Bian sat outside the house, leaning against the pristine white walls. 'no... no I had it all...'

his nails dug into his scalp as he gripped his hair, his breaths ragged and uneven.

The cold stone wall of the mansion pressed against his back, offering no comfort, no warmth.

For a single night, he had everything.

A grand, beautiful mansion that felt like it belonged to him. A father who pampered him, who draped him in the finest silk and fed him delicacies he had never even dread of tasting.

And now—just like that—it was all gone.

Snatched away.

Ripped from his grasp.

By Jian!

Again!

"Why?" His voice cracked, barely more than a whisper, but filled with raw agony. His hands trembled as he clenched them into fists. "Why must the protagonist have everything?! I want it too! I was the one he copied—so why can't I have it all?! WHY?!"

Fury and despair churned in his chest, suffocating him. His breath ca in ragged gasps as he clawed at his own arm, dragging his nails against his skin until crimson welts rose in their wake.

His vision blurred with unshed tears.

Then a headlight appeared from inside the mansion

A sleek, luxurious car slowed as it exited the gate the mansion gates. The reflection of streetlights glead against the polished tal, its presence an undeniable display of wealth and power.

Inside sat that white-haired man.

Bian shot up, his body tensed, ready to fight him. 'It's because he sided him with him that I got chased away. I bet he saved Jian! Fuck I'll kill him too!!!' His heart pounded violently.

Maybe the man had co to mock him, to gloat. Maybe he was here to humiliate him further. He was ready for it all.

But—the car didn't stop.

Not even for a second.

The man inside didn't even spare him a glance.

He just drove past as if Bian were nothing more than a speck of dirt on the road.

Sothing inside Bian snapped.

His lips curled back in a silent snarl as his teeth ground together, the pressure so intense his gums began to bleed.

"Even that fucking bastard is ignoring now?" His voice was hoarse, shaking. "I won't allow it! I won't let them forget ! I'll make them rember!"

He bit down on his fingertips, the sharp sting barely registering in the storm of his emotions. He bit until the skin broke, until his fingers were slick with blood.

"I'll make them all bow to ."

But how?

The security guard had been watching him for a while now, his sharp eyes narrowing with suspicion.

"You," he barked, taking a step forward. "You've been pacing outside for too long. If you don't leave, I'll call the cops on you. Let's see if you can escape then." His lips curled in disgust. "I can't believe the master spared you. A fucking lunatic, trying to steal the young master's identity. You even had us all fooled."

Bian's face twisted in rage.

"You! You dare talk to that way?!" he scread, his voice cracking with emotion. "I am the Wang family! I am the real master!"

The security guard only laughed, shaking his head. "Dream on." Without hesitation, he pulled out his phone. "Hello, is this the police—?"

Bian's heart stopped.

No.

No, no, no.

If he got caught, it would be over. His grandmother—she barely had enough money to buy food so days. She wouldn't have enough to bail him out. He couldn't go to jail.

He wouldn't.

Without thinking, he turned on his heel and ran.

The security guard's voice faded behind him, lost in the pounding of his heartbeat in his ears. His breath ca out in short, ragged gasps as he sprinted down the streets, his shoes scraping against the pavent.

Faster.

He had to run faster.

The midday sun blazed above him, but the roads here were deserted. Just the eerie silence of the forest pathway up ahead. The trees lood over him, their shadows stretching long and thin across the ground.

Tears burned at the corners of his eyes.

Why?

Why did it have to be like this?

His vision blurred, the pain in his chest tightening like a vice. He didn't see the rock jutting out from the road.

His foot caught on it.

The world tilted violently. His arms flailed, trying to catch himself, but it was too late. His body crashed against the cold, hard ground, the impact jarring through his bones. A sharp pain exploded in his face, and the tallic taste of blood filled his mouth.

His nose burned—warm liquid trickled down his lips.

For a mont, he just lay there, stunned. His body ached. His palms stung. His head throbbed.

A sob ripped through his throat.

He curled up in the middle of the road, clutching his knees to his chest, his body shaking with every breath. His tears mixed with the dust and blood on his face, his quiet cries swallowed by the endless sky above.

"Why..." His voice was barely a whisper. "Why won't the gods allow to shine?"

He clenched his fists, his nails digging into his skin.

"I transmigrated... but why can't I live this life luxuriously? Why must everything be taken from ?"

Crying he peered up at the passing closed.

Suddenly sothing streaked across the sky. A glint of silver cut through the blue. It was too fast and too sudden

Bian's breath hitched.

'What was that?'

He wiped his tears with the back of his hand, his bloodied fingers trembling.

The silver moving thing ca to a stop inside the forest bushes. He sat up peering up at it in confusion when all of a sudden a door opened. A dark octopus like thing descended.

Bian's heart almost stopped at this. 'wait the aliens! They are already invading!!' his heart trembled.

Just then the black coal colored octopus like thing turned and peered right at him.
