Ever since Sam stopped working here, the convenience store had lost so of its luster.
Mia propped her chin on her hand, feeling utterly bored.
An employee had taken leave, so Mia had to fill in temporarily.
Even though it was the height of sumr, why did it still feel so bleak?
She didn't know. She looked at her phone screen, at the chat window with that boy.
It was still stuck on their conversation from two days ago.
Hmm... she rembered the intimacy they shared two days ago, how they had expressed their love for each other in bed.
Even now, Mia's cheeks would flush at the thought.
Ever since she experienced the pleasure of making love, she found herself sowhat addicted to it. She didn't know how to describe it, only that... whenever she thought of Sam's body, her private parts would beco wet.
It was so embarrassing. Mia never thought she could be this sensitive.
Lost in her thoughts and feeling a bit bored, she heard a sound at the door and instinctively looked up.
But she didn't expect to see a familiar, handso face walking in.
It was an unexpected surprise. Mia even wondered if her eyes were playing tricks on her.
"Sam?!"
Sam walked into the convenience store, wearing a white T-shirt and a smile, carrying a bag.
"Why so surprised? Has it been that long since we last saw each other? Didn't we just make love two days ago?"
Mia's face turned red.
"What are you talking about... Why are you here?"
Sam placed the bag on the counter and opened it to reveal a takeout box.
"I knew you were working. Have you eaten yet?"
Mia couldn't help but feel a bit delighted. "How did you know?"
At least Sam had so conscience, still caring about her.
"Eat up." With that, Sam sat down next to Mia.
Feeling a bit warm inside, Mia couldn't help but tease, "You talk like you know so well..."
But the boy replied, "If I don't know you, who does? Hmm?"
Mia felt a nervous excitent. "Hmph, you just know how to sweet-talk."
"What, should I say sothing an instead? Co on, eat. I'll cover for you for a bit."
This was sothing Sam was familiar with, so he had no trouble handling it.
After dealing with a few custors, Mia finished her al.
She looked at the boy with satisfaction, unable to hide her joy. "Why did you think of visiting today?"
Sam chuckled, "You make it sound like I'm so heartless guy."
"Aren't you?"
"Am I?"
Sam asked, reaching out to playfully pinch her cheek.
Mia pouted, "Don't pinch, it hurts..."
"You didn't hesitate to pinch my cock."
The boy's words instantly brought back many mories for Mia... But could she be blad? Wasn't it this jerk who asked her to hold it?
"Don't talk nonsense! I was just holding it, I didn't pinch it."
Sam just laughed.
They chatted and laughed until Mia's shift was over.
The next employee looked curiously at Sam.
"Hey, didn't Sam quit? Why is he here?"
Mia was also curious about how Sam would respond.
But she never expected Sam to casually put his arm around her shoulder and say with a smile.
"I'm here to see my girlfriend."
"Huh?"
The employee was stunned for a long ti, and Sam had already walked out of the convenience store with Mia.
It took Mia a while to recover from the shock and unexpected joy.
"Why did you say that?"
Sam blinked.
"What? If you don't like it, I won't say it next ti."
"No!! I... I just wondered why you suddenly admitted it..."
Mia hesitated, afraid her words might hurt the boy, yet driven by curiosity.
Sam didn't feel offended. He simply took her motorcycle keys and, before putting on his helt, said.
"It's sothing that should be admitted. There's nothing wrong with it."
"Where are we going?"
Suppressing her joy, Mia felt incredibly happy, as if nothing could make her happier.
Sam put on his helt and, in a slightly muffled voice, said.
"It's sumr, the best season for riding. This ti, I'll take you for a ride."
Mia was a bit skeptical.
"Are you sure you're good at this?"
Sam smiled, "Trust , I'm better than you think."
As Mia got on the bike, trying to calm her nerves, she tightly hugged the boy's waist.
The motorcycle roared down the sumr night streets.
Sam didn't ride too fast, but for Mia, it was a unique kind of romance.
When she bought the bike, she had wondered if one day she could sit behind a man she liked, hugging his waist tightly, feeling the security he gave her, and riding through every street in such an exhilarating way.
Fortunately, that day had co.
Even more fortunately, that man was Sam, and no one else.
Sam started to speed up, barely stopping, and took Mia straight to the beach.
"Why here?"
Mia asked curiously as she took off her helt.
Sam also took off his helt and then took Mia's hand.
"Didn't know where to go, so I thought we'd look at the sea. Is that okay?"
"Sure..."
Actually, Mia wanted to say... as long as I'm with you, anywhere is fine, even hell.
They walked hand in hand along the beach. Although it wasn't dayti, and there was no golden sunlight, the sea breeze was particularly refreshing.
The salty, moist air wasn't so bad.
They talked as they walked.
About the past, the present, and the future.
Mia sighed.
"This seems to be my first ti at the beach at night."
Sam looked at her profile, at the rising full moon on the distant horizon, so magnificent and beautiful.
"If you want to co again, I'll bring you."
Mia laughed, "Really? More sweet talk."
Sam looked seriously at Mia, the sea breeze tousling her hair, making her look even more beautiful.
"Of course it's true. Nothing is truer than this mont."
Mia's smile slowly faded. She looked down at their still-clasped hands and said softly.
"It doesn't matter, as long as we're together, nothing else matters."
Sam shook his head.
"Being together is important. Being happy together is even more important. I want you to be happy, and I want to make you happy. Do you think I can't?"
Mia couldn't help but laugh, "Who asks like that... Besides, the future..."
Sam put his arm around her shoulder, letting her lean on him, looking at the moon over the sea.
"Although I always advocate living in the mont, being happy now. But the future will be better. I want a better future with you."
Mia couldn't help but look at Sam, moved.
"I... I hope so too."
Sam smiled at her.
"Mia."
"Mm?"
"Love forever, and I'll love you forever."
Her eyes trembled slightly, and she unconsciously tightened her grip.
As if mustering all her courage, she spoke the most resolute words.
"I'll love you forever."
There was no mont more romantic and beautiful than this.
She thought so.
When she grew old, when she was on her deathbed, she would always rember this night by the sea.
With this forever young boy.
The waves kissed the shore.
He kissed her lips.
She hoped life would always be carefree and beautiful, though that was hard to achieve.
But she would do her best to stay by his side forever, even until the end of ti.
That would be enough.
