Chapter 691: Chapter 234 Qingya Fairy

Inside the city, there was a flurry of voices. Many people looked towards the direction from which the news had co, their faces painted with confusion.

“What poetry and literature conference?”

So uninford creatures asked passersby on the streets in surprise, only to find that those in the know were all rushing madly towards the northwest of the ancient city.

“Damn, Qingya Fairy setting up a poetry eting, how is that possible?”

“Yes! Didn’t Qingya Fairy head to Cold Origin Ancient City? Each ti Cold Origin Ancient City is reactivated, it lasts for tens of thousands of years. How could she have returned halfway?”

“Forget it, don’t think too much! Perhaps Qingya Fairy is still in the Elegant Scholar Pavilion. If we go now, we might even catch a glimpse of her beauty!”

Those creatures who were unaware of the situation soon caught on, chatting as they ran towards the northwest of the ancient city.

“Qingya Fairy?” Li Qingming was intrigued and imdiately stepped in front of a white-robed young man, giving a slight bow, “Fellow Daoist, may I have a word!”

The white-robed young man looked stunned, hastily returning a Confucian scholar’s greeting, “I-I am Bai Ming, just a scholar from Baima Academy, not a cultivator. You flatter too much!”

Li Qingming revealed a gentle smile, “So it’s Scholar Bai! Haha, pardon my rudeness. Please forgive !”

Bai Ming dodged Li Qingming’s bow and waved his hands frantically, “No, no worries! May I know why you’ve stopped , sir?”

Li Qingming gently touched the sleeve of his robe, “Just now, there was a ssage saying that Qingya Fairy will set up a poetry and literature conference at the Elegant Scholar Pavilion in three days. May I ask who this Qingya Fairy is, and where might I find the Elegant Scholar Pavilion?”

Bai Ming looked at Li Qingming with a strange expression for a mont, “Sir, you really don’t know Qingya Fairy? Don’t know the Elegant Scholar Pavilion?”

Li Qingming thought to himself, “What does this an? Must I know Qingya and Elegant Scholar Pavilion?”

With this thought, Li Qingming shrugged helplessly.

“My heavens!” Bai Ming suddenly exclaid, “You really don’t know about Qingya Fairy and the Elegant Scholar Pavilion!”

“Swoosh swoosh swoosh~~~”

This voice, like a thunderclap, caused all creatures on East Street to uniformly turn their gazes towards Li Qingming and the others. Their strange looks felt like knives on their skin. Even though their cultivation was superb, their scalps tingled under the stares.

Li Qingming sighed helplessly, having lost all interest in asking further. He almost fled from East Street and headed northwest to see for himself.

Long Xuhu and others naturally followed. They couldn’t miss out on such an exciting event!

In the northwest corner of the ancient city, there was a quaintly styled three-story pavilion. Each floor seed to be only about one hundred feet in diater from the outside, but inexplicably, it gave off a feeling of boundless expanse.

As they walked up, they saw a hanging plaque atop that read “Elegant Scholar Pavilion” in Pre-Qin Ancient Seal script—rigid like iron painting, charming as silver hooks. The overwhelming Vast Righteous Qi carried by it even stirred the stars in the sky. The overflowing essence energy made one’s mind clear.

“Words like silver hooks, intentions like vast seas! Good, good, what a marvelous Elegant Scholar Pavilion!” Li Qingming stood in front of the pavilion, clapping and praising.

“Haha, you’re quite the connoisseur yourself!” As Li Qingming’s voice fell, a crisp voice ca through from beside him.

Long Xuhu turned around in surprise, “Hey, it’s you!”

The person who ca wore a white Confucian robe and had long hair flowing over his shoulders. It was Bai Ming, the Baima Academy scholar who had caused Li Qingming and the others to flee in dismay.

“Hehe, I was too rash just now, I hope you can forgive !” Seeing everyone’s eyes, Bai Ming’s face blushed slightly, and he cupped his hands apologetically, saying.

Li Qingming gently patted Bai Ming’s shoulder, saying, “It’s alright! However, we indeed do not know who this Qingya Fairy is? And what is the origin of this Elegant Scholar Pavilion before us?”

