I glanced towards the criminals before returning my gaze towards the beastman king.

The beastman king nodded since, for him, it would be a waste for the criminals' strength to not be used since it would be better if they participated in battles.
It was almost impossible to make the criminals listen to soone unless they were criminals themselves or they possessed a skill to enslave which I had already acquired.
When I went near one of the criminals, a familiar sound rang inside his mind.

The criminal didn't resist as if he resigned and accepted his fate.
After I finished enslaving the criminal in front of , I went to the other criminals and cast [Enslave] on them.

I could use it with less mana than before and with a higher success rate of enslaving the being I cast it to.
I wonder what would happen if it reached level 10 or the level higher than level 10 which was MAX level.
Maybe I would be able to enslave a God.

Mark was quite strong. He was qualified to beco the leader of the criminals since he had the most stats in intelligence and wisdom not to ntion his title known as a strategist.
"Mark be honored because I will grant you the position of Shadow Beast leader. Shadow Beast will be the na of the group you are going to lead."
"Yes, master. I felt honored but may I ask why the group is nad Shadow Beast?"
The criminal known as Mark Clark asked while trying to be polite as possible.
"You are all-powerful beasts that will lurk in my shadows and whenever I need your assistance, all of you will heed my orders without question."
"I understand, master."
"We understand, master!"
After Mark replied to , the other 27 criminals that I had enslaved replied to at the sa ti. They all bowed after replying to but I signaled them not to do so.
"You all don't have to be polite but need to be obedient. I don't need sweet talkers who curry favors but beings who can finish the jobs that I'm going to give to all of you."
As I said that, they all listened and didn't interrupt .
"Any suggestions?"
"Master, how about you make a ranking for all of us so that we could take your request much more efficiently with the right people to take your request. Like if you need us to do labor then it is up to the lower-ranking ones while the assassination job or monster subjugation jobs will be handled by the higher ranking ones.", Mark suggested.
"Master, you can also assign so of us jobs that we would be able to perform well or jobs that are our forte."
One of the other criminals suggested.
"What's your na?"
"Charles Smith is my na, master."
Charles spoke while performing a 90-degree bow.
"Charles, you will be the assistant leader of the Shadow Beast. Assist Mark whenever he needs your help and you can act as a temporary leader whenever Mark is not present to lead the group."
"I understand, master."
Charles agreed and went near Mark to discuss the leadership and managent of the Shadow Beast group.
The remaining 26 criminals waited for my orders while listening to Mark and Charles.
Mark and Charles told the mbers of Shadow Beast about the rules of the group like they must show loyalty towards which was already a given since after the [Enslave] skill was cast on them, they wouldn't be able to betray .
"We must not waste any more ti, goblin hero. The demons had already infiltrated Eldion and are currently disguising themselves as beastman to fool my people. We must eliminate them before they make their move!"
The beastman king exclaid while his hatred for the demons for infiltrating his kingdom was shown.
"Sorry to burst your bubble, I already defeated all of the demons. They were too arrogant to use low-rank disguise spells in front of which is an insult to who has a skill that could see through illusions and disguises."
I replied to the beastman king. He was surprised that I already eliminated the demons but he still sighed in relief that his kingdom was safe.
"I cannot thank you enough for the things that you have helped with! I will give you so money after I return to my palace."
"You don't have to give your money since the freedom of the criminals is enough not to ntion that Eldion is on a tight budget since most of the money was used to repair the kingdom."
"You are a hero indeed! Thank you so much and if you want I can engage you to my eldest daughte-"

I interrupted the beastman king since Aerin might throw a tantrum if she knew that I had accepted another fiancee, not that I'm planning to since it's too much of a hassle.
Even if I was planning to have another future wife then I would have accepted the offer of the dragon king.
