Chapter 693: A New Day for the Store(2)
The woman Glenn fell in love with belonged to the race Gregar. The race was Unisex as it only belonged to the race of females, but for so reason, the female of this race couldn’t give birth on their own but needed males from other races.
The race Gregar had a characteristic that the descendant of this race always belonged to a single race. The male descendant of any woman from the race Gregar belonged to the species of his father, while the female went to the mother’s race.
It wasn’t a new race and had survived several Epochs, but there hasn’t been a single example of anything happening differently when it ca to the race of their male and female descendants.
After Glenn fell in love with the woman, the trouble began. The woman’s na was Clair. Unlike Glenn, Clair wasn’t strong, but her beauty was second to none not only in her race but also in the Sacred dinsion.
After a lot of struggle, Glenn finally made Clair fall in love with him, and that’s when the trouble began. Clair may not be strong, but her father’s identity wasn’t simple. The father was one of the overlords of the Sacred dinsion.
Due to the characteristic of the Gregory race, where the descendant only belonged to the race of one family mber depending on their gender, Clair had the running bloodline of her mother. So she had not even a hint of her father’s blood flowing in her veins.-ɴ(0ᴠᴇ)ʟ.
Since things were like this when the father t his daughter for the first ti, a lust for her rose in his heart right from her birth. Since she didn’t even have an ounce of his blood, the father didn’t find it weird to have a lust for his own daughter.
At that ti, since the father was still married to Clair’s mother and she was alive, he controlled himself and didn’t make any move that may jeopardize his relations with the mother and the Gregar race.
Since Clair was his own daughter, he never felt a hurry to force himself on her. He took things slowly to make Clair fall in love with him, but things didn’t go the way he expected. Clair felt nothing but disgust from his father after seeing his actions. She would have already run from her father’s house if not for the threat that would result in her mother cruelly dying.
When Clair t with Glenn, she didn’t find him that interesting to think about him twice. After Glenn’s countless efforts, she finally had romantic feelings for him.
When Clair’s father found out about this, he coldly warned Clair to stay away from Glenn or face tragedy.
At that ti, Clair had fallen too deep for Glenn to consider her father’s words.
It soon turned out to be her biggest mistake as her father not only had a bigger amount of influence in the Sacred dinsion, but the father was also stronger than Glenn.
The father caught them together while they were busy not letting any part of their bodies untouched. The father couldn’t control his rage after watching the scene since he had been patiently waiting for Clair, and here she was having fun with a man he could kill instantly.
At that ti, a tragedy struck Glenn as Clair’s father not only killed Clair brutally in front of him but Glenn also got stuck in prison, facing continuous tortures for almost an Epoch.
If not for him stuck in prison, facing continuous torture for around an Epoch, Glenn would have at least reached the sa level as Clair’s father, if not more powerful than him.
One day, his torture ca to an end as he found himself getting a fortune from all the tragedy.
While a needle filled with soul poison at its tip was piercing every part of Glenn’s head, suddenly a chanical voice had rung in his head.
[Congratulations Truant! You have been selected as a Host for the Levelling System!]
Glenn belonged to the race Truant. When he heard the announcent, his eyes which had been blank for the last countless years, finally had a shine.
But at the sa ti, countless tears started streaming down his cheeks.
He had heard about the Yantra race randomly choosing its host, and none of its hosts were ordinary cultivators, but most of them went on to beco overlords of their respective dinsions.
And yet that ti, Glenn prayed to let go of the system if it resulted in Clair’s resurrection.
Ti flew by.
The guards in the prison suddenly started making a ruckus since Glenn began acting like a crazy lunatic. He had been peacefully lying on the ground and facing whatever ca his way while not saying a word or leaking any sound at all. But today, he was crying and laughing at the sa ti like a mad person.
Instead of feeling pity for Glenn, the guards increased the amount of soul poison in the needle. Glenn still had no reaction other than laughing and crying as if the pain didn’t affect him in any way.
“TORMOD, I WOULD MAKE YOU FACE A HELL THAT WOULD MAKE EVEN THE DEVIL SHUDDER IN FEAR!!!”
The laughing and crying suddenly ca to a stop. Glenn looked up, only to find a roof there made of icicles that would fall on him from ti to ti. His eyes turned red, and he shouted.
Every living person on the planet heard Glenn’s cruel words. Irrespective of their level, everyone felt a chill crawling down their spine.
paɴᴅᴀ ɴᴠᴇʟ Tormod, Clair’s father also heard the threat. He was busy venting his lust on the leader of the Gregar race forcefully. Clair’s actions did things far surpassing even her imagination.
He slapped the leader away and waved his hands. The next mont, the cloth lying on the chair appeared on his body. He then disappeared from the room while the leader of the Gregar race blankly sat there as if there was no life in her.

When Tormod appeared in the prison, the first sight he ca across was the eyes of Glenn. Even he felt shudders as he saw an illusion of him dying a cruel death. The next mont, Tormod got angry since he couldn’t believe what he saw.
He made his way toward Glenn as he decided to increase the intensity of the torture, but before he could reach Glenn, Glenn suddenly started laughing out loud like a crazy maniac.
“Boom!”
The next mont, an explosion-like sound rang in the area as Glenn exploded into a blood cloud. Tormod could do nothing but helplessly look as his attempt to stop Glenn resulted in failure.
