Chapter 507: Chapter 507: Soone is Waiting for You Chapter 507: Chapter 507: Soone is Waiting for You Bo Tingsu?

Li Qiao suddenly halted mid-step, glanced at Li San, and following his line of sight with raised eyebrows, indeed saw Bo Tingsu standing amidst the crowd, engaging in jovial conversation, a girl of pure appearance by his side.

“How is he in Imperial Capital?” Li San squinted, eyeing Bo Tingsu, his eyes brimming with suspicion.

Accustod to seeing him in training clothes or camo, Li Qiao couldn’t help but think Bo Tingsu looked sowhat out of place in a western suit.

Li Qiao remained silent, her clear-cut eyes unwaveringly fixed ahead.

She rembered the wedding gifts Bo Tingsu had given her, and without hesitation, she moved forward.

In fact, on the day the South Sea wedding concluded, she had called Bo Tingsu.

She only had the Myanmar number he used to contact her in Chong City, she called once and couldn’t get through, so she let it be.

If they wanted to give, she had no reason to refuse, besides, her refusal might have been futile anyway.

But encountering in Imperial Capital, it would be unacceptable not to greet him.

Seeing Li Qiao’s movent, Li San promptly followed her step.

In the bustling corridor, as Li Qiao drew closer, many turned their attention to the siblings.

Imperial Capital’s top circle of power, rarely saw unfamiliar faces.

Especially not two such distinctively attractive young n and won.

At the ti, Bo Tingsu was chatting leisurely with several wealthy young masters; hearing the murmurs behind him, he subconsciously glanced back.

As their eyes t, Bo Tingsu cleared his throat, slightly pushed away the girl in his arms, and walked forward with a smile, raising his hand to punch Li San on the shoulder, “Isn’t this the Borderland Third Master?”

The two n, similar in height, both dressed in black, exuded an innate military temperant, causing those around to instinctively step back.

The title Borderland Third Master ca with an inherent shade of darkness.

Li San, looking askance at him, said nothing as he took a step forward, bumping Bo Tingsu with his shoulder, his other hand patting the back of his shoulder, “Kid, how co you suddenly showed up in Imperial Capital?”

Clearly, they knew each other and seed quite familiar.

Bo Tingsu chuckled and bumped shoulders with him, “Got back a couple of days ago, had so things to take care of.”

Li Qiao, watching indifferently, lifted her eyelids; he had said “got back”.

The Bo Family brothers…

are they from Imperial Capital?

After exchanging pleasantries, Bo Tingsu mildly turned and looked towards Li Qiao, raising his chin, “We et again.”

At that mont, Li Qiao, with one hand in her pocket, looked at him with an almost smile, “Why didn’t you say hello before you left for the South Sea a few days ago?”

Bo Tingsu laughed heartily, “Had so matters to deal with at the ti, saw you all were busy, so I didn’t want to interrupt.”

His words were clearly a pretext.

Li Qiao had seen the hotel’s check-in desk surveillance and knew he had never intended to go in.

Yet she didn’t expose him, shrugging and smiling lightly in response.

Bo Tingsu watched Li Qiao’s unconcerned expression, pursed his lips, and gestured with his mouth towards the direction on the right side of the encircling corridor, whispering, “Over at the Cangyue Lotus Terrace, soone’s waiting for you.”

“Who?” Li Qiao raised her eyebrows upon hearing this, but a na was already surfacing in her mind.

Bo Tingsu smirked mysteriously, grinning, “Go and see, then you’ll know.”

Li San watched the two of them, with a hint of interest in his eyes, squinting, “It couldn’t be…”

Before he could finish, Bo Tingsu urged, “Hurry up, he’s been waiting for a long ti.”

anwhile, Zong Zhan stood by the pond edge, holding a phone to his ear.

His gaze swept past the crowds and finally rested on Bo Tingsu and Li Qiao, the amusent in his eyes evident as he said, “Li Qiao actually knows Bo Tingsu?”

