Chapter 922: Richard and Ricardo!
Unaware of the storm the activation of the card machine had caused in the Sacred Dinsion, Aakesh was relaxing on his chair.
Ti flew by, and several minutes had passed in a flash.

Ricardo was in charge of the hotel on Seventeenth Street that belonged to his family.
Ricardo's hotel was one of the many that operated day and night. Ricardo managed it at night, while his elder brother managed it during the day.
Since Ricardo worked at night, the store was closed. He had heard a lot about the store owner, so he wanted to check it out for himself.
Ricardo wasn't like other Vurrons, as he celebrated Aakesh's killing of Garoun and his underlings. A few years ago, Ricardo had also gotten into a conflict with Garoun, and since his father wasn't a Divine Lord like Garoun, Ricardo was the one to take significant losses. From that day on, Garoun had beco the most hated figure in Ricardo's life.
Since that day, Ricardo had thought of visiting the store, but his father had intervened and told him not to. Ricardo had no choice but to accept his father's words since he was the family patriarch.
Ricardo had continued accepting his father's words, but everything changed a few minutes earlier.
Today, Ricardo chose the day shift since his brother had so other tasks to do. Ricardo was relaxing in his office when the hotel receptionist hurried over to him and inquired about a new client.
The custor belonged to the Gutayar race, one of the groups of Demons. The custor being a Gutayar was an issue since Gutayars were native to the Ronar Kingdom.
The general public didn't know about the sudden conflict between the two Kingdoms, but everyone knew that the relationship between the two Kingdoms had never been good. No one from either side would travel to the other side unless they were on a diplomatic mission, so the hotel receptionist didn't know what to do when he saw a Gutayar custor asking for a room.
When Ricardo heard about the Gutayar custor, he ordered his receptionist to bring the man to his office.
Since the man was only an early Divine Transformation while even the receptionist was an interdiate Divine Transformation, Ricardo didn't fear for his safety. Even if the receptionist lost, he still had himself, a Divine Transformation level cultivator at the pinnacle of his abilities.
The Gutayar in question was none other than Richard, who had been struggling to find a room to stay in due to his descent from the Ronar Kingdom.
This hotel wasn't the first one he ca across, so Richard had already gotten numb from rejection.
Richard didn't cause chaos after the receptionist told him to go and et the boss. First, he was only an early Divine Transformation level cultivator, and second, he was in the hostile Kingdom. If he sohow fell into the unkind eyes of the natives, his result would be no better. As for the store coming to his rescue, Richard had no such grand hopes in his heart.
"Why are you here?" Ricardo asked in a stringent tone as soon as the Gutayar entered the room.
If the Gutayar were a spy and Ricardo gave shelter to him, even he wouldn't be left alone by the Kingdom's law enforcent.
"I ca here for a store," Richard sincerely answered. Since the store was in public and not open to a few, there was no point in hiding it.
"What store?"
"The First Store, owned by the non-demon," Richard answered. His tone had turned respectful when he referred to Aakesh as the "non-demon."
"Oh!" A sense of curiosity rose in Ricardo's heart as he had been hoping to enter that store. "What does the store have that forced you to co this far?" He asked, not hiding the curiosity on his face.
Richard didn't hide anything and inford Ricardo about the store's products. As for the history, he didn't feel it was his place, so he kept that part in his heart.
"Really, a world where not only can I earn money but also grow strong without any fear of death!" Ricardo exclaid in shock after learning about Panagea.
Richard nodded in response to Ricardo since it was his first ti talking with the hotel's boss. The other hotels straightaway refused him the rooms. If Richard wanted to stay, he needed a room since he couldn't remain holess in a hostile country.
"How did you find out about the store?" Ricardo suddenly asked. It didn't make sense that soone from another Kingdom knew about the store, and an ascender at that.
A thought about the store owner also being an ascender rose in his mind, but he soon pushed the idea into oblivion since it didn't make any sense.
"I had an artifact that called ," Richard replied. He wasn't lying since the supre store card brought him here.
Ti flew by.
"You can live here, but rember that if your story doesn't match with the actual store products, then I will hand you over to law enforcent," Ricardo warned, as the responses from Richard helped him make up his mind to check out the store.
Richard couldn't help but heave a relieved sigh after hearing Ricardo. The significant step of finding the settlent was complete.
Staying in the hotel cost one lesser Sacred stone per room, so Richard handed thirty lesser Sacred stones to Richard, booking the room for thirty days.

After hearing Richard's responses, Ricardo was here, standing at the entrance of the store.
As he raised his foot to step inside the store, his father's warning ca to his mind. Ricardo took a deep breath and stepped inside, ignoring the warning.
If what Richard said was the truth, then he had done a great deed for not only himself but also his family by coming to the store.
Soon after Ricardo's foot landed in the store, his surroundings changed, and he found himself inside the building.
