The sudden announcent from Oak City shocked the Ten Lords Chat Group.
Gabriel was incredulous: "These two wannabes dare to act separately? And challenge my Oak City? The Guardian God, along with the hidden Tree God, ought to obliterate them!"
Raphael was taken aback: "Sothing’s off, the Guardian God wouldn’t stop the Teleportation Array on a whim; it must be that puppet Tree God."
Gabriel was stunned: "Could it be a betrayal from the Tree God?"
Michael said in a solemn tone: "It’s the worst-case scenario... But we can’t rule out the possibility that the Tree God’s power is out of control, let’s observe for now."
Gabriel sighed: "To make matters worse, both the City Beauty and I are not in the city, and the Teleportation Array is shut down."
Raphael sighed: "This can’t be a coincidence; clearly, these two have ticulously crafted this situation."
Sariel cleared his throat: "Since the three City Beauties are in my Silver City, we might as well et my rmaid to see if there’s a solution; there are also two Astrologers who might be able to forecast sothing."
Gabriel exclaid: "With the Teleportation Array down, what can a rmaid do?"
Sariel smiled: "Prepare for the worst case. If the Oak Guardian God falls, my darling can temporarily take over as the Oak Guardian God!"
Gabriel laughed in disbelief: "You’re overthinking! A rmaid managing two cities has already drawn the Empire Headquarters’ dissatisfaction..."
Nonetheless, eting the rmaid seed the best worst-case option.
At the next mont, a slightly flustered Liya imdiately gathered Remia and Tifa for a direct teleportation to et at the Sea God Hall.
The rmaid was singing softly on the Divine Throne, bringing confidence and courage to the entire city against the plague.
The two Astrologers were releasing various patterns with playing cards that seed to be divining sothing.
The serious atmosphere made Sariel a bit uncomfortable, unsure whether to speak up or keep quiet.
Just then, the rmaid spoke: "Ah, we have guests."
Sariel was stunned. She was singing while speaking, like a duet! My darling is getting better!
Liya imdiately bowed: "Hello, Lord of the Divine Throne. I am Liya of Oak Flower. Oak City has been invaded by an Evil God, and the Guardian God and Tree God’s status are unknown; I don’t know what to do."
The rmaid sighed: "I actually t the Oak Tree God a hundred years ago!"
Sariel was jolted! The rmaid was initially customized as an exclusive package and didn’t know the Siren or Tree God. This is entirely post-deification automatic system loaded data and plot!
The rmaid continued: "Back then, the Tree God aided the human pioneers landing, used its fruits to enhance human strength, and got gravely injured fighting the enraged demon beasts, and then... no more news."
Liya quickly said: "Exactly because the Tree God was injured, it’s been under our strict protection!"
The rmaid sighed: "I haven’t seen the Tree God for over a hundred years, and I do miss it a bit. Since it’s in danger, I’ll go take a look."
Everyone was astonished: "How will you get there?"
The rmaid said: "Of course, by riding Old Whale and activating Tidal Power."
Sariel exclaid: "Lord of the Divine Throne, that’s a significant distance!"
The rmaid sighed: "Better than doing nothing. Anyway, let’s decide on this, hoping there’s no trouble when I reach."
After speaking, she gathered a ball of water with her tail and dashed outside the Divine Hall.
Sariel hurriedly chased: "Lord of the Divine Throne, even if you go, you should take a ship."
The rmaid replied irritably: "Do you expect to use Tidal Power to propel such a big ship? It’s a waste of power!"
At the next mont, Old Whale, instructed by the rmaid, abruptly spouted a sky-high water column, its resounding whale roar shocked the entire city.
Then the rmaid jumped onto the whale’s back and, riding the rolling waves, left in such hurried fashion!
Sariel was dumbfounded!
Gabriel cleared his throat: "Sariel, did you notice that both your darling and Old Whale ran away?"
Actually Sariel was astonished at this point but utterly refused to accept: "How could they have run? The rmaid is ambitious, and as the Guardian God of two cities, I’m the only one who can offer her everything she currently enjoys!"
Gabriel laughed heartily: "Yes, yes, hopefully, the rmaid will quickly co to support my Oak City."
Sariel was ultimately uncomfortable: "If she encounters trouble along the way, it’ll be problematic; I better board the Silver Queen to chase after."
The other lords burst into laughter: "You’re worried she’ll run away!"
Sariel replied irritably: "You all should tend to your own business, especially you, Raphael, your situation isn’t easy..."
...
At this ti, Gabriel and the three City Beauties watched the rmaid rapidly leave the port, disappearing at the sea horizon.
Just then, Liya’s expedition force reported: "Lady Liya, the city’s plague samples have been collected. Initial analysis shows a similarity with Silver City’s previous plague, likely originating from the sa plague source."
Gabriel was dumbfounded!
Remia exclaid: "The last plague was a mix of the rat plague and crow plague!"
The soldier explained: "This ti there’s no rat plague, just similar to last ti’s crow plague, and it’s still the original version."
Liya said in a deep voice: "This plague seems to have been brewing for decades to centuries. Sisters, I’ve co this ti to investigate the wreckage outside the city."
Remia said: "This happened on Silver City territory, I will fully assist in the investigation."
Tifa laughed: "Yes, just accompanying you Sisters on an outing; this feeling is unprecedented."
Liya smiled: "Then let’s set off imdiately, I hope when we return, Oak City’s plight will be resolved..."
...
At this mont, Gabriel had a headache: "The last plague source was Chun exiled on Plague Island; now, the plague source Alpha brought is the sa version as Chun’s crow plague, this is quite a load of information!"
Michael said solemnly: "With smart system’s plot loading, the history of Plague Island has far exceeded initial scope. Is it possible the Emperor deliberately spread the plague to control the progress of the Pioneer Corps?"
Raphael said: "Very possible, Marquis Guyado controls New World’s food to control the population, Bishop Sherlock monitors the city upper echelons, and we can confirm from Moore that Imperial Spies are active; the Emperor’s control of the New World is undoubtedly comprehensive."
Gabriel exclaid: "If the City Beauty investigations show the wreckage relates to the Emperor, aren’t they in great danger?"
Michael sighed: "As the Empire’s cultural envoy, it’s sothing they must face. Moreover, this wreckage was Alpha’s forceful rogue setup, the situation may not be moving toward danger, but taking a strange direction."
Sariel laughed: "Yes, trust the curry’s ability to turn things into a big ss!"
Gabriel suddenly rembered sothing: "Chun is confined within the Tree God’s Divine Domain; what will happen to him?"
Sariel said solemnly: "Unless he seized the opportunity to escape, anyway, once this crisis is over, let’s turn him into a disabled vegetable person!"
Gabriel sneered: "Indeed!"
