I took out a blue pill from my backpack. I intake the blue pill and felt a surge of power flowing through .
I enveloped my body with soul energy and launched it towards the imposter.
He dodged it easily and his face showed an expression of bewildernt.

Knowing the fact that the fight will be inevitable, I used all of my soul energy to cover my whole body.
If he wanted to kill , then he needed to use long-range attacks.
Physical attacks would no longer work on since if he ca in contact with my soul energy, it will damage his soul.
Hopefully, he was dumb enough to attack using his fists but he knew about what my soul energy was so the chances were slim.
I looked at the imposter and he was no longer there.
This is bad! He must have used so magic of the system he was talking about to conceal his presence.
I made a soul energy barrier around myself and remained vigilant.
I observed even the slightest chance in the surrounding.
I scanned my surrounding using the x-ray vision feature of my helt and as I expected, there wasn't anyone inside the monitoring room.
I turned off my helt, took it off, and walked towards where the imposter disappeared.
I found a small piece of paper on the ground. I picked it up and read it.
What it said on the small paper: After I let you witness the death of both your lover and best friend! Enjoy!

I crumpled the paper and looked at the monitor.
I saw through the monitor that there was a person in black clothing heading towards Erin. It was either the imposter or another person.
I looked at another monitor and saw Reishi being tied up and had several figures in black clothing approaching him.
Who should I save first?
I rembered that Reishi always told about the saying which was 'Pals before gals' but in this situation, I highly doubt that Erin can take a beating compared to Reishi so...
I will save Erin first and I will save Reishi after I save Erin.
I took out the map that Lorn Horid gave out of my pocket.
Erin was only 1.2 kiloters away from my current location while Reishi was 1.8 kiloters away.
What's worst was that the location where Erin and Reishi were tied up was not in the sa direction.
I'll think about it later! The more ti I wasted thinking about how to reach them, the more ti the kidnappers can harm them.
I rode on my hoverboard and hovered in the air. I almost used up all of the energy from Robot X's energy core after intruding in this place so I did not use it on my hoverboard.
I went towards Erin's location but I did not activate the nitro boost. It was best to save the energy core for escape purposes.

I felt a surge of power within . Fragnts of my mories when I had used the system had recovered.
After I received fragnts of my mories from 2 years ago, I was able to rember how to use the system's power.
It seems that Reishi was not lying about obtaining power if I thought of delusional things.
Now that I think about it, maybe Reishi was involved in sealing my mories?
I'll ask him later after I get out of this place.
