Chapter 235: Announcent(1)
Aakesh didn't care much about the death of the intruder, while none in the store found out anything, so the day continued as it was a mont before.
While Aakesh was relaxing in his store, the Bisan Kingdom was going through one of its major events, the ceremony of the third king in the Bisan dynasty.
Citizens from all over the Kingdom arrived in huge numbers to watch the ceremony.
Even the king of the Chivelle Kingdom and other royal family mbers have arrived for this ceremony. Even for Punta's ceremony, none of his relatives, except his father, who had graced his presence at the coronation ceremony, and that too he only privately t him to congratulate him.
This ti, the ceremony was special because it was Brinda who was going to be the king. What made Brinda special was the tower she had won in the event.
The tower had the ability to create a top organization, not only in Visteerna but also in the Primal dinsion. Its ability to allow battles ranging from the first stage of cultivation to the Immortal stage without the fear of death made it one of the sought out artifacts for every organization.
Punta's father, the king of the Chivelle Kingdom, loved Punta unconditionally, but the sa isn't the case for Punta's grandchildren.
When Punta had brought Brinda to et him, he had secretly tried to take the tower away from Brinda, but unfortunately for him, Brinda had gotten the tower from the store, and she had already bonded with it. Now, it doesn't matter whether she lives or dies; only she would be able to control the tower.
The Chivelle Kingdom wanted to impress Brinda to such an extent that everything required for the new royal palace was paid from their treasury. They even hired the best of the Earthern Trolls, so that the building could be prepared in a single day, and everyone could see the new royal palace on the coronation day.
The royal palace, which was covered in red marbles from top to bottom, had a new look today.
The royal palace that covered miles before was now not even one-fourth of what it used to be.
Instead of the wide palace, Brinda had decided to make the royal palace in the form of a tower with only three floors.
The lower floor contained the assembly where the king and ministers would et. The second floor contained the living area for the king, while the top floor was without a roof. A space array was used to expand the space of the top floor. It would act as the personal garden and herb garden for the king.
Despite the previous royal palace's crumbling condition, the marbles were not discarded. They were used to build villas for people belonging to the royal family, so distance away from the royal palace.
Between the royal palace and the location of the royal family's villas, there was an empty space. It would be used for the tower, and it would also be the tallest building of the Bisan Kingdom from today on.
Ti flew by.
The ti scheduled for the coronation ceremony neared, but Brinda still didn't appear on the stage solely prepared for her. She was still waiting for her grandfather since he was the previous king, and in the ceremony, the last king would crown the new king and announce it to the citizen of the Kingdom.
While Brinda nervously waited for Punta to co, so other princes and princesses had ugly faces on the inside and smiling faces on the outside. A few of the princes had even taken the lead and supported Brinda for the throne right after Punta announced to the family.
When only a few minutes were left before the coronation scheduled ti, Brinda suddenly felt a new mory erging inside her head.
It was the mory Punta had prepared for her. According to the mory, he explained to her so of the duties of a king, so of the dos and don'ts, and also asked her not to run after him since he had left everything behind, and he would never return to the Kingdom.
Brinda's eyes began turning moist, seeing the mory. Her sister ca forward and asked with concern, seeing Brinda cry.
Ti flew by. The ti for the coronation ceremony finally arrived.
The citizen eagerly looked at the center stage for their king to arrive. One second passed, two seconds passed, just like that fifteen seconds passed past the schedule.
When the thirtieth second arrived, Brinda suddenly appeared on the stage with the crown already on her head, making the citizens shocked.
Before the citizen could comprehend what had happened, Brinda began introducing herself to the entire Kingdom. She thanked her father, grandfather, and ancestors. She then took the vow every king should take, and finally, the ceremony ca to an end.
In the end, she activated one of the skills the badge gave her. The next mont a majestic pressure arrived on each citizen across the area, making them kneel, while Brinda expressionlessly looked at everything. The pressure didn't suffocate anyone. It only made them feel the majesty of the king.
Three seconds later, she deactivated the pressure, and all the citizens could finally stand up.
"All hail King Brinda!"
"All hail King Brinda!"
"All hail King Brinda!"
"All hail King Brinda!"
No one knew who raised the first shout, but like a viral infection, every citizen started shouting and clapping for the new king. Brinda didn't stop anybody since she also liked the reverence from so of the citizens.
She suddenly had the urge to check the thoughts of a few of the clapping citizens, so she activated the skill, Pseudo Mind-Reading, and glanced at the citizens she wanted to hear thoughts.
"What a beautiful king! I hope I can marry her and have so children," One of the n yelling and clapping thought. Brinda could only smile wryly, hearing it. She couldn't kill soone for having intimate thoughts as it would be detrintal to her rule.
She then glanced at another man and listened to his thoughts.
"I hope she isn't like her father and do sothing for the Kingdom, not only for herself," The man thought since Pinto had a very bad image in the hearts of citizens.
Brinda listened to many thoughts.. So thought positively, so thought negatively, and so of the citizens had intimate thoughts about her.
