Chapter 172: Weather

After entering the portal, Eris found himself in an environnt unique to Fakus, a low-level planet in the Primal dinsion.

"I turned into an ordinary person for real!" Eris exclaid in surprise, seeing him turning into a weakling.

The next mont, a hurried and worried expression appeared on his face as he ran to his front.

Fakus's weather was weird, and it turned instantly the opposite of what it was a mont before, so living here for Eris was impossible. He wouldn't survive such change in the weather in the current condition, so he ran in search of the green crack.

As Eris expected, while running, all the sweat on his face started freezing due to the weather suddenly reaching minus degrees. The snowstorm that had been going on disappeared out of nowhere and the sun rose, bringing the well-needed light to the surroundings.

Eris increased his speed even more since he didn't want to die before entering the crack.

Ti flew by, and around a few minutes had passed. The snow that had gathered on the ground due to the snowstorm had gotten lted due to the sun being very close to the surface despite the weather reaching minus degrees.

If it were so other ti, Eris would've loved to see the law of nature acting opposite, but since his life was on the line, he continued running despite the area turning into a one-foot deep lake.

"Damn it!"

The next mont, he cursed in anger despite being countless years old. His body had started accepting the cold temperature when suddenly the weather changed again.

He now had two worries: first, if the snowstorm ca again, the water in the area would turn into ice again, and he would get bound due to that, and second, his body would get exhausted if the weather turned extrely hot. Fortunately for him, the snowstorm never ca, and he also found a green crack only after running for a minute.

When he reached the green crack, his clothes had turned wet due to his sweat, while he was gasping for breath since the temperature had turned extrely hot, which made his body even more tired.

He heaved a sigh of relief and touched the green crack after he reached near it. The next mont, a suction force erged out of nowhere and sucked him in.

"Ugh!" He groaned after finding him in a new land.

For a being of his caliber, he had done countless teleports, but it felt he had never done this before when the green crack sucked him in, making the feeling extrely uncomfortable and painful.

He shook his head and took a deep breath to remove the uncomfortable feeling. After finally feeling alright, he took a look at his surroundings.

"Let's find out what kind of creatures are in this dungeon," He murmured after finding his surroundings to be an ordinary jungle filled with trees and small mountain peaks.

"Wooooo!"

He didn't have to search for the identity of the creature, as the next mont, a wolf howl rang in the area. Soon, the surroundings got filled with multiple wolf howls as if the first was the leader, and the other were followers.

Eris's face turned ugly, hearing the wolf howls. The wolves are known to be social creatures, and they usually travel in groups. They also have good eyesight, good hearing, and good slling characteristics.

Since he only had an ordinary physique, and his strength would only grow after the kill, so if a group of wolves found him before he found a solitary wolf, he would be in big trouble.

"If only I have a wea-"

His murmuring ca to a sudden halt as his eyes shined, seeing the vibrant trees in the jungle.

"Life of a barbarian," He murmured while making his move.

Ti flew by, and around three months had passed since Eris entered the green crack.

In the past month, he had been training in spears. Initially, he had decided to hunt the wolves with a bow and arrow, but after thinking about it for so ti, he changed his mind.

Since he only had ordinary power, he wouldn't be able to hunt the wolf in one shot using an arrow even if he hit vitals, but the situation with a spear was different.

In the last three months, he had been training in the spear he had made using the branches of the trees and the rocks.

Today was finally the first day when he was going to hunt.

The clothes with which he had entered the green crack had already gotten torn due to the spear practice. So he was currently wearing an armor made up of bark of the trees, with the area of the joint open so as not to interfere in moving.

He tied the giant quiver he had made during the past month on his back. The quiver had a total of six spears so that even if he missed multiple targets, he wouldn't fall in danger.

After making all the preparations, he proceeded inside the jungle. In the past three months, he had traveled inside many tis to make his plans, so he followed his plan and cautiously moved inside the jungle.

Ti flew by. He finally found a group of four wolves and six cubs.

He climbed the nearest tree from where he could easily aim at the vitals of the wolves. If he succeeded in even killing one, he would get stronger.

He patiently waited to find the right ti while the cubs played.

Ti flew by, and he finally got his opportunity. He took a deep breath and threw his spear.

"Whoosh!"

The spear flew, tearing the air, and the next mont it pierced the throat of the wolf peacefully sitting in the back.

Ti flew by, and seven months had passed since Eris entered the green crack.

He was currently standing in a ruined area with claw marks all over his body. Although one of the wounds was severe enough for his bones to be visible, Eris smiled, ignoring the pain.

He couldn't hide his smile as he looked at the red egg lying in front of him on the ground.

"Finally," He smilingly whispered and bent down to pick up the red egg.

After picking up the red egg, he excitedly crushed it.. When he saw what he had gotten as the reward, a shocked expression appeared on his face.
