Hearing this, Daniel scoffed dismissively and looked away, his face filled with defiance.
But at least he didn't continue to taunt the other party.
With tensions eased, Chloe calmly said, "This competition has already eliminated one military academy, and now only we, you, and Tagar Military Academy remain."
A playful smile curved her lips, "As you know, Tagar has always been on good terms with us. Why would we team up with you to confront Tagar?"

Anderson t his gaze with a calm look and nodded slowly.
"I knew it!" Daniel exclaid excitedly, almost jumping up. He imdiately turned to Chloe, "See, even Anderson agrees with ."
Chloe had such a good relationship with Anderson. If this didn't sway her, nothing would.
But to Daniel's disappointnt, Anderson said, "I think he's not a good person, but given our current situation, forming an alliance is the most advantageous decision."
