The Silken Goat Stew rested in a large pot, its warm and comforting aroma wafting around the room. The rich scent of simring Dharma goat at, mingled with an assortnt of root vegetables, calling everyone present to indulge in its hearty warmth.

Alongside these, the Phoenix Tail Braised Chicken took its place, offering a savory perfu that filled the air with a blend of spices and herbs. The tender chicken pieces glistened with a appetizing sauce, tempting the taste buds with its alluring fragrance.

Next, the Erald Lotus Root Stir-Fry presented itself, the crisp and golden slices of lotus root mingling with a variety of colorful vegetables. The tantalizing aroma of the stir-fry teased the senses, promising a harmonious blend of textures and flavors.

Finally, the Celestial Bamboo Shoots Salad brought a refreshing note to the table. The crisp and tangy aroma of bamboo shoots, dressed with a zesty topping and fresh greens, offered a delightful difference to the other dishes’ strong flavors.

As the main table was served, Xu Feng couldn’t help but notice the exclamations and murmurs echoing from the servants’ table in the main hall of Blooming Courtyard. It wasn’t even in the sa building, but he could hear the noises from the big n, loud and clear.

As Xu Si finished adding the soup to the table, Xu Feng sent her on her way—Xu San should be handling all those hungry n on her own, or maybe Xu Hu Zhe was helping. Either way Si deserved a break and a full belly. She had help Xu Feng serve all the dishes at this table.

Xu Feng finished adding the rice to the table on his own. The three others at his table waiting impatiently. Xuan Jian and Bai Mo had offered to help, but while Jian could indeed be helpful, he couldn’t turn down the cute Momo and take Jian’s help. It would make Momo feel bad about his support skills in the kitchen.

Xuan Yang looked like he was itching to help several tis, but he knew better than to embarrass himself when they had company. Yang was more helpful than Momo, but only by a teeny tiny bit. The young master was self aware, he could help when they didn’t have company.

Despite his own hunger—it had been 22 days since he had a ho cooked al, or at!—Xu Feng was still excited watching the reactions of the n at the table. It brought a radiant smile to Xu Feng’s face; it was enough to swell his pride.

Xuan Yang, Xuan Jian, and Bai Mo—the trio seated around the table—displayed restrained eagerness due to their company...each other!

The glints of greed in their eyes betrayed their anticipation and desire to dive into the feast spread out before them. Their restraint was real, yet the subtle shifts and glances they exchanged were telling.

With a broad smile adorning his face, Xu Feng graciously made his way to the seat beside Bai Mo, who, in his impatient excitent, waved eagerly to prompt the slow moving silver haired host.

It was ti to indulge in the feast that awaited them. Xu Feng had outdone himself this ti. He set out to make a masterpiece of a al, and he did. For the libidos of his husbands and himself, to satisfy Bai Mo’s greed for their forest treasures, and his own for at and cooked dishes.

With Xuan Jian and Xuan Yang, Xu Feng no longer worried about his appearance while eating, if he ever did. He wasn’t a slob, and had good table manners to begin with, but eating with Momo from ti to ti, his mannerisms had improved unknowingly.

But, one thing remained. Xu Feng couldn’t help but to hum as he ate sothing delicious, and move his head and hands as he savored the al—a happy dance that he retained from his childhood.

At this point, he was too interested in his al to take into account the other three at the table, or to keep himself completely restrained.

Luckily for him, Xu Feng was among friends and family (?) who didn’t judge him, or maybe they did, but didn’t hold it against him.

Around the ti Bai Mo began to slow down, Xu Feng had also reached his limit. For soone who was ready for an adventurous night, he had eaten way too much. A walk to digest was necessary if he was going to have his itch scratched tonight.

The silver haired ger with grand plans for his evening began to tap his feet impatiently as he watched the two n across from him eating with fervor. It was a handso sight, two handso n savoring his hard work.

First looking over to make sure Momo was still picking at the bamboo shoots in his bowl, Xu Feng stretched out his leg to the other side of the table. He paused for a mont, to go right or to go left?

He decided to go left.

That old ghost had teased him too much for their first eting, and there was nothing he could do about it. With a calm and innocent face, Xu Feng moved in on his target. He couldn’t get back at the Xuan ancestor, but he could tease his descendant freely.

This was his nominal husband! Wasn’t this his duty as a good wife?

As the long leg moved across a certain snake’s thigh, moving closer and closer to its base, Xu Feng’s smile grew slowly. He rubbed against the trapped jade sword caught in the restrictive robes intentionally, biting his lips as he beca more absorbed in his ga.

Just then, a hand grabbed his ankle, and two dark eyes t his own.
