The battle was over, but the impact caused by the information learned as a result caused an uproar among the strongest Path Creators.
Many now believed that below Zhou Fan, Ye Li was the strongest in the Universe.
Of course, not every Heaven Immortal had fought in the battle, but the conclusion was a reasonable one. Ye Li was not seen for a long ti. Although he had never been one to reveal himself to the public eye, he was extrely silent this ti.
So speculated that the strength shown that day was not the entire truth, and that he was suffering the repercussions of it even now. But none could be sure whether or not this was true.
Tens of thousands of Sage Years passed, and then a hundred thousand Sage Years.
Zhou Fan had spent so ti in a Ti Bubble, but most of it outside the Ti Bubble.
He was at the Peak of the Celestial Immortal realm. Soon, he would go beyond it.
He needed to decide what he would na the realm and how he would change it, but he had plenty of ti. A bit more ti passed.
Although nobody had entered the Star Immortal realm yet, there were a few that were extrely close.
The King of Massacre was one of them. His talent was still shining to this day, with no visible signs of burning out. He had long surpassed the second strongest Cultivator, Mi, who was at the Peak of the Earth Immortal realm.
Mi was not as fast, but still had plenty of talent. He would not burn out any ti soon.
At this ti, Zhou Fan was ready to break through. It happened quickly and silently. If he wanted there to be a phenona, there would be one, and if he didn't one wouldn't dare appear.
The galaxies on his forehead began to change.
The long mastered Rule of Origin transford with them. Before they fully transford, a new dot appeared. It rapidly ford into a small star, then into a galaxy, and although smaller, eventually joined them in transforming.
This was Zhou Fan's new Rule, one he had spent a lot of ti deciding on.
He decided on the Rule of Suppression. Suppression was sothing that had followed him throughout his entire Cultivation journey, though he was not the one suppressed. He was the one suppressing others. No being had ever surpassed him. Even if one counted the natural entities that had been a struggle, there were really only the Cosmic Dao and the Nothingness. He had conquered both, more or less.
Even his Outer World was the epito of suppression. With the Rule of Suppression comprehended, his breakthrough was complete.
On his forehead were no longer three galaxies, but four smooth spheres. They rotated around each other.
Each one represented a Universe. The next ti, he would have to stop the path of natural progression, as there was currently nothing beyond Universes.
Zhou Fan's breakthrough was now complete, save for naming the realm. It was natural to go with the na, Universe Immortal.
Although his breakthrough had been a silent one, the most powerful of Path Creators were able to feel a slight shift in the air. They could tell that Zhou Fan had grown again.
And those that couldn't feel it noticed after the walls of the Universe began to grow.
Expanding a Universe was much easier than creating one. It was not just him fighting against the nothingness, but him and the Universe working together. The Universe expanded nearly forty tis its size before Zhou Fan felt resistance. He managed to push it to the fifty tis mark. At this point, the empty space in the Universe was starting to get ridiculous. Even Immortals could not find use for all of it.
Despite the ever increasing population, there was always an extre excess. Zhou Fan felt he was nearing the ti of creating Universes within the Universe.
But he wasn't quite there yet.
There was nothing to do but cultivate and comprehend the Rule of Suppression. Ti passed as always. It was hard to find interesting events.
He looked over every new Path Creator and talented cultivator born. None had overwhelmingly exceptional talent. There were so slightly interesting ones, but they were either slow growing or died midway through.
After a while, Zhou Fan petted Monty a bit. Every now and then, he let him go out. He was like a natural disaster that plagued the Universe.
Not a single being dared harm him for fear of retribution via Zhou Fan. This fear had saved quite a few lives.
So beings could have threatened his life, but hadn't, and hadn't been killed as a result.
Like Leaf, Zhou Fan valued Monty's life.
Monty was at the Peak of the Earth Immortal realm, and was looking for sothing to devour.
Zhou Fan let him go, and gave him a suggestion. "Ye Li's seems a little down. Go say hi."
Monty nodded with a smile and set out. As soon as he left Zhou Fan's residence on the top of the Universe, his body expanded.
Despite the increase in the size of the Universe, his body was absolutely huge.
Countless beings looked up, spotting the giant snake that had appeared.
"Damnit. He's co again." Many Path Creators said.
Sotis, he targeted one person or thing, but other tis he would go on a rampage. They just hoped they would be spared.
Monty had long earned a na in the Universe.
"The Leviathan is back at it again." The Grand Empyrean said with a sigh. She too had once suffered a loss at his hands.
But when she saw the direction he was heading, she smiled. "It's about ti Ye Li suffers a bit."
She was not the only one to notice what direction Monty was moving in.
Nearly all of the Immortals in the Universe watched on in interest.
Monty ca across a cage. This cage contained space bigger than the entire Universe before it had expanded for the first ti. But Monty just opened his mouth and swallowed it whole. He did not stop, finding more and more in this area.
These were naturally Ye Li's Karma farms.
