Chapter 148: Judgent Ti

After the deal with Aurora, we returned to our shelter where I spent the rest of the day in a ditative position in my room.

In front of , a very large map hovered, displaying every single person in the grove as small blue dots.

With my feathers scattered all around the entire grove, I could hear the voices of people in my head.

However, I tuned out the voices to focus on just the presence of six people. Four were boys while the other two were girls.

Two of the boys were in the rchants’ area buying supplies. A boy and a girl were sitting in the ashen campground, talking about sothing irrelevant. One boy had just finished urinating by a tree in the forest section, while the last girl was whistling as she trained alone outside her shelter in the barracks.

I could see them clearly because four of my ravens were stationed nearby, acting as my eyes.

I ordered my ravens to keep watching them... until night ca.

When it was ti for dinner, I went to join the others. We still had two mountain lions left that we were yet to eat, so Ino prepared one for dinner.

During this ti, I filled the others in on my conversation with Aurora and our alliance for the raid.

It helped brighten the mood and put them at ease. Especially Audrey, who had been the most anxious about the upcoming raid.

After dinner, everyone dissolved into random chatter, and before long, they began to leave for their rooms one by one. Well, except for Leon, because today was his turn to take the night watch.

"I’ll catch you in the morning, Cedric," Leon muttered as he stood to head outside, where he would begin his shift.

But then I stopped him. "Uh... before that, I need your help with sothing."

He paused and looked back at

with a curious expression. "Yeah sure, what do you need, friend?"

I reached into my inventory and took out a piece of paper. On that piece of paper, I had written down the nas of four out of the six people that I had been spying on all day.

Leon studied it while reading it aloud to himself. "Samantha Frederick, Brian Atereno, David Vance, and Elena Michealson."

He looked up at . "I know these guys. They are from our bastion."

I nodded gently.

Then he arched a brow. "What do you want with them?"

I narrowed my eyes, then replied expressionlessly. "I want you to kill them."

Leon’s eyes widened. "What?"

"Look at them with your eyes, and you will find out why."

Leon was silent after I spoke. He looked down at the list and his right eye began to slowly darken.

[The Character Leon Von Caprio has activated the bonded ability: All Seeing Eye.]

In that short ti, he could see everything about the people on the list, including where they were and what they were doing at the mont. I could see his face slowly twist into anger, and he slowly crushed the list in his fist.

Then, I added, "There are two more. My bond and I will handle them now, while you kill the other four at the sa ti."

Leon let out a heavy breath and sat back down. Then he placed two fingers on his lips while also closing his left eye, leaving only the darkening right eye open.

Outside, in the sky, the faint outline of a massive golden eye, large enough to cover the entire first ring, appeared.

That eye was the true form of the All Seeing Eye.

In the next instant, another notification popped up.

[The Character Leon Von Caprio is getting ready to use the exclusive skill: Judgent Ti.]

"I’m ready," he muttered chillingly.

I nodded again.

At that mont, Aika ca up to us from the room. Just like , she was wearing a hooded cloak and she held a small dagger that she had gotten from a rchant during the day. We both exchanged a quick glance with each other, nodded and pulled our hoods over our heads.

In the next second, both our forms erupted into a flurry of dark feathers, leaving Leon alone in the general area.

In a shelter in the barracks, the first girl, Samantha Frederick, was chatting with her friends when suddenly, a large beam of light descended into the room, piercing straight through the ceiling and impaling her on the spot. Screams erupted as blood splattered against the wooden walls and on the people who were sitting beside her.

At the sa ti, the boys Brian and David were asleep in their tent in the tents area when suddenly, swords made out of golden light materialized directly above their chests and plunged downward.

Finally, the last girl, Elena Michealson, was seducing a boy behind a tent in a different section of the tents area. She leaned in to kiss him, but then, she suddenly felt sothing that caused her to frown. She looked up to her right, but she was too late. Before she could react, a large beam of light like a spear fell from the sky, driving a large hole through her head.

The boy she was with scrambled backward in horror as he stared at the beam that had impaled her. The light slowly began to fade, leaving only her lifeless body behind.

And just like that, four of Yami’s puppets were destroyed.

anwhile, the remaining two boys were eating quietly on the ashen ground.

One of my ravens was on the ground eating a worm near one of them, while another raven dropped down beside the other boy, eyeing his food. The boy cut a small piece of his bread and handed it out. The raven reached out to take it with its beak.

But then it suddenly halted, and in the next second, it exploded into a flurry of feathers that reford into

with my katana extended. I drove the blade straight through his chest before he could even drop the bread.

At the sa ti, the other raven eating the worm also exploded into a flurry of feathers that shaped themselves into Aika. She appeared low to the ground and before the boy could react, she drove her dagger deep into his back.

At that mont, I spoke. "Hello, Yami."

Both boys, who were on the verge of death, smiled in a really disturbing manner.

Then, they spoke at the sa ti in a distorted, layered voice. "Wow. You really do have a knack for ruining my toys."
