Allen maliciously used his index finger to crush the Black Shell Bug.
The bug turned into a puddle of green fluid and fragnts at his fingertips without any resistance, which made Allen feel slightly better.
His heavy heart relaxed for a mont, and the corners of his mouth involuntarily began to slowly lift.
However, before his smile could fully bloom, it suddenly froze on his face. His pupils contracted sharply like needlepoints, his eyes widening.
He saw, from the crushed Black Shell Bug, various tiny, sesa-sized black dots erging like a fountain, then branching out in several directions.
In just this mont of shock, Allen couldn’t continue moving, and those Black Shell Bugs quickly disappeared before his eyes, making it impossible to visually track where these little creatures had gone.
Perhaps they burrowed into the grass, or perhaps into his clothes.
At the thought of this possibility, Allen imdiately felt an itch begin to spread over his body.
Wait....This itch didn’t seem psychological but was....
Actually manifesting as a genuine itch on his skin.
Allen brushed off his pant legs and sleeves, and discovered in horror that his skin had already beco covered with a mass of tiny bugs.
Not only the Black Shell Bug from before, but also many other unknown micro bugs.
Such insects, one, ten, a hundred gathered together would be overlooked, but what of a thousand, ten thousand, a hundred thousand....
Allen suddenly swept his legs, and in doing so, swept through the dense grass, revealing nothing but countless little bugs.
If observed from above, it appeared like countless black lines extending from afar, converging at Allen’s center.
Allen frantically shook his body like a tempest, trying to shake off the bugs crawling all over him.
However, compared to his speed, the bugs crawled even faster.
Layer upon layer....though this process seems long in description, in reality, it took only a breath, and Allen didn’t even have ti to groan before he t the fate of the Transford Beast, becoming the warm nest for a mass of tiny black bugs.
The Transford Beast, which had caused quite a commotion, now lay silently on the ground, occasionally twitching.
Eventually, its enormous figure was akin to a painting on a canvas being erased bit by bit by a rubber.
First the limbs, then the trunk, and finally the head.....such a massive entity disappeared without a trace.
From afar, it looked like a fantasy.
But a closer look would reveal that it didn’t disappear into thin air.
But was rapidly consud clean by tens of thousands of bugs and ants, leaving not a drop of blood or strand of hair.
The bugs and ants quickly retreated into the grass, buried in the soil, or burrowed into the grass. This is what made it seem as though the Transford Beast had been erased into thin air.
Interestingly, Allen’s physical resilience turned out to surpass that of the Transford Beast.
Because he lasted longer.
Precisely because he lasted longer, he discovered that waiting for death is the longest and most terrifying experience.
With his eyelids covered by insects, Allen could only painfully open a narrow slit and see the fate of the Transford Beast, clearly feeling the gnawing pain on his skin, flesh, and bones.
Once, his one hundred and twenty-third girlfriend, wise and beautiful.... she was also the first to notice sothing wrong with him, even going so far as to quietly plan an escape.
She nearly succeeded, but her move was just short.
To thank her for the extre pleasure she brought him, Allen granted her a small privilege.
She was the first to experience her beautiful skin being peeled from her body while consciousness remained clear, becoming a specin that would never decay.
Allen once hated how that "girlfriend’s" expression was too grotesque, ruining the beauty of the Beauty Painting, which made him extrely displeased.
Only today did he understand what it felt like to have one’s flesh and bones gradually disappear; if possible, he wished he could die right then.
Allen struggled to lift his arm but couldn’t even bring himself to take his life.
This soul-piercing pain seed long yet short at the sa ti....until his consciousness scattered, the pervasive pain did not lessen.
Even as his entire body beca food for the bugs and ants, it was far from over; it was rely the beginning.
The rustling sound like tides receding, leaving only Su Li standing alone in the wilderness.
She toyed with the Black Pearl in her palm, tossing it upwards into the sky.
The Black Pearl vanished, as if thrown into an alternate dinsion.
The gentle night wind scattered the sharp scream from earlier.
Su Li closed her eyes and looked inward; the vanished Black Pearl transford into a drop of black dew, floating above the stone bead, constantly bathed in the chant of worshipers’ sacred hymns, writhing and tumbling.
Focusing her gaze, she could faintly see the struggling, screaming silhouette of a man in the black dew drop.
----------
Lilith tightly gripped her bow, hovering with her legs high up on a sturdy tree trunk, suddenly straightening her body with ears perked.
"Beibei, did you hear anything just now?"
Beibei shook her head, "No."
Lilith: "You really didn’t hear anything? I think I just heard Allen’s scream."
As soon as these words left her mouth, Lilith couldn’t help but laugh.
The reason Allen was feared by others, besides being a true madman and difficult to deal with, lay in his formidable abilities.
His combat power ranked among the top three in the entire Empire, showing his toughness.
And the Fierce Beast alien released tonight shouldn’t be able to harm him. If even he couldn’t handle these prey, then these people had no chance.
This hunting ga was ant to relieve their stress, not be a path to death, so the beasts beyond their capabilities weren’t included.
So.....perhaps she really did mishear.
Despite reasoning with herself, Lilith still felt a sense of unease, keeping her restless.
"Why don’t we go find Allen?" Lilith suggested while skillfully pulling back her bow, launching a laser arrow that fiercely struck a nacing beast.
Beibei: "Lilith, your accuracy has improved again."
"It’s not dead yet....."
Lilith: "I said let’s go find Allen, I have a bad feeling."
Beibei didn’t want to interact with Allen, that madman was truly deadly.
Like Lilith’s group, Kevin and Julian were also discussing Allen, who stayed behind, along with the Earth woman he brought.
