Monsters didn't live in groups due to their uncontrollable rage, but the four beasts were an exception to that. They were born to the sa mother, so they had been together since their young years.
It wasn't that neither of them would try to devour the other if the need arose, but as long as that wasn't the situation, the four hunted together.
Suddenly, a blinding light enveloped Huan, and in no ti, that light turned into darkness, engulfing the area hundreds of miles into darkness.
The four beasts couldn't understand what was happening but could sense extre danger, so they imdiately wanted to back away.
Unfortunately for them, a life aura appeared out of nowhere in the darkness and beca like a beacon, showing his identity. The four forgot about escaping and charged at that aura since they could feel their desires exploding.
The closer the four went to that aura, they didn't even notice changes in their psyche. They were becoming more frustrated and greedy.
One of the four finally couldn't control itself and pounced on its closest sibling. It seed to be the dawn of an infection, and soon, the four had gotten into a fight with each other, wanting to devour the other.
The four weren't the only beings feeling that. In the range of hundreds of miles, there were a few more sentient creatures, and they also felt their negative energies growing at an alarming rate.
The darkness stayed there for around an hour, and when it disappeared, every creature in the range of the darkness had died a brutal death. Those who had no enemies to battle bit themselves to death as even their organs beca an enemy of each other.
A few more hours passed in the blink of an eye. Other creatures had noticed the sudden change, so after they believed things had cald down, they approached the scene.
The first thing they saw were the mutilated corpses of the four brothers and the complete corpse of a stranger.
Monsters liked to devour each other, so they cautiously approached the corpses. Since Huan's corpse was complete, it beca an issue of contention for the many monsters. A long battle ensued, and the winner chose to eat Huan.
With a proud walk, the monster reached Huan. It first slled, and soon, its eyes lit up after finding that the blood was still energy-rich.
It decided to start with the heart, but as soon as its teeth pierced into Huan's corpse, a strange phenonon played out. The monster slowly began to shrink, and in no ti, its bones could be seen from the skin.
Not long after, even the skin and bones shrank and disappeared while a vortex ford above Huan's heart. The vortex soon grew to hundreds of feet and began to suck in whatever was in the range of a hundred miles.
At the sa ti, Huan's life aura began to rise at an alarming rate. He had only stepped into the early Sacred King level, but in just a few seconds, he reached the peak of that sub-level and was still growing.
The vortex finally disappeared when he had reached the late level of the interdiate Sacred King. The next mont, he opened his eyes and looked around in confusion.
Imdiately, the mory before dying rushed into his head, and an expression of shock spread across his face. He imdiately tried to see his injury but found he was in better condition than before battling the four monsters.
'Am I unkillable?' Huan couldn't help but think in his heart since he clearly rembered brutally dying after he was unable to do anything against the four monsters.
Huan then imdiately reached into his sea of consciousness, only to beco more confused. The creature had woken up but also had a shocked expression as if it didn't know what was happening.
At the sa ti, the eleven Void Beasts were suddenly alard and rushed to the end of the dinsion. They could see an invincible power seeping into the dinsion, and its destination was Huan.
The Void Beasts were alard since it was an individual power, not the power of rules or laws.
They could only see it seeping into the dinsion. Since the power couldn't harm the Sacred Dinsion in any way, they couldn't act.
***
The Primordial Dinsion,
"Was there really a need for to do that?" A powerful being complained as he had sent a hint of his power to Huan.
Huan didn't revive on his own, nor was the vortex caused by him. The being was the reason for that, and he didn't do it of his own volition but was ordered by another more powerful being.
"Yes, the owner of the Soul of Negativity can't die right after waking up. You don't know the consequences of that," The being who had ordered responded.
"Hmph, if he would have died, we would have grabbed it for ourselves."
The being only smiled in response to his subordinate's words. He knew how many beings had eyes on the Soul of Negativity, but since it was a creation directly by the Multiverse, trying to snatch it was no less than asking for a battle with Devas.
If Huan died naturally, others could fight for it, but unfortunately, if a Deva stepped into the scene, others would have to give up on that. At the sa ti, the being had another motive behind helping Huan, but he wasn't going to tell his subordinate about it.
"You can leave," The being ordered.
The subordinate wanted to complain more but still accepted the order and left the residence with a bow.
Once only the being was left alone in the house, he took off his mask, and a feminine face appeared in the mirror. It wasn't easy to say whether the being was a man or a woman, but those who had seen that face knew how terrible the being was.
The being didn't take off the mask for no reason. The next mont, a few valuable items appeared, and soon, a ritual circle ford with the being at the center of it.
