.

"If not for being useful, I would have returned you to dust, just like others of your kind." The eyes spoke to in a language much ancient and incomprehensible. But for so reason, I had always understood what they ant and what this great figure wished to convey to . "Please Lord, I exist to serve you, to serve this great nation built for your cause. I just hope you also help along the way, just like the situation currently."

As I spoke my words, the eyes turned silent, before a voice reverberated in my soul again. "The greatest joy to is watching people who live true to their heart, and that child is doing the sa. I can’t go in and take that choice away from her by imposing my will, so bear with it. You did wrong to her."

"I wronged her for your sake Lord."

"And that, I appreciate, in this day and age, its harder to find a subordinate as strong as her and to keep her on my side, I would entertain her will for a while."

At those words, I understood what the Horned bastard ant.

’I am secondary in front of Blue Rose.’

She was stronger than , having much more experience and abilities that put mine to sha.

Even the ability I considered the strongest, which was the ability to cover a whole city under my shadow by controlling the rats, was nothing more than child’s play in her eyes.

Even a legend was capable of covering a city under their domain, what of a Daemon like her? She can hear all, see all and control all under her domain, she can even impose her will and affect reality to a huge extent. A monster in human skin. Which she was.

"I understand." I spoke with so struggle, before asking. "Why did the Lord visit ?"

"Now you speak of correct things." The lord spoke with his eyes shining brightly in front of my eyes, which showed a scene that I hadn’t seen before.

A scene that finally made understand so things.

"Oh... I appreciate this a lot, my Lord."

I had cursed Lord emotion for nothing, he was a kind and great God, one of the greatest and kindest beings who takes care of his every subordinate.

"Thank you so much for this gift."
