Brother Dao sneered, "You cut off my brother’s livelihood, so you must pay us 100,000 yuan!"

"And since my brother got dumped because of you, these two girls must compensate him. If you do, we can pretend nothing happened today!"

Before Chen Zheng could even speak, Li Xia, who was beside him, couldn’t hold back any longer.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

Brother Dao looked at her and laughed. "Ha, what’s wrong? You don’t want to keep my brother company? That’s fine. You can keep company tonight instead. You’re pretty good-looking too!"

"We have a lot of brothers here. Once you’re done with , there are still the others. We’ll be sure to satisfy you!"

As he spoke, Brother Dao revealed a cruel smile.

Although Li Xia had a fierce personality, she had never encountered a situation like this. Seeing the look in Brother Dao’s eyes, she grew timid.

"Hey, you little bastard, say sothing! Did my presence scare you speechless?" one of the thugs sneered.

"I’m telling you, if you don’t cough up the money today, we’ll rough you up too, damn it!" A Xin added, pointing viciously at Chen Zheng.

Liu Qianqian truly hadn’t expected this bunch to be such animals.

Without hesitation, she stood up. "Chen Zheng, don’t be scared! This has nothing to do with Brother Chen Zheng. If you have a problem, take it up with !"

Brother Dao was taken aback by her words.

"Hey, I didn’t expect this little girl to have such a big spine. Are you standing up for your friend?"

"But here’s the thing: I said a hundred thousand, and I won’t take a yuan less. If your friend isn’t willing to pay, you can pay for him!"

"How about this? I can introduce you to so work. With your looks, you could definitely earn a hundred thousand in a few months, and I could even get a piece of the action!"

Brother Dao and the thugs couldn’t help but snicker darkly, their eyes fixated greedily on Liu Qianqian.

Having never witnessed such a scene, Liu Qianqian was so frightened she nearly burst into tears.

Just then, the system’s voice echoed in Chen Zheng’s mind.

[Ding! Congratulations on triggering a choice mission!]

[Choice One: Be an emissary of justice. Take down all the thugs and send them to jail! Reward: One secret barbecue recipe!]

[Choice Two: Flee with Liu Qianqian. Pretend to be injured to make her feel incredibly guilty and offer herself to you in return! Reward: Liu Qianqian’s lifelong companionship and Li Xia’s lifelong resentnt!]

Chen Zheng: "..."

I choose option one. Option two is tempting, but it’s just too despicable! Tricking Liu Qianqian is bad enough, but leaving Li Xia behind? I wouldn’t do that even if I’d lost my mind!

"Get that baton of yours away from ," Chen Zheng said, giving A Xin a cold glance.

A Xin suddenly felt as if he had been plunged into an ice pit, goosebumps crawling all over his skin.

"Little bastard, trying to act tough, are you?" A Xin deliberately roared to cover up the fact that he was trembling.

Chen Zheng didn’t want to waste any more words on him. He simply reached out, grabbed the baton resting on A Xin’s shoulder, and yanked it forcefully.

A Xin slamd hard against Chen Zheng’s shoulder.

CRACK!

With a crisp snap, A Xin fell limp to the ground. His ribs were broken.

"You little bastard, what the hell did you do?!" Xi Zi shouted when he saw his brother fall. He imdiately picked up a chair and swung it at Chen Zheng.

Chen Zheng sidestepped, easily dodging the flying chair.

Then he rose and forcefully kicked A Xin, who was still on the ground.

BANG!

A Xin’s body slamd directly into Xi Zi. Both of them went flying, knocking over several tables before finally coming to a stop.

A Xin lay on the ground like a limp ragdoll, while Xi Zi convulsed for a mont before passing out.

"Damn, that was aweso!"

"One kick sent two guys flying! Am I dreaming?"

"Oh my God... that’s terrifying!"

The onlookers gathered outside the restaurant couldn’t help but break into a clamor of discussion.

"Kid, you want to fight, huh? Then you’re going to fucking die here today!" Brother Dao roared viciously at Chen Zheng.

The next second, all the thugs charged, so holding bottles and others wielding batons.

"Brother Chen Zheng, be careful!"

"Dodge, Chen Zheng!"

Liu Qianqian and Li Xia were scared stiff, crying out instinctively as the crowd of thugs rushed forward.

But a mont later, their eyes widened in shock. They were witnessing sothing truly unbelievable.

---

In the barbecue restaurant at the center of the Snack Street, a scene one wouldn’t even see in a movie was unfolding.

Brother Dao, along with more than a dozen thugs, rushed at Chen Zheng. Every one of them was ard.

Yet Chen Zheng was bare-handed, his body a blur as he constantly dodged and evaded one attack after another.

While dodging, he was still able to counterattack.

So thugs were sent flying with a kick, while others were slapped to the ground.

In just a few minutes, the barbecue restaurant was littered with fallen thugs. Only Brother Dao was left standing. It wasn’t due to his skill; rather, Chen Zheng had a firm grip on his shoulder, making it impossible for him to fall even if he wanted to.

His face was deathly pale, and he was drenched in a cold sweat, looking as if he’d just been fished out of the water.

"My God, is he Superman?!"

"All those thugs, taken down just like that?!"

"This guy must be a martial arts master!"

The spectators couldn’t help but pull out their phones to take pictures. So had been recording the whole ti, and a few were even live-streaming.

The live-stream’s chat was boiling over.

"My God, is this a movie shoot? Who’s the fight choreographer? Those moves are so cool!"

"This actor is pretty handso. Has he been in any movies? I want to watch them!"

"This can’t be a movie. Look at that nosebleed! There’s no way that’s fake!"

"It’s definitely not a movie! Isn’t that the Snack Street next to our university?!"

The comnts scrolled by furiously.

The strear explained to his viewers, "This isn’t a movie, this is real! I’m right here at Yun City University’s Snack Street, and that guy is so cool!"

"More than a dozen thugs ca to start trouble, and that guy took them all down by himself!"

"So badass!"

Hearing the strear’s explanation, the viewers in the chat were utterly shocked.

"My God! Strear, is this scripted?!"

"Yeah! How could one person take down a dozen thugs? It looked like they all had weapons!"

"My mother just asked why I’m kneeling to watch a live-stream..."

The comnts continued to roll in crazily, and the strear could only give a helpless laugh.
