He was currently resting but he could still communicate with her.

Leo had made a plan, since Alice claid to want to take on a lot more monsters and was heading to England.

Since they had no idea when the second calamity would arrive, they decided to take on the big problems that the world was currently facing.

And as such, if the awakened were far from those locations during that ti, then it would have a great negative impact on the world’s population and resources.

In order to prevent that, they at least had to have the awakened positioned in their ho towns, guilds, and bases to allow them to face off the monsters. They could prevent casualties like that.

Usually, Alice was supposed to take permission to clear those areas but she had a feeling China might give her a hard ti because of their previous episode and make it about her instead of the safety of the citizens.

In that case, Alice decided to use her powers first. Act first, think later. She would destroy the monsters, and then, when it was ti to face the music, she would simply dance and let it fix itself.

In front of him was the monitor that displayed a live footage of Alice clearing the red zones that even their elotes had a problem clearing.

She was sweeping the place like it was child’s play, displaying her perfect mastery of her axe, and several other weapons.

It was such a disgrace to them and he was sure she was using this to rub it on his face, telling him how much more competent she was than their country’s elite awakeneds.

"This cannot go on." Su Feng declared, his face twisted in bitterness. He gnashed his teeth. "We have to put that little girl in her place."

"And how do you suggest we do that?" The voice from the door asked and he raised his head to find the leaders of China’s awakened agency.

He imdiately bowed his head in respect.

"Sir, you’re here." He said, and the man, one who had previously appeared in the association eting and was humiliated by Alice, who knocked him out with a finger flick.

Zhang held a grudge. One that ran so deep that he wanted to get back at Alice so he trained. He trained so more. And he trained even more till he was satisfied with his results.

Su Feng looked at the video and then at the leader. It was true. Even he couldn’t deny it. Alice was stronger, but...

"It looks like she’s using this to show how much more powerful she is compared to us," Zhang said, "But she did not bring anyone. And she did not call for attention. She... Su Feng felt Zhang had changed a lot. His way of talking was far calr than he used to and the energy radiating around him. It was so strong and yet so peaceful.

He was soone who had reached a certain enlightennt and a realm that was beyond human.

In their ancient texts, they would call this state he had reached that of an immortal. But then, if his was an immortal that girl on the screen was already at the level of a god.