From the other end of the phone, the man exhaled a light breath that materialized into white mist, “Are you surprised?”

Zong Zhan’s eyes closely followed Li Qiao’s figure, “Are you not surprised?

The Bo brothers haven’t been back to the Imperial Capital for a long ti, and Li Qiao usually lives in the South Sea, they shouldn’t have much interaction.”

Shang Yu seed not to want to discuss too much about the Bo brothers, and quickly changed the subject, “What is she doing?”

Zong Zhan looked in the direction Li Qiao had walked away towards, then turned to look at the hotel’s layout sign beside him, “She’s probably gone to admire the lotus flowers.”

“Keep a close watch on her,” the man demanded solemnly, and before Zong Zhan could respond, the call ended.

Zong Zhan pulled the phone away from his ear, cursed with a laugh, and his gaze once again found its way to the corridor where Bo Tingsu was.

Thoughts swirled in the depths of his eyes.

Bo Tingsu had arrived, but Bo Tingxiao seed still absent.

Recently, news about the return of the Bo Family heir had been buzzing throughout the Imperial Capital.

As one of the old, distinguished families within the Capital circle, the Bo Family had clearly declined to the point of being the last.

With Bo Tingxiao now returning, was he planning to take the helm of the Bo Family again?

Zong Zhan speculated for a few minutes but didn’t co up with any clues, and after a brief thought, he walked towards the Cangyue Lotus Pond.

For now, he might as well fulfill his duties as a ‘nanny’ and accompany his sister to admire the lotus flowers.

It was the season when the lotus flowers were in full bloom, and the Cangyue Lotus Platform was the most famous spot for lotus viewing in the Imperial Capital’s official mansions.

Across an endless pond, a viewing corridor lay atop the lotus pond.

Li Qiao ascended the stairs, her eyes leisurely scanning her surroundings.

Ahead, in the pavilion at the center of the pond, a dark silhouette stood out.

He faced the pond with his hands clasped behind him, alone in this vast erald world.

Occasional guests passed by, admiring the beauty of the blooming lotus flowers, but most didn’t linger.

Li Qiao set upon the corridor, her steps light and rhythmic.

She approached the pavilion in the middle of the pond unhurriedly, and half a minute later, that figure slowly turned around.

Li Qiao stopped in stride, her gaze eting his, a slight smile curving her lips, revealing a hint of understanding.

Bo Tingxiao, the heir of the Imperial Capital’s Bo Family, thirty years old.

The leader of the Myanmar Military’s Special Execution Team, an important mber of the Cabinet Office.

The man draped his suit jacket over his arm; he was dressed in a black shirt paired with a dark grey tie.

Approaching six feet three inches tall, his polished shoes were spotless.

He had eyes sharp like a hawk’s, prominent brow bones, and a face with strikingly firm lines, his facial contours clear and defined.

Standing quietly on the spot, he radiated a silent and restrained aura.

Perhaps because of his long military stationing, his posture was exceptionally upright; the shirt wrapped around his body couldn’t hide his resolute presence.

Unlike Shang Yu’s unruly, handso, and aloof appearance, he displayed a mature, slightly more rugged coldness that was augnted by his age, adding an air of steadiness and gravity.

Li Qiao looked at him and laughed without a sound.

Bo Tingxiao walked toward her with a steady gait, and upon reaching her, he raised his hand to rub the top of her head.

His gentle gaze held indulgence as he spoke with a deep voice that could make soone’s ears pregnant, “So long without seeing each other, and you don’t know how to greet people?”

Li Qiao lifted her eyelids to look at the hand on her head, a smile spreading slowly across her lips as she called out languidly, “Brother Xiao.”

The words “Brother Xiao,” uttered softly and indifferently, without any superfluous emotions, yet sohow made Bo Tingxiao’s gaze linger for a mont longer.