Bai Ming chuckled and first explained about Qingya Fairy:

It turns out that Qingya Fairy was also from a noble family.

Two Calamities ago, Confucian Saint Kong Yuan, in search of a breakthrough, sealed his own Cultivation and traveled the True Confucian Origin Realm.

During that ti, he road through thousands of stars, and when reaching the Shui Han Star, Kong Yuan disguised himself as a down-and-out scholar wandering through the ancient Cold Water Star.

Once, while the disguised down-and-out scholar Kong Yuan was seeking education, he happened to pass a Confucius Temple during his journey. Suffering from hunger in his belly, he ate the offerings dedicated to Saint Kong in the temple and was caught by the scholars there. They detained him and decided to parade him wearing a cangue through the streets as a punishnt.

Just at the right mont, Shui Yihan, the daughter of the great scholar Shui Yihan who was passing by, happened to persuade the scholars to release Kong Yuan and even gave ten taels of silver for his expenses.

Months later, the down-and-out scholar Kong Yuan studied under Shui Yihan, only then did he realize that the lady who had saved him was the daughter of the great scholar.

After expressing thousands of thanks, Kong Yuan then lived at the residence of Shui Yihan. Every day, besides discussing the righteous paths with Shui Yihan, he would also recite poems with Shui Yicui, watching the moon and playing the zither.

In this way, Shui Yicui admired Kong Yuan’s literary talent, and Kong Yuan was pleased with Shui Yicui’s lotus-like intelligence. The two gradually developed feelings for each other, delighted by mutual affection, but hesitated to take the final step.

Years later, Kong Yuan successfully broke into the Half-step Heavenly Dao Realm, revealed his identity to the family of Shui Yihan, and married Shui Yicui.

Three years passed, and Shui Yicui gave birth to a daughter nad Kong Qinghan for Kong Yuan.

Kong Qinghan was able to speak in three days, walk in five, and had a transparent Dao Heart. By the age of three, she was already well-versed in various Confucian doctrines, and even refined the Vast Righteous Qi of Confucianism to the Golden Immortal Realm.

One Calamity ago, Kong Qinghan reached the Sub-Saint Peak Realm. Following her father Kong Yuan’s advice, accompanied by two maids, she embarked on the Ancient Path to Heaven.

During her journey, an Alien Race coveted her beauty and attempted to block her way.

However, their fate was tragic; Kong Qinghan employed ultimate thods and shattered the Central Heaven World they belonged to, accidentally breaking into the Outer Universe Chaotic Cosmos of the Great Thousand World.

Therefore, she could not complete the Path to Heaven but instead returned to the True Confucian Origin Realm. She mobilized tens of thousands of disciples from the Jishang Academy to campaign against the Outer Universe Great Thousand World, reclaiming countless Heaven and Earth Treasures for the True Confucian Origin Realm, as well as a Chaos Treasure from the Outer Universe Great Thousand World.

Later, her father, Confucian Saint Kong Yuan, personally nad her Qingya.

From then on, Fairy Qingya beca renowned in the Central Heaven World!

“Hisss! Campaigning against a Great Thousand World!”

After hearing everything about Qingya Fairy, Li Qingming and the others looked at each other in shock.

They had not expected that the True Confucian Origin Realm possessed such imnse power to campaign against an Outer Universe Great Thousand World and to win the battle! If this power could be solely utilized by Pangu’s Great Thousand World, then what Mountain Lord, what Chasing Daoist, they are all nothing!

Noticing the astonishnt in everyone’s eyes, Bai Ming smiled and said, “Fellow Daoist thinks too much! That Outer Universe Great Thousand World was about to face Great Destruction, with the strong ones having fled or died. Hence, conquering it was not a difficult task after all!”

The crowd, upon hearing this, finally relaxed a bit.

Monts later, Li Qingming stared intently at Bai Ming for a long while and said, “Scholar Bai, I am quite perplexed! These confidential secrets, besides the high echelons across realms, are hardly known to anyone. You, a re scholar from the Baima Academy, how did you co to know of this?”
