Just as Pei Guang was about to return to the Astral Express, the ssenger handed him the Light Cones obtained from this mory World experience.
"Mr. Pei Guang, thank you for your participation. Based on the mories you created, Lord Fuli crafted three Light Cones for you~"
The ssenger handed over three Light Cones to Pei Guang. The images on the Light Cones depicted the three most unique scenes from the mory World.
Fuli had discovered that, because the entire mory World had been shaped completely by Pei Guang's actions, her power had undergone a shift: she was now able to create Light Cones with more unusual data structures.
The first Light Cone depicted Pei Guang standing before Tayzzyronth, who was now reduced to a lone surviving insect. Behind Pei Guang, a numberless swarm of bugs filled the entire star system.
[Light Cone: I Am the Swarm]
[The armies were reduced to ash, and the world burned beneath his feet. In this universe, he completed his ascension—his presence made the entire cosmos tremble. He shall beco the true Aeon of Propagation, and under his guidance, the universe shall flourish.]
[Effect: When the wearer grants buffs to allies, the ally's attacks beco adaptive damage and additionally inflict 1% true damage.]
Pei Guang rubbed his chin thoughtfully as he examined this Light Cone. A very powerful support-type Light Cone. Just converting attacks to adaptive damage alone made it strong enough to stand out.
As for that 1% true damage? It was a little bonus, better than nothing.
Who knows, that little bit might make the difference when the enemy escapes with a sliver of health: he had been there before…
Seeing how powerful the first Light Cone was, Pei Guang eagerly turned to the next two.
The second Light Cone didn't feature him, but instead showed the Tribunal of Life—an organization ford by Aeons based on Pei Guang's concept. The image showed a group photo of all mbers who had joined the Tribunal of Life.
[Light Cone: Tribunal of Life]
["You are guilty." The Tribunal of Life pronounced judgnt upon Him. He disrupted order, hindered exploration, destroyed countless lives: His existence defied the laws of the cosmos. Now, the Acting Arbiter of the Tribunal of Life declares: 'He is guilty.']
[Effect: When attacking enemies that disrupt order, hinder exploration, break balance, or destroy life, critical hits are guaranteed.]
Pei Guang: "Damn, this is a Light Cone specifically for the Abominations of Abundance and the Antimatter Legion? And it's a DPS Light Cone? Not bad, not bad, very nice!"
And honestly, the Abominations of Abundance and the Legion were perfect fits for the Light Cone's effect conditions. Next ti he ran into those enemies, Pei Guang could try backstabbing and one-shotting them.
One support Light Cone and one DPS Light Cone: Pei Guang was already getting fired up. Now he was dying to see what the third Light Cone was.
But the mont his eyes landed on the third one, Pei Guang's expression froze.
Because he saw that scene: Aha kicking him. Fuli had preserved that mont perfectly on the Light Cone. The look of glee from Aha's masks, the stunned look on Pei Guang's face, it was all captured flawlessly.
And the Light Cone's description? Extrely short.
But as everyone knows: the higher the gear's tier, the shorter the description and the more absurd the effect.
[Light Cone: A Touch of Elation]
["I'm just gonna kick him real quick~"]
[Effect: Greatly increases the wearer's taunt level. When kicking soone in the butt, inflicts an irresistible taunt on the enemy. The taunt lasts until the target dies. This effect cannot be resisted or cleansed, and disappears automatically if the target becos an ally.]
At this mont, Pei Guang's expression was full of… enlightennt. He really hadn't expected that scene to be turned into a Light Cone. But hey—what could he say? The effect was insanely strong.
You have to attack the unit with the taunt?
With this equipped, he could sneak up, land a kick, trigger the taunt—and the enemy would be taunted until they dropped?
Even if the image on it made him feel a little embarrassed… the Light Cone's effect was honestly amazing.
Pei Guang looked at the ssenger in front of him and nodded with satisfaction. "Very good! This Light Cone is excellent! Be sure to contact again when the mory World opens up next ti!"
ssenger: "Of course, looking forward to our next collaboration~"
Pei Guang was very satisfied with the three Light Cones—one support, one damage dealer, one tank. For their three-person Trailblazer team, it was absolutely perfect.
Considering that Stelle already had her golden one, Pei Guang figured he'd hold onto the offensive one for now and distribute it later when facing tougher enemies.
As a player, aside from exclusive gear, other equipnt naturally had to be distributed dynamically based on enemy encounters.
After putting the Light Cones away, Pei Guang decided to wait until the next mission to hand them out accordingly. After all, there didn't seem to be any proper support or proper tank in the team at the mont: it was all pretty much go-with-the-flow.
Returning to reality, Pei Guang felt utterly exhausted. Although most of the experience involved making decisions and watching the outcos, binging it all at once had pushed both his ntal and physical energy to the limit.
Once the ssenger brought him back to the real world, Pei Guang didn't say a word and went straight back to his room.
And there he stayed—for three days straight. Pei Guang didn't even step out of his room once during those three days. During that ti, Stelle, March 7th, and even Dan Heng ca to check on him, but Pei Guang remained motionless.
He had burnt out, and worse, fallen into the classic gar's trap: digital burnout.
That round of real-ti strategy had been the most exhilarating ga session Pei Guang had experienced in years, with an insane amount of freedom: he had basically done everything possible.
If he had to complain… it'd be about getting played by Aha at the very end. Even though he had the urge to send Aha a little gift with End rods, boats, and high-frequency redstone, by the ti the mory World experience ended, all that was left was a helpless smile—he didn't have much energy left for grudges.
So for those days, Pei Guang just laid on his bed, staring at the ever-changing scenery outside.
