Chapter 791: Ascending Successfully(6)
The Bisan Empire had already prepared for situations of ascendance like other Empires since they were the hub of talent. Ascensions were rare, but they weren’t that rare to people living in Empires.
A comfortable feeling never felt by Brinda before appeared in her heart as her soul restored itself to its peak and grew even further to new heights.
The feeling didn’t last long, as it was a tribulation. The third and last stage was finally ready to attack.
The rumbling in the sky grew even louder while the arrays prepared to handle the pressure had to take the brunt as they began to shake. Fortunately, it didn’t break, or it would have been a mass slaughter for the citizens of the Bisan Empire.
The third and last stage of the tribulation was the thunder tribulation. In this round, the sky would rain destructive thunder and destroy the body of the cultivator, which in turn would restore itself back not long after.
This round was both the most destructive as well as most rewarding of the three stages of the tribulation.
Rumble!
Whoosh!
The sky rumbled as a purple thunderbolt ca Brinda’s way.
As if Brinda was nothing but a piece of paper in front of the bolt, it burned Brinda to ashes.
“ARGH!”
Even though Brinda’s body had turned into ashes, her screaming was still ringing in the sky, and it only got louder. Soon, the ashes began to restore, and it was another painful process for Brinda.
As soon as the restoration process ca to an end, another purple thunderbolt ca her way and struck her.
This ti, Brinda didn’t turn into ashes in a single strike, but half her lower body had burnt charred black. Her face had an ugly expression, and she bit her lips to stop herself from screaming.
The sky rumbled in anger as it didn’t like Brinda surviving the strike. The next mont, two thunderbolts ca and struck Brinda, burning her into ashes.
Ti flew by, and a few minutes had passed. With each destruction, the ti of restoration grew since the body was more durable.
Brinda needed to survive at least eleven rounds of destruction and restoration if she wanted to have a body strong enough to hold her soul and ascend.
“ARGH!”
Brinda wanted to close her eyes and lose her consciousness so that she wouldn’t feel the pain anymore. She was still four rounds away from achieving the bare minimum requirent for ascending.
A wave of thunderbolts attacked her since a few strikes weren’t able to destroy Brinda’s body any longer.
More ti flew by.
A shout filled with determination rang in the sky as the body finally turned into ashes after several rounds of thunder strikes.
Brinda was slowly losing her grip on reality as her body began restoring itself.
The pain during restoration had an even greater intensity than the destruction, so Brinda’s ntal capacity wasn’t able to handle the pain any longer.
‘I can’t give up,’ It was the only thought going through Brinda’s heart at that mont as she continued to stay awake and don’t lose consciousness.
Losing consciousness here was equal to failing the tribulation and giving up on her life.
At the sa ti, successfully passing through this round of tribulation would give her the requirent to successfully ascend. Brinda had three reasons to persist here, and she did.
This round of restoration took a few more minutes than the last round, but Brinda finally passed through it and achieved the needed condition for a successful ascension.
A winning smile appeared on Brinda’s face as she looked at the sky. There was a relieved expression on her face as her efforts over these past years weren’t without fruit.
The next mont, her eyes turned determined as they looked at the still rumbling sky.
The tribulation had co to an end since Brinda had achieved the bare minimum. But, it would persist for a few more seconds, so those cultivators who wanted to ascend with even better qualifications could try.
Brina didn’t want herself to be diocre, so she fully released her newly found aura, enraging the sky and the thunderclouds.
A new wave of thunder struck her. Nothing happened to her body as it had grown several tis more durable after this round when compared with the tenth round of strikes.

Heavy breathing sounds rang in the sky as Brinda looked at the sky with dread in her eyes.
After successfully achieving the needed condition, her ntal strength had grown, so she tried to challenge another round.
The pain she felt in the twelfth round of destruction and restoration was enough to make her wish to give up everything and die.
But she sohow persisted and finally went through the twelfth round.
At that mont, the tribulation finally got over, as Brinda didn’t think she would survive another round.
Even surviving an extra single round of tribulation had given her such terror. She didn’t dare imagine what she would have to go through next.
The next mont, invisible energy began to wash through Brinda, and it started to impact Brinda’s pocket space.
The pocket space was slowly turning into a full-fledged world.
When the process ca to an end, the inner world had grown to the size of a continent. Its diater was a few thousand miles.
Brinda couldn’t help but feel proud as soday in the future, this world would begin holding lives, and when she grew to an extrely high level, her inner world would be the sa as the outside Universe.
As she was engrossed in the excitent of successfully passing through the tribulation, a sense swept through her. Brinda couldn’t help but turn to look at the store.
Its door was still closed, and Brinda still couldn’t see what was going on inside despite becoming a divinity.
Suddenly, a repulsive force attacked Brinda, warning her to leave the Primal dinsion.
Brinda didn’t take the warning as a joke. She took a last glance at the Immortals, floating in the air, her royal palace, and her territory. Brinda then took a deep breath and said farewell to them in her heart.
Not long after, the repulsive force threw Brinda out of the Primal dinsion and forced her to embark on a new challenge.
