"Are we really going to be living in the sa dormitory?" Caliste asked with a slight frown as he looked over to Fleur, who was sitting on the kitchen counter.
"Yes, students of the sa ranks have to live in the sa building." Fleur laughed as she saw how dissatisfied Caliste looked. "Don’t worry, since we are both over S-Rank, we will have a lot of space away from one another..."
Caliste clicked his tongue.
This place was big. However, he thought that he would have it to himself, but it seed that he wouldn’t. He found it strange that the S-Rank students would have to live together. He knew that was the case for other students, but weren’t they special?
Couldn’t there be an exception for them?
Well, anyway, it was useless to think about such things.
The thing that was the weirdest about this was where they slept.
For so reason, their bedrooms were in the sa room. Their beds were right next to each other.
"I’ll go put my things in the room."
Caliste turned around as he headed for their common bedroom.
He placed his suitcase on the side as he lay down on the bed right away, releasing a loud sigh. He still hadn’t had the ti to look thoroughly at what the system level-up had given him because of all the drama he had caused.
There had been no exceptions. All of the professors had been shocked by his choice and Fleur’s. The two S-Rank students with the most potential had decided against taking their discipleship.

He thought that it was a great addition to Demonic Authority as it would make it easier to use the previous skill. If he could weaken the minds of those around him, then using Demonic Authority would be a lot easier.
After all, Caliste had only managed to use the skill one ti by accident when he had been fuming with rage. And he had done so on a normal human.

Fleur knocked on the other side of the door.
"Yeah, yeah, you can enter. Don’t worry about it."
Caliste looked at her opening the door and hesitated.
’Should I test my new skill on her?’ Caliste wasn’t sure how she would react if she realized what was happening. But even then, he took a chance and sat by the edge of his bed, not yet approaching her.
The skill was passive, which ant that it was always active.
Caliste decided to make so tests with it. He wanted to see just how effective it could be based on the distance.
Fleur entered the room with a slight blush, which was common for her. So, until now, nothing was unusual.
She went to her side of the room and also placed her suitcase to the side.
"Ah... I hope you won’t mind sleeping in the sa room as you..."
She looked worried about what Caliste thought about all this. She had seen just how annoyed he had been earlier.
To be honest, Caliste didn’t particularly care about it. He just thought that it was stupid for such a renowned academy to not give proper dorms to students. Still, in a way, he was happy about it since it would make it a lot easier for Fleur and him to beco closer.
After all, Caliste still hadn’t forgotten about his main goal, which was to take his revenge on all the traitors, and the first one in his sight was the Elven King, Luther Champlin.
And for that, he would go to any lengths.
"Ah... don’t worry, it’s fine. Not your fault."
He stood up suddenly as he began walking in Fleur’s direction, who was currently placing most of her clothes inside her storage space.
Caliste took things slowly as he wanted to see the effects of the skill for himself as he sat on her bed behind her.
"At least we won’t be that lonely at night. Haha!" Caliste joked.
Fleur smiled as she looked behind, still with a blush on her face.
"That’s true."
However, Caliste noticed sothing strange in how she began to look at him.
"Ah..." Fleur suddenly rubbed her forehead. "Why am I feeling dizzy all of a sudden?"
Mindlessly, she sat down next to Caliste, her whole body leaning onto him. However, she didn’t seem to notice such a thing.
’Is this the effect of the skill?’ Caliste thought.
He didn’t think that it would be that efficient on Fleur. However, it seed that her mind was pretty weak as she was now practically giving herself up to Caliste.
"Are you okay? Do you need help?" Caliste offered, knowing what was happening.
"I-It’s fine..." she said as sweat beads began forming on her forehead. "Is it just , or is it hot around here?"
Caliste didn’t say anything as Fleur uttered her next sentence.
"Is it fine with you if I remove my shirt?" Her head still leaning on his shoulder. "For so reason, everything feels so hot right now."
