Chapter 1049: Last Three Battles(2)
The Nightingale Crow knew it couldn't let the battle continue at this rate. Both it and the Chaotic Wyrm were powerful creatures, and endurance was the last thing they needed to worry about in a battle of attrition in this arena.
The crow knew it needed to attack, and for that, it needed to stop the wyrm from blasting continuously Infernal Breath.
The crow decided not to dodge this ti but face the attack head-on and then attack the wyrm.
Since it made the decision, it did exactly. When another Infernal Breath ca its way, aiming to engulf it and burn it to a crisp, the crow activated Wind Shield and passed through the blast of fire.
As the crow had thought, the shield stood no chance against the powerful blast of fire, but it did what it wanted from the attack.
This ti, before the Chaotic Wyrm could release another Infernal Breath, the Nightingale Crow activated Feather Storm, releasing a flurry of sharp feathers in all directions.
The Chaotic Wyrm had to let go of the Infernal Breath and defend itself. It brought its wings, and it curled in the sky.
The feathers crashed on it one after another, but as if what stood in front of them was an indestructible wall, the sharp feathers failed to make any dent.
At that ti, the Nightingale Crow used Healing Song and healed whatever injuries it had received during the Infernal Breath.
The Nightingale Crow knew that if it let the Chaotic Wyrm defend then the previous situation would repeat itself once it attacks, so it attacked with Sonic Scream.
The wyrm's movent beca disoriented for a mont, and that was enough for a few feathers to hit it, causing injuries.
Roar!
The injury seed to anger the wyrm, and it let go of its defensive posture. It looked at the crow and let out a deafening roar, charging at the crow.
A smirk seed to appear on the crow's face as its plan of using the wyrm's arrogance was successful.
Ayriel frowned when she saw the Chaotic Wyrm making a mistake in anger, but she didn't stop it and instead gave it a command.
Roar!
Ayriel's support seed to fuel the wyrm's anger and strength as it let out another deafening roar.
The Nightingale Crow activated Sonic Resonance and then Sonic Scream, increasing the effects of the skill by several tis. The wyrm felt its head explode from the scream, but it persisted and continued ahead.
When the wyrm finally reached the crow, it activated Chaotic Touch, aiming to drain vitality from the crow, but the crow was already ready for it. It used Tailwind and successfully dodged the attack.
CAW!
The Nightingale Crow made a safe distance between the two using high flight speed from Tailwind. It then let out a cry as a wind vortex appeared above its head.
The next mont, a wind elental creature, Zephyr, stepped out of the vortex. Its eyes held no emotions when it looked at the Chaotic Wyrm.
The Nightingale Crow activated Wind's Blessing, and suddenly, Zephyr had another layer of wind elents around it.
Ti flew by, and the battle between the two continued for a while. At first, the Chaotic Wyrm was leading, but then the crow beca the upper-handed opponent.
Zephyr, a nad elental, was extrely strong and was extrely compatible with the crow. They attacked the wyrm in tandem, not only frustrating it but also seriously injuring it.
The more injuries the wyrm received, the angrier it beca and the crazier its attacks beca.

Suddenly, a vortex appeared in the arena, affecting the entire battlefield. A maelstrom seed to form as the suction force from the vortex was extrely strong, and at the sa ti, the air around it began to turn heavy.
Zephyr, enjoying the battle with the Wind's Blessing, was hit the hardest by the vortex as its position wasn't very far. The crow tried to save Zephyr, but the energy perating from the vortex gave a life-threatening sensation, so it had no choice but to back away.
It seed Zephyr would lose, but suddenly, the Chaotic Wyrm seed to go into a frenzy. Its eyes turned red, while its body slightly expanded. Its speed grew like never before as it pounced at Zephyr.
It ripped Zephyr apart in no ti, while the vortex was its playground, as it was a creature that loved the elent of chaos.
The Nightingale Crow was taken aback by the sudden reaction of the wyrm, but it imdiately tightened its defenses. Unfortunately for it, the Chaotic Wyrm was at its most powerful during its Unpredictable Frenzy state.
The skill was nad as such because this state wasn't under the control of the wyrm. It needed to grow angry and face injuries, and only then could it activate the skill.
When the wyrm beca angrier at first, it was what Ayriel had commanded.
"Accumulate anger till the last mont. Then activate the Chaotic Vortex, and when they are fighting against it, unleash all your anger, activating Unpredictable Frenzy."

The Chaotic Wyrm was like a different beast in that state as it destroyed its foe and the battlefield.
The Nightingale Crow was no match for the Chaotic Wyrm, so it died cruelly in the end, ending the first battle.
The crow's broken and mangled body exploded into light particles, turned into a card, and flowed into Elwynn's hands.
The Chaotic Wyrm was still in its frenzied state when it tried to attack Elwynn, but Ayriel took control of it and sent it back to the card.
The next mont, a white light covered Ayriel and Elwynn, and then they appeared in the seating area.
Elwynn's mood didn't seem to be good, as he didn't like the battle and the cruelty the Chaotic Wyrm unleashed on the Nightingale Crow.
If not for his pacifist personality, he would have attacked the Chaotic Wyrm when outside the store. As for Ayriel's race, Sylvanors didn't fear Moon Elves.
Ayriel was unaware of the thoughts going through Elwynn's head. Even if she knew, she wouldn't have cared as she liked the Chaotic Wyrm for its cruel personality.
Neither the store cared for Elwynn's state of mind as it was now ti for the second battle.
