The upper half of the card contained an illustration of the beast. The Golden Crown Whale's body glowed with a golden hue, and its scales reflected the sunlight in a flashy display of radiance. Its sheer size was awe-inspiring, dwarfing even a town able to settle hundreds of thousands of people.
The most striking feature of the beast was its crown, a majestic array of luminous structures atop its head. Each tip emitted a radiant and enchanting light, casting a warm, soothing glow and illuminating the surrounding waters.
Its eyes were pools of liquid gold, possessing an ancient and wise intelligence that seed to gaze into the depths of the soul. Its powerful flippers were engraved with intricate patterns of designs, each scale representing the harmony between water and light elents.
Phily took a deep breath when he held the card in his hand. The beast was the most stunning and awe-inspiring thing he had ever seen.
It took a while for him to move his eyes away from the beast and focus on other sections. He slightly frowned when he read the na of the beast.
It was his third attempt at summoning, and Phily had found one thing common between the three summons. Each of the three beasts had 'Golden' in their na.
Golden in the na usually responded to royalty, and the two earlier beasts he summoned were also mbers of the royal race of their species.
Even then the Golden Crown Whale was a special creature as a wave of mory appeared in his mind. Similar to the past two tis, Phily failed to find anything wrong with the sudden addition of the mory.
The situation with the Golden Crown Whale was different because there was only one of them in the Sacred Dinsion. It was also the ruler of the waters in the Sacred Dinsion as well as the King of every fish race, despite being the only mber of the race.
If Phily succeeded in winning the taming battle, he would be able to own the second Golden Crown Whale.
After calming down, he decided to follow through with the lower sections of the card. When he read the characteristics, he was taken aback.
According to what he knew, the characteristic [Tidal Ascension] was exclusive to the Radiant Crown Whale, a powerful race in the Primordial Dinsion.
Golden Crown Whale was an extre downgrade of a cursed mber of the Radiant Crown Whale. But since the race was already imnsely strong, even the extre downgrade made the Golden Crown Whale the ruling creature of the waters in the Sacred Dinsion.
If Phily succeeded in winning the taming battle, he would have a Golden Crown Whale with the exclusive ability of the Radiant Crown Whale.
But since the beast was in the Sacred Dinsion, not every ability of the characteristics was available to it.
For so reason, Phily never doubted that he would lose, and at the sa ti, he didn't feel anything wrong with the confidence in his heart.
Phily then read the skills the beast had and paused at the price section. It took a while for him to move his eyes away from that section, and at that ti, there was a wide smile on his face.
The Golden Crown Whale was the most expensive of the three summons, but he was able to afford it. Even though it was a loan, the amount was still sothing not everyone could get.
Phily didn't notice at that ti that he was slowly changing. When he learned about the loan, he frowned and was frightened, not knowing what was wrong with him. But at that ti, he had not only accepted the situation but begun to take pleasure in it. It was a sudden change in his emotions, but he was unaware of it.
Since Phily liked the beast, he left the queue and walked toward the square device.
He had to wait several minutes for his turn. When he reached it, he imdiately put the card in the card compartnt and placed his hand on the respective section.
The next mont, he found himself in a different environnt. He was deep in the ocean, with darkness around him. His cultivation had dropped to early Divine Transformation.
Suddenly, a blinding light erged out of nowhere, and a storm erupted in the ocean around him.
He couldn't see the end of the beast that appeared before him. An urge to prostrate before the beast appeared in his mind, but suddenly a strong reaction erupted in his mind.
Instead of kneeling in front of the beast, an urge to punish it appeared in his heart. In no ti, the desire had grown more intense, and his eyes turned red.
Growl!
Phily growled at the beast, shaking it. With it, the ocean moved.
Phily's eyes turned redder while a golden aura began to appear around him. At the sa ti, cracks started to appear on his body.
Phily could feel that there was sothing wrong with his body, but he couldn't stop it anymore.
The Golden Crown Whale felt an intense pressure appear on it. It didn't like the feeling of soone else proving their majesty over it.
It imdiately decided to activate its characteristic, [Tidal Ascension]. Suddenly, it stopped, and its eyes widened in shock.
Crack! Crack! Crack!
The beast saw an unimaginable scene playing out in front of itself as cracks began to appear in its crown. It panicked, as the crown was the source of its life and dignity.
It didn't fear death, but dying by the cracking of the crown was unacceptable. Even surrendering felt like a better choice for the beast.
The beast's panic reached an unprecedented height. At that ti, it didn't notice that Phily was in an even worse condition.
