"Once you see ," The lady behind her whispered in a low voice.
"There is no going back for both you and ." The lady was giving her the final choice of seeing her.
Elder Lin had already made up her mind. So, even when she was made to face with two choices, she did not falter away from her initial decisions.
Elder Lin simply stood there motionless, without doing anything. The lady watched the proud back of Elder Lin and let out a sigh.
"I see you have already made up your mind." The lady stated when she understood the decision Elder Lin had made.
"Since we are doing this on equal grounds, it's only fair we both see what the other party looks like." Elder Lin adjusted the veil that was on her face and turned around.
"Hah, I like the way you think." The woman chuckled as she showed her agreent to what Elder Lin juts said. She stepped forward from the shadows in slow steps and with each of her steps, sounds of heavy tals clinking as they got dragged on the ground echoed inside the space.
Elder Lin waited for her to get out of the shadow, her heart thumping like crazy as she felt each nerves on her body tingle in anxiety.
'This aura..' Elder Lin gripped the hem of her long sleeve. Each hair on her body stood up stiff when she felt the familiar feeling that have her nightmares.
Unconsciously, she took a step back when she saw the shadow approaching her.
"Oh my, are you afraid?" The lady stopped in her steps and halted her walking. The sounds of the tals dragging also stopped when she did.
"Good thing I did not remove the mist around ." She sohow sounded relieved when she said it.
"So, are you taking back your words on seeing ?" The lady asked her once again.
Elder Lin shook her head to shake away all the unpleasant thoughts in her mind. She pinched herself on her thigh to snap herself back to reality.
"I just had a bad nightmare, nothing to worry about." Elder Lin managed to speak out the words from her dry throats.
'Yeah, why am I getting afraid? I have been through worse.' She reprimanded her cowardly self for getting feeble knees when she was facing soone.
"You should just co out of the shadows already." Elder Lin looked at the figure that was covered by mist from all side.
"You feel scarier when all I can do is hear your voice and the sound of you steps." Elder Lin rolled her eyes as she looked at the figure in front of her.
The mystery about the stranger before was the reason for her feeling anxious and nervous. It was just her psychological state playing gas with her and making her think about the thing which she wished to forget.
"Hah, if you say so honey." The lady simply laughed and agreed to what she said.
"….", Who the heck are you calling honey?
Elder Lin seriously was starting to think all of this was so sort of prank on her.
'Or maybe not.' She quickly changed her mind when she heard the sounds of tal chains being dragged. The mist that was covering her body started to slowly disintegrate.
"I was once upon a ti proclaid as the goddess of hell." The lady inside chuckled as she waved her hand to make the remaining mist disappear, finally revealing her bare face and full body.
Elder Lin looked at the lady in front of her with a flabbergasted expression. She really was speechless as she looked at her.
"Y-You..why are you naked?" Elder Lin had a jump scare when she finally saw her full body. She had doubts she was talking with a flirt but now she was even sure that she was indeed talking with a pervert.
Elder Lin was not the one to be intimidated by sothing as seeing a naked woman but she could not help it when she saw how voluptuous the lady in front of her was. It only got worse since she was covered by chains from all around.
But!!
Da faq was that design? Elder Lin had a montarily panic attack when she saw the chains that were on her body were technically wrapped around her in a way making her look like a seductress in the brothel house she saw when she was travelling a few years back.
Thick black chains were securely tied around her ankles. The chains draped around her neck fell down to her chest and coiled around her slim waist like a black snake.
"You.." Elder Lin pointed at her naked body but averted her eyes sideways, unable to keep looking at them.
"Get dressed properly." Elder Lin coughed and was about to turn back when she felt a strong grip on her shoulder.
"My na is Lilith, it's not just 'you'." Lilith snickered when she saw the embarrassing look on the eyes of the woman.
"What are you doing here?" Elder Lin beca alert once again when she saw and heard her right beside her. It was weird because this ti too she could not feel her move.
'This lady is…' Elder Lin held her breath in as she felt the hands move from her right shoulder to left shoulder.
'..Simply a pervert!!' Elder Lin shouted inside her heart.
"I did say there is no turning back." Lilith laughed like a kid who had finally seen sothing amusing for the first ti.
"You can only look at now that you have seen ." Lilith walked in front of Elder Lin and gave a lovely smile.
"…" Elder Lin did not know what to do or how to react to this unexpected situation. She had co here in the hopes of solving the riddles regarding Le Fangling but now, she was caught up with a naked weirdo who was looking at her with bright smile.
"Can you remove your hand from my shoulder?" Elder Lin swatted away the paws that were still on her shoulder.
"Aight, young lady. Don't get angry this fast." Lilith moved away her hand and started laughing. She could not get enough of how she was making various expressions with just a little tease from her.
'how long has it been?' She thought about the last ti she ever talked with soone. Forget about just talking, she hadn't even seen any people.
"So, answer my questions and I will do the sa for you." Elder Lin straightened her robe and looked at Lilith with unyielding eyes.
"Hmm… I don't think that's necessary." Lilith simply snapped her finger and out of thin air a chair appeared right behind her. She sat on the chair and placed her legs on top of the other. Leaning back on it, she looked at Elder Lin with a smug look on her face.
Lilith could read what was going on inside Elder Lin's mind by simply placing her hands on her shoulder. A physical contact was all she needed to learn about Elder Lin and her motive for coming inside this domain.
"What do you an by that?" Elder Lin eyed her curiously.
"You guess." Lilith smiled as she leaned on the arms of the chair like a queen.
Elder Lin saw the smirk in her eyes which seed to be mocking her.
"Are you perhaps going back on your words?"
"Hah.." Lilith almost coughed out a mouthful of blood when she heard her claims.
"No, no why would I?" Lilith defended herself from the atrocious claim she was facing from Elder Lin.
"Look at , and look at my face.. Who do you think I am?" She pointed at her turquoise blue eyes and smiled.
