Chapter 636: Injury!
The bullet, destroying every feather in its way, flew toward the Hydrikan.
“Puchi!”
The next mont, a piercing sound rang in the area as the bullet passed through the Hydrikan while creating a hole at the sa ti.
The Hydrikan had a shocked face as it looked down at its chest, only to see blood pouring out from the injury. The next mont, its eyes turned blank as it started falling with its wings frozen since there was no life left in the Hydrikan to move them.
“CRASH!”
The next mont, a loud crashing sound rang in the area as the Hydrikan created a giant dust cloud on the battle stage.
Soon, the scene around Aakesh froze as a blue window appeared in front of him. Aakesh, without waiting any mont, chose to go ahead.
The next mont, a blue light swept past the entire battle stage. When it left, the arena was as new as before the battle.
Aakesh suddenly sensed a killing intent toward him. He didn’t have to look in the direction to know who it was.
“DING!”
The next mont, the familiar sound of the bell rang and announced the start of the ninth battle.
One second passed, two seconds passed, three seconds passed, and just like that, a few minutes had passed.
“BOOM!”
“BOOM!”
“BOOM!”
Aakesh released three shots in succession, each bullet carrying enough strength to lay ruin to half the continent in Visteerna.
In response, the Hydrikan flew into the air with only a casual swipe of its wings. The next mont, it pointed the tip of its wings toward Aakesh. Not long after, a rain of feathers began, destroying any semblance of the stage.
“Clang!”
“Clang!”
“Clang!”
The three sharpest and longest feathers took the fight with three bullets, while the other flew toward Aakesh.
Aakesh had an expressionless face as he pointed his pistol toward the sky and released a shot.
“BOOM!”
The next mont, a loud explosion-like sound erupted from the pistol as a bullet flew from it.
Its destination was the sky. The Hydrikan sensed a hint of unease from the bullet, so it redirected all its feathers toward the bullet.
It was as if a paper plane was crashing into a concrete wall; the sa was the scene of the feathers crashing onto the bullet. Irrespective of their numbers, they failed to damage it, let alone move its direction.
As ti passed, the sense of danger grew into the heart of the Hydrikan. It suddenly raised its wings in its full might and flew in the direction of the bullet itself.
“CLANG!”
The next mont, a loud crashing sound rang in the area as the Hydrikan turned out to be quicker than the bullet and clashed with it, resulting in sparks originating.
The bullet’s speed finally slowed down as the Hydrikan was no weakling. It was the thirteenth round, and its speed had finally surpassed the bullet, but since it couldn’t reach the point where it could surpass Aakesh’s reaction speed, Aakesh was still at the top of the clash.
Aakesh had an expressionless face as he looked at the Hydrikan clashing with the bullet. He would have taken another shot, but if soone were to touch the muzzle, they would lt from the heat alone.
If Aakesh were to take another shot, the pistol would explode, resulting in the situation becos even more troubleso for him.
Ti flew by.
Since the Hydrikan was in the way of the bullet, it failed to reach its destination and do what it was here for. The Hydrikan also wasn’t in any good shape as clashing with the bullet, resulting in nurous injuries spawning over it.
The bullet started fading away since its energy couldn’t sustain itself any further, giving a mont of relief to the Hydrikan, but then it suddenly sensed an extre danger to its life.
“Boom!”
“BOOM!”
The next mont, several explosion-like sounds rang as the pistol had finally cooled down.
“Puchi!”
“Puchi!”
“PUCHI!”
The next mont, several piercing sounds rang in the area as the bullet pierced through the Hydrikan’s skin, not giving it enough ti to dodge any attack.
Ti flew by.
“Puchi!”
A piercing sound suddenly rang in the area. Aakeh’s cold eyes turned blank as a feather pierced through his heart, bursting it into smithereens.
The next mont, consciousness returned to Aakesh’s eyes, but he found him standing in the selection area. Since the training environnt only allowed a single entry per day, Aakesh would have to co tomorrow again if he wanted to enter.
There was still quite a lot of ti before Lily’s training got over, so Aakesh decided to have a casual training round this ti.
The next mont, he went to his right, put down the pistol, and picked up his bow. He then went to his left, chose the training environnt, and pushed the switch.
The next mont, a space crack erged in front of Aakesh and sucked him inside, without giving him even a chance to fight back.
The next mont, Aakesh found himself in familiar surroundings. Not long after, a blue window appeared, in the mid-air in front of him.

Unlike the last training environnt, Aakesh didn’t choose the first round but straightaway chose the last option available, Level 104.
The next mont, a blue light swept past the entire area around him.
“Whoosh!”
“Chhiss!”
The next mont, different kinds of sounds rang in the area. All the sounds belonged to the wind as it flowed at an unimaginable speed. Even Aakesh’s hairs which usually stayed fixed, got disarrayed in no ti. His bun felt like it would explode.
Aakesh, let it explode, and his long hair started flying since there was no other way to do things about it.
“Chhiss!”
Suddenly, Aakesh felt a burn on his hands, but before he could even feel pain, a cold wind flew near him, creating a sound.
Aakesh ignored the burn, cold, and sound, but instead, he focused on the bullseye floating in front of him and moving randomly at unimaginable speed due to the wind.
Aakesh then nocked his bow, stretched the bowstring, and released the shot.
