"What's taking those kids so long?" Zeke thought to himself as he sat comfortably on the ground.

On his hand is a wooden stick as long as a regular sword and, aside from this, he has nothing else. anwhile he specifically instructed the elites to go all out and bring all their equipnt with them.

The location of the fight is the sa area where he fought against the five generals and their forces. The giant teor of ice has already shattered and lted, making so parts of the area wet and muddy. While waiting for them, he began going through the forging options, thinking of the elites and, all the job classes and attributes he saw.

He told them to bring their best equipnt because, this is the only way for him to show them their flaws. Without actually showing him what they've got, he can't improve them in the most efficient way possible.

"Those gods probably gave them so vague training." Zeke thought to himself, knowing that the gods have no real fighting experience whatsoever. All they do is watch over the worlds and, make decisions based on the larger scale of events.

Just rembering them made Zeke even more irritated. He wanted to finish everything as soon as possible but, for that to happen, he needs so proper backup naly, the elites. And just as he thought about this, the group finally ca right in front of him.

"Oh good you're finally here." He said, not even surprised.

Jake got embarrassed about this. He was the one who asked rlin to use his mana to teleport all of them at the sa ti. He said that 'we could at least faze him by showing sothing flashy'. For so reason, a lot of them liked the idea. But seeing how the result is, they imdiately regretted following Jake's flow of thinking.

anwhile, Zeke patted the back of his pants and, began stretching his left arm. They couldn't take their eyes away from the stick he is holding and how, their enemy is only wearing plain clothes.

"Okay are you guys ready?" Zeke said, looking at the elites holding on to their battered equipnt.

"Where's your weapon sir?" They asked him, looking at the stick on his hand.

"Oh can't you guys see it?" He waved the stick in front of them.

"This asshole is really underestimating us." Jake said imdiately, coming forward with his javelin.

"Okay sir, if that's all you'll use against us, then I'm enough to take you down." He continued, waiting for the other mbers to actually hold him down. But, none of the sort ca.

He stared at them but, all mbers simply stood safely at the back. Curio smirked at him while Amare could only stick her palms together in a praying position, wishing his soul to be sent to a good place once reincarnated. All the other elites wanted to scold him for acting all cheeky again. But, they thought Zeke would probably be a good lesson for their arrogant mber.

"So a 1 on 1? Okay if that's what you want." Zeke said.

Jake couldn't do anything more but to fight on his own. Everyone else has no problem with this. They just sat on one corner and waited for the show to begin.

"Let's get this over with kid." Zeke continued, finally entering into a stance.

Jake did the sa. Knowing that there's no backing down after the initial fight request was made, he began by placing all the status buff skills which he has. Then, he added the sa amount of buffs to his Javelin.

"Not too shabby." Zeke complented, thinking how such usage of skills is efficient.

There was a mont of silence, with the wind seeming to blow colder than usual. All of Jake's muscles have tensed up while, as he looked at his opponent, he couldn't help but feel how relaxed it seems.

Then the wind blew again. Even with his ward-up body, Jake could feel a chill creeping on his skin. Sweat was starting to form and, his heart began thumping harder. He knew how impossible the fight actually is. He is aware of how strong his opponent is and so did he body. So, before all his muscles told him to run away, he did the opposite.

"Pierce Drive." At this, Jake seed to disappear into a flash of light. This skill is faster than Curio's [Flash Rush] but, unlike the assassin's skill, Jake couldn't use it for much more other than dashing quickly at a short direction.

Zeke dodged to the side, with the edge of his stick being destroyed by the blow. The attack was so cleanly executed that, it seed like a knife destroyed his stick. Jake stopped after dashing a few ters more.

He made the skill halt by stabbing his javelin to the ground; placing all of his mana on his arm so that it won't break. This is quickly followed up by using the velocity and speed built up to spin his body.

The succession of movents only took two seconds to execute. With Zeke not even being able to make a turn, Jake imdiately followed the attack by throwing his javelin at the opponent. He added [Absolute Pierce] on the attack, making it unblockable.

None of the elites could follow what was happening but, Zeke has learned a thing or two about things suddenly piercing through his body. He bought a lot of skills connected to enhancing his senses. Adding this to his mana sensing abilities and his heightened attributes, it would take more than a lightspeed attack to even graze him.

He made a quick spin, held the javelin's body as it passed at his side. And though it did push him back for a few centiters, Zeke stopped the attack without even breaking a sweat.

"AHHHHH! WHY DIDN'T THAT HIT!" Jake said, now out of weapons to use. His breathing is now heavy and, his heart thumped even faster. The succession of movents took too much out of him in terms of both focus, control, and accuracy.

Zeke simply smiled at the boy. And while the duelists both knew who won, the other elites still have no idea what just happened. All they know is that, the ground seem to have magically been dug up by sothing burning as a glowing red display covers these changes to the earth.

"He attacked with full force from the get go without assessing my strength. That's a huge risk to take in itself. But then he followed up by an unexpected combination which would've caught the previous version of myself off guard. This kid has talent." Zeke said as he approached Jake.

"Why did you begin with such a reckless attack?" He asked, wanting to get every information correct.

Jake was hesitant to answer him. But since he lost the battle, Jake knew better than to disrespect Zeke.

"I knew I couldn't match you once you start to get serious. Knowing that, I gave my all to the combination to raise my chances of winning." He said, still regretting that he couldn't even scratch his opponent.

Zeke on the other hand already took a liking to the javelin user. But he didn't let it show much and proceeded to challenging all the elites at once.

Without both Quinn and Kaguya, the strength of the elites is greatly reduced. But, each of them are still promising talents especially as there is a good balance between the attacks, defense, support, close combat, and long range all at the sa ti.

The only problem is their coordination. Zeke believes that, the major flaw is how their strategy cannot adapt to sudden changes and how linear the thoughts of all the mbers are. If properly handled, they would've minimized the da against the general they fought although, a huge blow would've still been dealt to them.

With a more serious training, the elites will actually be worthy of their na. But for the mont, Zeke simply enjoyed being in the company of other humans Although his body is now that of an elf.

The fight went on throughout the morning. The farrs could hear the ruckus but, paid it no mind as they were told beforehand of the little exercise which would be done. The elites are already tired but, refused to quit so easily making Zeke even more impressed with the group.

"I like how determined each of you are." He said, spinning his body in mid-air to avoid three projectiles coming at him.

Zeke intentionally prolonged the fight to make an accurate assessnt of every mber of the group. But with lunchti coming soon, he figured that the fight needs to end already. In order to thank them for entertaining him, Zeke figured that he should also make them witness sothing interesting.

"Conjure." Zeke said, releasing 10 summons that ca from the soldiers of the generals. All of these have already been modified and rged, making them stronger than usual.

"Hey that's not fair!" Amare said, forgetting the fact that they also have a bunch of summoned creatures on their camp. Naly, the earth golems of rlin and the summons of Horus.

"So do we continue?" Zeke said, standing at the back of two defender type summons.

There were no words replied to him. The elites simply continued on with their attacks. They knew they couldn't win of course but, they just wanted to assess how wide the gap actually is between them and the forr choice of the main deities.

The fight lasted for another 10 minutes which surprised even Zeke. He thought the [Conjures] could wipe the floor with them but as it turns out, the elites are properly talented individuals.

In the end, as so of them finally got pushed to the brink of exhaustion, Zeke finally took back his summons. He clapped at the group for their wonderful performance and, smiling, he said:

"Co to once those to are healed."

"That's sounds more like an order." Jake replied.

"That's because it is." At this, Zeke vanished without leaving a tracegiving the elites sothing bigger to worry about.
