Chapter 244: Missing Persons

The next morning, Torin was startled by the continuous ring of his intercom, and he smiled after seeing it was Lyra and his mother-in-law.

"Wow, they’re already missing

this early," he humd. It was indeed still early in the morning, and he just got up from bed not too long ago.

"Good morning, mom," Torin greeted energetically, but Sheila walked inside directly without responding, so he looked at Lyra with questioning eyes.

Lyra answered him with a sigh, followed by a cutthroat gesture. Torin quickly understood. He imdiately turned around to pass by Sheila. When he was already in front of her, he stopped to face her and bowed his head as he said, "I’m sorry, mother. I’m sorry that we keep it a secret for a while. But please, I want you to know that I’m serious about Lyra. I really love your daughter with all my heart. I’ve liked her for a long ti already."

Then he continued, "Lyra is the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with, mom. Please accept

as your son-in-law. I promise I will take excellent care of her."

Sheila gave him a wary expression as she let out a long sigh...

Torin did not hear any response, so he bent his knees to beg her. Sheila’s eyes widened at Torin’s sudden act, so she quickly pulled him up and said, "Stop it, Torin, and get up! Who told you to kneel?"

"Both of you, sit," Sheila instructed the two who were now standing in front of her. She was not against their relationship at all. But it bothered her that they had been lying about it. They had also been living together under one roof already.

She knew that this kind of thing was common for a lot of youth these days. But not with her precious daughters! She did not want any of her daughters to engage in premarital sex without doing things correctly.

...

Cielo smiled as she watched Drey, who was asleep with Dice. It was such an adorable view. She grabbed her mobile phone to capture that mont and was smiling happily as she took a lot of pictures of the father and son sleeping together.

Drey moved and opened his eyes. He saw Cielo was staring at him, so he smiled sweetly. "Co here..." Drey murmured as he opened his arms wide, gesturing for Cielo to co and hug him.

Cielo happily obliged and pounced on Drey’s body. "You sleep like a baby," she whispered, smiling, in her husband’s embrace.

"Let’s get out of the country for a week honeymoon," Drey suddenly said. Cielo was startled by his sudden suggestion. "Really? All of a sudden?" she asked.

Drey smiled timidly as he explained, "Well... We haven’t gotten the chance to spend a lot of ti with each other. I an... I’ve been out for quite so ti, and your attention is mostly on Dice... Uhm, so I think it is a good idea if we get the chance to spend ti with each other, just the two of us... Uhm, uninterrupted. You know... to get to know each other better..."

Cielo smiled, hearing Drey voicing out his wish with a stamring voice. He was so cute, in her eyes, acting like a shy boy confessing to his crush. Cielo’s playful mode was activated as her hand started to give Drey gentle touches on his neck down to his chest... and even further down...

Drey gulped hard as his body was frozen by Cielo on the spot. She was mostly the one in charge during their intimate monts. And he liked it so much. No, he loved it... He loved everything Cielo was doing to him. He would always end up begging for more.

"Ahh..." soft cries escaped his mouth when Cielo’s hand landed on his already excited buddy down south.

Cielo bit her lip as she watched her husband enjoying the simple caressing and touching that she was giving him. She thought the sa... They should have at least a week of honeymoon, in which they could give their undivided attention, just to each other.

She knew that she was already falling for her husband. He was kind, and he had always treated her with respect. He was a little bit shy and still very young, so he still needed a lot of encouragent. But she loved that side of him. She thought it was adorable. But most of all, even though he was still young, he took his responsibilities as her husband as well as Dice’s father seriously. She knew she could always rely on him.

She was about to insert her hand into his boxers when Drey’s phone rang continuously. He picked it up imdiately, afraid that the ringing would wake up their son.

"Alright... Please inform

as soon as you have the result... Thanks, Bro..." said Drey before he pressed the end button. He looked so worried.

"What is it?" Cielo asked.

"The base called. They found a dead body of a man washed ashore on Guru Island. The face was deteriorated and could not be identified, so the Military dispatched our n there to confirm if it was one of the four missing persons..." explained Drey. Keira, Zach, Draco, and Leon were the four declared as missing from the ship.

"Oh, God... I hope it’s not Zach. I hope it’s one of those evil monsters instead..." murmured Cielo with her palm covering her mouth. She could not accept it if it were Zach. It must not be Zach.
