Chapter 544: The First Step(End)

Since the ground wouldn’t throw him back just like when it did on the land below the first step, Aakesh stopped worrying about it and focused on the block.

As soon as Aakesh stepped out of prison, the block returned to normal straight away, as if it was all an illusion.

But as soon as the thought of walking appeared in his head, his intuition warned him against it right away. Aakesh didn’t have to think much about the reason behind his instinct warning him as it was a test, how there could be a test without growth, especially after the struggle on the land below the first step.

With him descending, the giant was also coming down, but Aakesh had no interest in making the giant fall to the ground with his landing.

With only a single swipe of his hand, the fire vanished. Aakesh then focused on the fire giant, who had also crashed to the ground and was groaning in pain.

Since the fire giant was made of nothing but fire, it shouldn’t have felt pain when Aakesh attacked it. Aakesh had added the elent of destruction in his punch when he attacked, resulting in it feeling an unbearable amount of pain. It was also the reason behind it not healing.
