Klaus was awakened by the sun’s rays piercing through his window, forcing his eyes open. The mont he did, a nauseating sll hit him, so strong that it nearly made him gag. He sat up quickly, only to realize the sll was coming from him. His body and clothes were covered in a thick, dark residue that reeked of sothing foul. His once pristine white sheets were now stained with the sa substance, the stench emanating from them.
He stood up abruptly, trying to escape the sll, but it followed him. As he steadied himself, Klaus noticed that his perspective seed different—higher than usual. Ignoring this for the mont, he rushed to the bathroom.
Without even glancing in the mirror, Klaus grabbed his toothbrush and slathered it with a lotion that resembled aloe vera. He stepped into the shower and pressed the red mana stone hanging on the wall, infusing it with a bit of his aura. Imdiately, a waterfall of warm water cascaded over his body, washing away the dark residue and the awful sll. As the water rinsed him clean, he lathered himself with the luxurious lotion from the shelf and began brushing his teeth, trying to shake off the remnants of his unsettling morning.
Once he was finished, Klaus snapped his fingers, and dark flas enveloped his body, drying him off in an instant. He moved to his wardrobe, reaching for his usual set of training clothes. But as he pulled them on, he realized they were too small.
"Shit, don’t tell I’ve used up all my clean sets," Klaus muttered to himself. His eyes landed on the outfit Elisabeth had gifted him.
"I guess I have no choice," Klaus thought, slipping into the new attire. The outfit resembled a Roman soldier’s armor, but instead of tal, it was made from the finest silk. The deep red color and the small dragon scale emblems gave it a noble yet beastly appearance. A black belt cinched at his waist, and the entire ensemble fell just above his knees. He completed the look with a pair of sandals, making him look like a gladiator dressed in luxurious silk.
Finally feeling fresh and presentable, Klaus headed down to the dining room, where his guests and Elisabeth were already eating. The mont Elisabeth saw him, she exclaid loudly, "Oh my God, Klaus! Is that you?"
Her reaction drew everyone’s attention, and all eyes turned to Klaus. The expressions on their faces mirrored Elisabeth’s—shock and surprise.
Klaus looked drastically different from the night before. His silver hair, once light and short, had darkened slightly, now a shade too deep to be called simply silver. It had also grown longer, cascading down to the middle of his arms. The change in his hair color made his blue eyes appear even more striking, giving them a new depth and intensity. His pale skin, now even more flawless, made his already handso face look almost otherworldly.
But the most noticeable change was Klaus’s height. He was now at least 1.80 ters tall, and his newly acquired height accentuated his well-built physique. The red attire he wore showcased his muscular arms, and beneath his lean fra, one could tell his body was well-toned and strong.
Elisabeth quickly stood up, rushing over to Klaus and exclaiming about his changes. Klaus, however, brushed off her comnts and instead focused on filling his empty stomach, ignoring the astonished looks from the others at the table.
The three girls, including Helene, were captivated by his appearance, unable to take their eyes off him. For Helene, who had always felt cold and disconnected from the world, Klaus’s presence now brought an unfamiliar warmth. For the first ti, she truly enjoyed her breakfast, finding everything more flavorful and pleasant.

After breakfast, Klaus finally examined his new appearance in a mirror. The changes were even more apparent up close, and he couldn’t help but wonder what had happened to him. Seeking answers, he retreated to the garden, where he sat at a table, sipping hot tea.
’What happened to my body?’ Klaus asked himself, trying to make sense of it all.
A voice, filled with anger, answered him. {You stupid fool! You almost died in your sleep! You’re lucky the great is contracted with you, or you’d be dead by now!}
Greed’s voice echoed in his mind, furious.
’Calm down and explain properly, please,’ Klaus responded, trying to soothe the agitated spirit.
{While you were asleep, your body underwent a bone modification and then a purification, one right after the other. It was excruciatingly painful—so much so that you couldn’t handle it and nearly died. I had to transfer all your pain into to keep you alive. I even gained a few stats doing that, but without , you’d be a corpse right now! You should be thanking , you ungrateful human! Give so stats imdiately!} Greed demanded, his tone a mix of pride and frustration.
Klaus, however, swiftly tuned out Greed’s ranting, choosing instead to focus on his tea. Despite the voice’s complaints, he was grateful but didn’t feel like feeding into Greed’s ego any further.
The air around the table was thick with awkwardness, especially between Klaus and Helene. After seeing her naked twice, Klaus found it hard to maintain eye contact, though the discomfort was sowhat alleviated by the presence of the others.
The two other girls were doing their best to avoid staring at Klaus, though it was clear they were having a hard ti not looking at him. Helene, on the other hand, didn’t bother to hide her glances. She felt a new sensation around Klaus, a warmth that made her feel alive in a way she never had before.
Klaus also noticed that Faris was glaring at him with clear resentnt, his eyes burning with jealousy. Klaus, who was now the center of attention, seed to be drawing the ire of the younger boy, especially since Helene’s attention was firmly on him.
Finally, Faris broke the tense silence, his voice brimming with false confidence. "Hey! Do you want to spar?"
