About ten minutes later, Yin Mo successfully passed the First Hall’s information exchange assessnt.

Li Qiao casually watched the monitor screen, "Jungle combat, I’ll go with Second Sister."

Shang Yu lazily crossed his legs, "That confident in her?"

Just as he finished speaking, He Chen walked in and happened to hear this, imdiately snorting coldly, "Shang Shaoyan, are you looking down on my wife?"

The man slowly lifted his eyelids, his gaze deep as the sea, "Do you want to be blunt?"

"No need." He Chen turned his face away, rubbed the bridge of his nose, "Sister-in-law, step out for a mont."

Li Qiao’s gaze flitted between the two of them for a mont, then she leisurely followed He Chen out of the monitoring room.

At the sa ti, the phone in Shang Yu’s pocket began to vibrate.

Caller ID: Cheng Mo.

The man held the phone to his ear, listening to Cheng Mo’s report, his thin lips curling slightly, "Let her pass."

Cheng Mo seed troubled, "Hall Master, Madam He discovered a hidden vulnerability in the Red Hackers’ backend during the information exchange process, could it be..." Brother Chen’s doing.

"No matter, pass her."

Shang Yu interrupted Cheng Mo, not giving him much ti to dwell on it.

On the other end, Cheng Mo glanced at the phone that had been hung up, scratching his head.

The Hall Master seems to have beco more open-minded over the past year or so, his typically aloof and indifferent nature gradually showing a bit of warmth.

Yin Mo passed the assessnt in fifteen minutes, surely with expert guidance, probably from Brother Chen, one of the Red Hackers’ founders.

Truly spoiling his wife with skill, and using his abilities unabashedly.

On the other side, He Chen called Li Qiao to the underground information room. In the corridor, he paused, "Sister-in-law, how many assessnt halls do you think Yin Mo can pass?"

"At least three halls."

"Are you sure?" He Chen raised an eyebrow cheekily, blurting out, "You’re that confident in her?"

After saying it, he pursed his lips; the sa words Shaoyan had just said.

Li Qiao gave him a teasing look, "Wait and see."

...

After Yin Mo passed one assessnt hall, the group took the elevator straight to the mountaintop training ground.

Now, the training ground was packed to the brim.

To be precise, everyone was gathered in a group, seemingly busy with sothing.

A dense crowd clustered in the center of the training ground, with people at the back tiptoeing to get a glimpse.

"Young Master Yin, does it eat people?"

A young cub’s soft voice piped up, "It doesn’t, Baibai only eats raw at."

Everyone: "???"

Is there a difference between eating raw at and human flesh?

Soone else asked, "Young Master Yin, aren’t you afraid it’ll bite you?"

"Not afraid." Shang Yin said while putting his little hand into the tiger’s mouth, "See, Baibai doesn’t bite."

Soone, unconvinced, attempted to pet the tiger’s head.

Then, the White Tiger bared its teeth and let out a low growl.

Got it, it doesn’t bite people, just not Young Master Yin.

Dozens of Second Hall trainees surrounded Shang Yin and the little white tiger, asking all sorts of questions.

Until soone noticed Shang Yu and the others, they stood upright and called out loudly, "Hall Master, Madam."

The crowd parted a path, and as Li Qiao glanced over, she saw Shang Yin leaning against the White Tiger, sitting on a mat with a face flushed red from the sun, and seven or eight cups of ice cream by his feet.

Wei Lang pushed through the crowd and approached, "Hall Master, Madam, the Second Hall assessnts are ready."

Hearing this, little Shang Yin quickly got up and ran to Li Qiao, grabbing her pant leg and looking up to ask, "Mama, can I participate?"

"No."

"Yes."

Two voices, coming from Shang Yu and Li Qiao respectively.

The man tilted his head, a slight smile in his eyes, "You want him to participate?"

Li Qiao suppressed a smile, her fingers ruffling the cub’s head, "Up to him."

The couple looked down simultaneously; little Shang Yin hurriedly took off his backpack, pulling out the custom children’s gun that Nan Xin had given him, and held it up in front of Li Qiao, "Mama, I have this."

Li Qiao raised an eyebrow, flipping the gun over a few tis, "Who gave it to you?"

"Third Aunt." Little Shang Yin scratched his palm in frustration, "But there are no bullets."

Li Qiao and Shang Yu exchanged a glance, both with an intrigued look in their eyes.

Little Shang Yin seed to have a profound understanding of firearm chanics.

And it’s not sothing they taught him.

At this mont, He Chen swiftly pulled out the gun holstered at Wei Lang’s waist, "Godson, use this."

However, the gun was intercepted by Shang Yu.

The man took the gun from He Chen, and then lifted Shang Yin into his arms, "Have you ever fired one before?"

The cub hugged his neck, honestly shaking his head, "Daddy, no."

Shang Yu’s thin lips curled slightly, as he carried him towards the shooting range.

Others quietly followed behind, eager to see what would happen.

At the table of the shooting range, the man let the cub stand on it, his tall and sturdy figure enveloping little Shang Yin in the safest embrace.

Then, Shang Yu attached a silencer, raised the gun with one arm, aid at the target, and pulled the trigger.

The silencer muffled the gunshot, a perfect bullseye.

Shang Yu leaned down to ask, "Scared?"

Shang Yin looked up, flashing him a sweet smile, "Daddy, not scared."

"Good." The man lifted the cub’s arm, wrapping his palm around the small hand, placing it on the trigger, "Focus on the target, don’t get distracted."

The cub’s left hand, clenched into a nervous fist, was held tight, staring straight ahead, "Daddy, I’m ready."

Shang Yu looked down at the slight quiver of eyelashes, smirked slightly, and wrapped the cub’s fingers around the trigger.

This was Shang Yin’s first ti firing a real gun, guided by his beloved dad.

But after all, he was only a two-year-old child; despite Shang Yu absorbing most of the recoil, the little guy’s hand was still numbed.

The shot, still a perfect bullseye.

Shang Yu set the gun down, his eyes filled with deep, heavy warmth, "Think you can still participate?"

Shang Yin secretly rubbed his numb hand, dejectedly shaking his head, "I can’t."

Then, the little guy added, "Daddy, I definitely will in the future."

Shang Yu just smiled without a word, gently pulling the cub’s hidden arm, opening the little hand to reveal the reddened skin.

No blood, but swollen.

Shang Yu pressed his lips, his voice low and tender, "Does it hurt?"

"No pain." The cub spread his fingers in front of the man, "A blow will make it better..."

Shang Yu blew on it a couple of tis, instantly satisfying the little guy, who cuddled into his arms, "Thank you, Daddy."

Behind them, Li Qiao nibbled on an ice cream cone, taking a big bite.

So incredibly refreshing.

"Sister-in-law, envious and jealous?" At this mont, He Chen swaggered over with an attitude of "I’m just here to stir things up," "Listen to , hurry up and give him a daughter. In the future, everyone will have a child to themselves, no more fighting for attention!"
