Chapter 857: Mythical Grade Class!
After killing the boar, Aakesh only had a portion of his energy left, but the following situation turned out better than he had hoped.
After the death of the boar, the beasts around the area grew terrified of Aakesh, and at the sa ti, as if they had gotten free of mind control, many beasts began to escape.
Aakesh killed a few beasts of his level in order to make the already scared beasts even more terrified because it didn't make sense not to take advantage of the situation.

As the last beast left the area, Aakesh heaved a sigh of relief. His efforts had borne fruit. At one point, the quest had turned too challenging for even Aakesh to complete, but the nurous injuries ranging in intensity from minor to severe showed the hard work he poured into it.
After the beast left, only death could be seen on the battleground. More than ninety percent of the people on both sides had died. It also brought an end to the conflict between the humans and the beastn.
The Beastn were originally composed of five distinct groups, but only three remained after the Ratn and Hyenan were wiped out during the battle.
Since these camps were the closest at the beginning of the onslaught, they were the first line in the battle, and the beasts crushed it with ease.
The middle-aged man had a tragic face as he also lost his wife in the battle. He then looked at the stranger who had turned the war into his playground.
The middle-aged man couldn't even count how many tis he had co close to his demise in the war with the beasts, but every ti he was only a step away from death, the blue-skinned stranger would pull him back.
The middle-aged man wasn't the only one to think so; the other nine candidates had the sa feeling. They had complicated expressions, as they had seen the blue-skinned stranger not acting helpfully toward others, but whenever they would be in danger, the stranger, even at the cost of injuries, would snatch them out of death's jaws.
They wanted to ask the stranger the reason behind his actions, but then suddenly a white light engulfed the man in front of their eyes.
When the light disappeared, the man also vanished with it. The ten candidates looked at each other, with each of them having a myriad of expressions.
The middle-aged man suddenly crashed to the ground, as he had overexerted himself. Since none of them knew why the stranger helped them and went to such an extent to save them, the ten of them would beco best friends, and this would continue till their deaths.

As Aakesh reappeared in the jungle, he stopped thinking about the battle and focused on what was next.

The next mont, a flurry of notifications began to ring in Aakesh's head as he had completed the quest.
Aakesh had no ti to think about it as suddenly invisible energy descended from the sky and began to lt into him. A comfortable feeling spread all over his body as he could sense himself getting stronger.
After the process ended, Aakesh returned his focus to the several alerts.
When he heard the last alert, his lips almost twitched, as the system would remind him of this every ti he gained any first achievent.
Aakesh didn't waste much ti pondering over the alerts, as he had better things to do.
Aakesh called his status as he wanted to see how much his stats had grown due to the upgrade of the class.
The next mont, a blue screen with golden fonts appeared in front of him, containing all his details.

Aakesh looked surprised as he saw the amount of growth he had with the upgrade in his class.
His HP and energy had more than doubled, as he got a whooping 100,000 units growth. After the growth, what was now a serious condition turned into a minor one, as he now had more than half his HP left.
The sa was the case with energy. Aakesh's energy stocks were on the verge of emptying as he only had a few thousand units left, but now that number had turned into a massive stockpile.
The surprise didn't decrease but only increased when Aakesh's eyes fell on the attributes section. His intelligence and endurance had been infinite from the start, so there was no worry there. But his strength and agility had grown by 500 units at once. It was more than one-tenth of his total attributes before the class upgrade.
Aakesh could feel that if he were to return to the war, it wouldn't be difficult for him to kill the boar without even getting injured. Aakesh even had doubts that he would be able to one-shot the boar with these attributes.
It wasn't the end of the surprise, as future growth had beco easy for Aakesh as well after this upgrade. A legendary class gave an increase of ten units after every level up. (Forty units in total.) The class Watcher did the sa, but now that it had upgraded to the Mythical level, it would now give an increase of twenty-five units, while for HP and energy, the amount would grow to 1000 units every level-up.
