"Draconic Harem what?!" Max asked in confusion as he stared at the glowing blue system screen floating in front of his eyes. "What the hell is this?!"

Max shook his head from side to side, trying to swat the system away like an annoying fly, but the screen remained where it was hovering stubbornly in front of him.
No matter which direction Max turned, the translucent screen followed him, always staying within his line of sight, as if mocking his every attempt to ignore it.
With a frustrated sigh, Max began pacing across the cramped, dilapidated room.
’Maybe I have to pick between yes and no... but how do I do that?’
He tried tapping "Yes" with his finger, but his hand simply sliced through the air, eting no resistance. The screen gave no reaction.
"Nope! Definitely not a touch screen, then."
’If touch doesn’t work, maybe I should try commanding it with my voice?’
"Let’s see... No!" Max muttered.
Instantly, the system screen shifted.
"So it does work with voice command," Max murmured.
"Nope! It all works with your mind. Before you even said no, your mind had already decided, so it changed," a feminine voice echoed in his head.
"Ohh! That makes so mu...wait, what the fuck was that?!" Max yelped so loudly it felt like the frail house trembled.
Startled, he leapt onto the sunken mattress, twisting his head around in every direction, eyes wide and darting like a trapped animal.
"You can’t see , doofus!" the voice said again, teasingly.
"Wh... wh... who’s there?! Where are you? Who are you?!" Max asked, his heart pounding as he scanned the small room.
Then...
Blue particles began to swirl in the air in front of him. Slowly, a semi-transparent figure began to take shape.
It hovered above the ground. A small, floating, humanoid dragon glowing with a sowhat ancient energy. Its form was distinctly feminine, and its voice was both playful and regal.
"Greetings, Host. I am Pix, the Manifest Will of the Draconic Harem System."
"What the hell? A talking lizard?!" Max exclaid, recoiling in shock as the back of his head slamd into the wall.
"You stupid host! I am not a lizard. I am the embodint of a thousand years of draconic conquest, lust, power, and, yes... questionable decisions."
"...So you’re this glowing system guide?" Max asked, raising a brow in disbelief.
"Not just a guide. I am your ntor, your tactician, your life coach, and occasionally your moral compass. Though I warn you, my morals were last updated during the Age of Fire," Pix said, chuckling mischievously. "So yeah, just think of as your guide."
"First I die, then I transmigrate here, get a system, and now... a talking lizard. No. I’m not going insane. I’m so screwed."
"Precisely. But with , you’ll be gloriously screwed," Pix said with a deep, almost villainous laugh.
"Tsk! Buzz off," Max said, swatting the air before turning back to the glowing system in front of him. "Since this thing works with thoughts, let’s see what it has to offer."

Max frowned as he read the information displayed in front of him. He understood everything being shown after all, he had played several gas before, especially when he was a bit younger.
Right now, though, his gaze lingered longer on certain details, and the more he read, the deeper his frown beca.
"Wait, what the fuck?! I’m a dragon now? And what the hell is this age nonsense? I’m not 18!" Max shouted, staring at the shimring system in disbelief.
"Wrong. You are not a dragon yet. You’re just a vessel for now, and the more you level up, the more draconic powers you’ll unlock," Pix said, interrupting Max’s train of thought.
"Yes! You were 23 earlier, but now you’re 18. That’s because of the body you’re inhabiting," Pix added casually.
"That makes a bit of sense," Max muttered as he looked back at the system. "At least my na is still the sa. What are the odds the previous owner of this body was also nad Max?"
’So what’s an MP?’ Max thought inwardly.
"MP, also known as Magical Power, is used by people with magical affinities to perform extraordinary feats. It allows one to use skills and even heal themselves. MP can also be replenished by performing sexual activities with won," Pix replied instantly.
"So there’s no way of avoiding the sex stuff?" Max asked, sighing with resignation.
"Negative," Pix answered bluntly.
"Tsk. Next!" Max called out, and the system screen changed again.

"Okay, I get that. But you ntioned ’they’. Who are they? Who will track ?" Max asked, a slight panic creeping into his voice.
"I’ve said enough. When the ti cos, you’ll know about them," Pix replied, now hovering directly in front of Max.
"No! Tell now. What exactly am I getting into?" Max demanded firmly.
"Catch you later, young conqueror," Pix said cheekily before dissolving into glowing blue particles, vanishing just like it had appeared.
"Curse you, you damned lizard!" Max shouted, glaring at the system. "Well, since I’m not getting any answers from that thing, I might as well go explore this new place."
